Mike was amazing. He managed to eliminate it and replaced it with the hardware relatively fast even with the faucet rusted into the sink. After he was done working, the place that is kept spotless out. Friendly guy, clearly very educated and knows his craft well. Quite pleased with service and the cost. Based on my experience today, I would highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing!
Our tech, Mike was awesome! I got half way through replacing a toilet faucet the day before putting my house. Called Lawson Family Plumbing and they scheduled someone to encounter same-day. Assessing the appointment was easy and they showed up within the time window they promised.

We had many"experts" outside to obtain the origin of random, intermittent sewer odors in the home, even going so far as to do a sewer line movie and smoke test. The"specialists" were unable to get to the base of it, and the scents persisted. After lots of research, I called Lawson Family Plumbing. They did exactly what the other"experts" failed, but better. They found four or three major issues nobody found. The home is now free of the sewer scents. Tim knows how to do a smoke test, which others cut corners . I hope we never have another issue like this again, but if we do, I won't hesitate to phone Lawson Family Plumbing again.

Save yourself the headache and call somebody else. This firm is so bad with professionalism and customer service it isn't worth my time to write all the details of what we experienced. Call enough to communicate together. They will leave you hanging. . . .and then. . .justify everything.

I went outside and found that my floor all wet from a old water that was broken heater. Well I turned off my water and went back. I saw Lawson Family Plumbing had all 5 stars and I love supporting local family companies so called them up.
My call was at pulled up to my house and not only did I have a new water heater installed but I had him replace a hose faucet! The service was exceptional, the cost seemed reasonable, and made me feel as though I was their top priority and they had been happy to help out me. I was billed exactly what she quoted me over the phone and even though I was bracing myself to what seems to be the inevitable"boy, we were not counting on that" the first quote was great (obviously there was the excess fee for the faucet replacement).
I'm a believer in customer service now and that I did get a whole lot of it. This amount is moving in my phone as my permanent go-to plumber (although I hope to never need to require an emergency plumber ).

Up them and was not disappointed. The gentleman that came to my home showed up for a reasonable price on time and the issue the day and also did a very professional looking job. Happy with the support I got from Lawson. I'll definitely be using them again!

We just had such a fantastic experience. We have limitations on tech from Friday and are an orthodox Jewish family. Two of our toilets and shower flooded on Friday. The woman on the phone was so helpful and worked 100% about them. He cleaned up and gave the entire place a comprehensive cleaning of Lysol. Totally cost also. We have officially moved all our plumbing needs to Lawson Family Plumbing.

Called at 11:30pm after my water heater was not producing any warm water and the water bowl was filled with water. They was sympathetic and very professional of my situation and replied. They set me up with an appointment. CJ showed up on time. Nicest installer I have ever had to take care of. He explained that the heater required to be replaced. As this particular unit was almost 15 years old, this was expected by me. His quotation for the replacement comprised with a three year labor guarantee and was competitive. He got the new unit. CJ walked me through things, its performance and the unit I need to do for upkeep. We got a 10% discount on all labor. I would definitely use them again. I am glad that I could depend on the past reviews of the provider.

Was impressed by this business for pipes issue their support technician Kevin, I had them do my two partial BR remodels. They were fantastic. Kevin was great! He had been on-time and when running a bit late he conveyed with me. He was quite skilled, and considerate, cleaned up any mess that has been created. He'd worked to save me money where he would. Felt very comfortable leaving him there. No surprises at the end - held to the quote to the penny. It's hard to find workers doing and that care about the quality of their work. I recommend this business and if you can get Kevin you'll have the ideal.

During the initial visit, we found out that there was an extra charge which was the elimination and disposal of the water heater. It was sensible and did not place us into financial hardship.
As hubby and that I our water heater required to be substituted. Vic came back to install it and left to pick up a new water heater, once that has been determined. Total time spent was about two and a half an hour. Vic worked and cleaned up like he was never there. He was easy and amazingly pleasant to talk to, similar to the reps I spoke with over the telephone.

Mid-morning now we received a call from Lawson Family Plumbing trying to schedule a time to emerge. I had to phone but with were nice and easy to talk to. We agreed on a span of 3 to 6pm and our tech, Vic, called of me originally setting the opportunity to ask whether he could come 32,, within 2 hours. He ended up coming around about 90 minutes scheduled.
Hubby discovered our water heater had bursted on one side and discharged water that covered roughly half our garage in which it was located. He was able to acquire the flow to stop but now we were without hot water. He called our home warranty company but being late in the afternoon, the next morning they needed to pick up our situation.

