3. LBA came out that the first thing Scott McKinley did was evaluate what is entailed and move into our crawlspace. Scott was knowledgeable and clarified what they would have to fix with a new HVAC. Each quote contained 3 system choices from high to low After we got back upstairs Scott asked a couple of questions to ascertain our wants and ready two quotes that covered the selection of our budget.
(I will not get into the home warranty company issues.)
He volunteered to get a Lennox HVAC. The same system that Business 2 lent and it was 3k less and in addition, he quoted a Ruud HVAC system(made by Rheem).
2. Business 2 came by along with the sales rep only pointed his flashlight into our crawlspace but never moved in to have a look at what exactly needed to be done and then gave me a quote for nearly 10k for the lowest finish Lennox system(no options).

I don't give five star reviews. I think that there is always room for improvement. I apologize for the length of this review but I think why LBA assessed all of the boxes and that it's important to share of the measures.
Installation: LBA showed up early on the day. Chris completed the job and was our installation tech. Chris was knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had. The review would be passed by A couple of days after we had the town review and there were a couple of things that needed to be completed prior to the town. One of these items could have been outside the scope of a normal installation. LBA was along with it! I can't stress this enough. They showed up in time and were apparent in communicating the way they went to solve the matter, scheduled a time when they would be outside to fix them.
The spouse and I chose to go ahead and replace our HVAC system. After a great deal of research I predicted 3 HVAC companies. We predicted

Used them today for a water line that was hot that was busted. Just took an hour! Nathaniel was friendly, honest, and quick.

They charge 3 times what the occupation is worth. We didn't utilize them. Their quotation was exhorbitant.

Experience with those guys some time back. Was over billed for labor and a part. Ended up cancelling my service contract. There are many other mom AC businesses out there that are going to treat you like a human rather than an ATM.

I had a fantastic experience with Kent Turpin. LBA managed to help me quickly and Kent was amazing to work with. Very useful and informative. I'll work with him again when necessary!

I highly suggest LBA for AC services!
June in Kansas is not the time to lose your air conditioning. When ours went outside, we contacted three businesses. In one hour, we had a response from LBA and the AC unit was up and operating. The fix was easy, but nothing I would have been able handle or to identify easily. The fault had been discovered by our tech and managed to replace the dead capacitor with a brand new one he had in stock.
In addition, he provided a good bit of information on how to best maintain the unit and even knew how old it was (were fresh to the house).

Aaron is awesome, he fixed my boiler so I can have heat again, very professional young Guy kind and courteous, Should I have any problems I will definitely call LBA heating and cooling again, thank you very much for your service and thank you Aaron I give them five stars for your service You've made a Client very very happy

Heating and LBA Heating does a fantastic job, HOWEVER, their pricing process is an assortment of the labor at work or PACKAGES which do NOT offer the purchase price of the part replaced. NOW, they either believe that the HVAC jargon can't be comprehended by their clients or their heads should not worry but instead pick one of the expensive packages that are shiny OR they are enjoying a game of hide the numbers. My mom used them to place in many systems BUT I'm seriously considering another corporation. I would look elsewhere, if you are looking.

It is never cheap to have a plumbing fix, however with LBA the prices are fair. I encounter issues and live in an old home. Like other plumbers just wanted me to put their kids through college I have felt. LBA provides you choices at a cost.
They send you a photo before he gets there, of the plumber that's coming. I have had three guys that are different. They are always knowledgeable and pleasant. They waive the service call charge if you chose to fix.

Our a/c went out at 3:30 am now. We predicted at 3:30 am and at 5 am and have been told someone would be paged by them. We got a call they would let us know if they can fix our. They said they would be out between 1-4 pm and finally called back at 8:10 am. It's 4:40 pm. We called someone else and they're fixing our a/c at the moment. That disappointed no response, about a day and they market as being open 24/7; that's why we chose them a call was left by &. Our bad pets are home all day in a home. I left the blinds shut so that this helped some.

They and Desired day service were great. Very pleasant and professional when I called, and they were able to get somebody out at a cost that is affordable. The technician was very knowledgeable and finished the repair quickly. Would recommend LBA!!

Is that it makes the home the right temperature. They clearly laid out our alternatives replace or to fix the system that was 16-year old. When I decided it was time to replace our entire HVAC system, they helped walk me through the choices. Once everything was set, they came out the next morning to substitute the system. The team was courteous of me and also my home. In a few hours, my home cooled down and the team was on their way.
I appreciated the fantastic work of the team but also they were throughout the procedure. I feel like I made an informed decision on my purchase as a result of LBA.

Jim Hutsell of LBA was fantastic. He was pleasant, comprehensive and professional. He demands and listened to my concerns, and came up with clean and acceptable answers for them.
I would call LBA for ac and furnace needs.

Hunter was one. He had been training a new man and was about explaining everything so good. My motive for the service call was to get a valve on the line going into my water heater. It was the fix, tightening a nut. He was good about it, although I was embarrassed that I did not know to do that. Rather than simply charging me and being on his manner, he offered to test anything with my plumbing. He helped educate me on all my water lines and valves and exactly what they were for. He checked my sump pump which was questionable after the runs we had a few weeks ago. He explained that type of system all works. He earned his money and was so professional throughout it all! When my water heater Has to Be changed which could be I'd want Hunter especially to come back

Btw go with mr plumber. They have plumbers that know what they're doing!
You would think a heating cartridge for a shower could be a easy fix. Guy told me they do not create those heating capsules anymore and it might need a completely different valve to support new cartridge. A couple days after he messed with valve, it started leaking. Someone came out at 730pm to fix escape. Put way too much piping dough but stopped the flow. I was fed up, I went with another company to repair it. Turns out they DO make that warmth cartridge. So thought it was gont be easy. Turns out it was leaking since the check value was cracked by Lba guy and set a bit. So today it is going to cost me. Thanks for screwing me.

My AC expired during the 100 degree heat wave. I called they and LBA had been the morning after, outside at. Great. "Repairman" Jon told me that the unit was beyond repair and gave me a quote of $3250 to replace. I paid $89 and then had friend of a friend stop by to confirm before we invested the big bucks. We replaced.
I contacted LBA and clarified what had transpired. Roger did the right thing and apologized and refunded my $89. For that I'm appreciative. Should you use this company do not let Jon on your premises and get a second opinion before shelling out money.

They got into our house as they were able, and the technician diagnosed the problem of gaining entry to this AC unit within minutes. Nick deserves two or a day off, and was amazing! PAID!!! Thank you Nick!

Nick took the time to show me the way to utilize my humidifier and was quite pleasant. Had some water damage a few weeks back inside that he and my furnace assessed every thing out to make sure everything worked properly.

Angelena with LBA Is a Superb asset to LBA. I'd a deceased Sump Pump and flooding. She was so calm and reassuring that they could look after this. I replaced my solitary sump pump back up, sump pump. I know that it's not cheap, but doing it yourself is not. I say bring about the storms and I will sleep tonight, I am prepared!