We had a water valve connected to our pool and irrigation pipe system frozen closed and desired ASAP attention. We known as Lawson and they had James out over an hour! James was very professional and polite, explained every measure necessary for the machine functioning again, and proceeded to replace and repair a copper pipe program in only a few hours. He offered us a cost that was really fair and much more than competitive, and went the excess mile to make changes in the machine to make it more efficient and reliable. I could not be more happy with the result. Should I ever have the need I strongly recommend this business, and will use them again.

How a lot of people can say that they would like to start their Sunday morning with a flooded house? Last weekend I awakened to warm water flooding into my living room pouring down in my kitchen and flowing out into the laundry room and garage. You know it is not a nice feeling, if you have ever stepped sopping wet carpet. My heart sank! What do I do?! I stood there for a moment in shock staring in water's stream. Impressed at how much was petrified because I didn't know what to do and coming out. I really don't have enough towels for this water! Do I have a bucket? The laundry basket won't operate it has holes on the sides!! Again I thought what do I do?! I searched 24 hour pipes and pulled my phone out. A few firms came up and since I began calling through the ones listed I found out that 24 hours doesn't apply to answering the phones! I began to panic. Was prepared to help. Like she knew whoever was calling on a Sunday morning was mid-emergency! (I need to learn her name) She asked me if I had turned the water off to my house. WHAT!! I didn't even think about that! I was overwhelmed with the quantity of water that I didn't know what to do first. She cautioned me that they were going to help me. She walked me through turning the water off to my house. That shut off valve, a life saver!!! I walk past that handle everyday but I suppose I really never took the opportunity. As I walked that mortifying waterfall from my ceiling had turned into a tiny trickle, drip, drip! I felt like a hero! I saved my home!! But of course that was not my problem's conclusion. What was hiding behind this soggy drywall? Why did this occur? Lawson's representative ordered for their plumber to come to my home first thing. They were in their way before I had a chance to run and catch shower and coffee in my sisters home. The plumber that showed up was reassuring and so friendly. Without delay or any fuss he moved into diagnosing my issue. Within minutes he discovered a fitting on a waterline in my ceiling had burst. A tiny piece failed and caused that much damage he was asked by me? He was knowledgeable and shared some of the most frequent occurrences. He walked me through my home and showed me some of those places I should look out for. Did you know that tube moving out of the wall to the bathroom may be one of water damage to a home's # 1 offenders if it were to neglect?!?! This bugger! All of mine appeared to be in good condition none of these needed replaced, he said. In that moment of panic I could have been taken advantage of, but maybe not by Lawson Family. They didn't try to sell me. It was really amazing the customer and ethics service that they displayed. After a quick fix everything was done. He gave me helped me organize the clean up and advise on what my next step will be as far as the water mess. I couldn't be more thankful to Vick and the remainder of the Lawson Family team. Tim is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Tim was timely and capable of fixing our difficulty. He gave us a few choices at different price points and also his frank opinion on. Have had Joe from Lawson Family Plumbing out on two occasions and both times he had been very considerate, efficient, and fast. Joe set up a brand new pressure reducer, replaced my home emergency shut valve off, and replaced just about each individual shut-off valve within my home (11 of these - replaced the previous ones with quarter turn). He came back another time for a few warranty work that was quick and put in a brand new front hose spigot. He had been on time (or premature with a courtesy call from the Lawson office) both the times and clarified all the altered parts to me. Would recommend.

They did a sewer line replacement to finish, it was clear these technicians knew precisely what they were doing. They were on time, professional and competent. The process was explained by joe beforehand and everything went as planned. Couldn't be more happy.

This company is excellent. I called on a Tuesday and the following day they had someone come out to assess our valve plumbing problem, free of charge. The technology Steven was really nice and honest. I had him check a shower leak out on how to take care of our shower dilemma, and I appreciated his insight. When we are prepared to do this (through our bathroom remodel project), we will surely give them a phone.

I had a dreaded drip leak within the walls/floor/basement ceiling. My wife and I fought to find a source and knew we wanted a plumbing expert to track it down without tearing our whole house apart. Enter Mike Bonner in Lawson Family Plumbing. He cried, considered a variety of sources, and began his own detective work. Following an exhaustive review, we agreed we just had to cut to our basement ceiling and see what we could see within. After cutting an opening at a best-guess location, Mike immediately found that the leak in a copper water line merely 8-12 inches away! He managed to repair the pipe stopping the flow and did it with only one drywall hole which was mended. Amazing! We are so grateful for Mike"The Water Line Whisperer" Bonner's help. 5-STAR!

Following a first miss in my water heater his staff and Jason stepped up to replace my dripping water heater. I value his customer service and actions to solve fast. I suggest LFP for your plumbing needs.

Fair price for friendly support and work. I've used Lawson several times to get a company I have and I've been pleased with the results every time. They do work and don't gouge costs. If something is leaking or backed up, it's hard to shop around. With Lawson, a necessity is not to. Each time they fix the problems we have and charge a price that is appropriate.
