I got a telephone to ask 30 minutes identified the issue and Ben arrived, if I was home to the plumber to arrive.
I would recommend Len the Plumber and if possible ask Ben.
I had an excellent experience in the time that I called to ask service to the time the issue was resolved.
Ben was professional, fair and honest - in regards to issues like plumbing, everything one could ask.

The company claims my job sequence can not be located by them! How convenient! Not just that! I was told by the lady on the phone I would have to do is turn off my water! I did as was told until she hung up in my head. I woke up in my room and my ceiling open while yesterday it was a little leak drip now dropping is a flooding! And because my time was wasted by them I cannot believe that this company is in business, do not trust them, do not use them, forget they exist I'm a pissed off non-customer
Len would have called another plumber Who really comes in a genuine crisis and does not pretend they are a 24/7 company and I would have not wasted all this time. You're a false advertisement company, you treat customers like they're idiots, and you do not actually seem to care about a business model built on integrity or trust.... In the end, after she told me that she couldn't get a grasp of this plumber there is nothing she could do, she told me she'll send an email to direction to let them know of my complaint, and before I could speak she hung up the phone in my head. So not only did they not honor the dedication of sending the plumber, Said plumber was not answering his phone, didn't appear, the lady that worked at the company couldn't care less, then they hung up the phone on me Before I could ask any queries or stupidly make another appointment that in the minute I believed I'd do. Thank God she was be so rude she hung up on me since it took me a minute to process what was really happening since my home leaking distracted me.
UPDATE!!!
Worst service ever!
I really don't recommend these guys. They do not honor their responsibilities or come in a genuine emergency after they say they'll. Yesterday evening I had a plumbing crisis I called at 5 PM and they had been the first people I called. I was told by them they would send someone straight away between 8 and 5 . So I waited and waited and at 7 PM I receive a phone call the plumber will be here in an hour. It's almost 9 PM without a plumber. Meanwhile my ceiling remains leaking.During this time that I called the company and asked about the status of the plumber that was supposedly on his way. The lady tells me that they can't get a hold of this plumber so she doesn't know what to this for me, my crisis will just have to wait until they are free or have a plumber that really shows up to perform or answers his phone essentially. She says perhaps they could come sometime or maybe tomorrow night. I told her this is a genuine emergency and you were.

We experienced the same water flow near the water heater that was new and we called them . It turns out that there was nothing wrong with the water heater that is original along with the flow came from an adjacent bathroom.
I'll take my business elsewhere after compounding rudeness mistakes and apathy.
I asked if he had a gas valve in his truck and he said that his firm does not support this manufacturer of water heater. I then told him that his firm installed the water heater (a Rheem). He denied that his firm had installed it. I insisted that they did and he said,"Well, we may have installed it but you bought it from Home Depot and paid us to install it." I assured him that his firm had supplied the water heater and he said they just install A.O. Smith so that they had no obligation for this issue. His attitude has been uncaring and dismissive.
We had the bathroom leak where I was paid which I didn't need and we reached an agreement.
Now, I called Len The Plumber and asked for a supervisor. I place the supervisor (Erin) on speaker so that the plumber could also hear the dialogue. I recounted my conversation. The plumber began to yell and substantially soften his previous hard-line and interrupted. He accused me of lying. Then I requested him to leave my house. He complied.
I then called Rheem and explained the issue. They said the issue was caused by the fact that we had painted in the region and explained the procedure that was reset. I did the reset (took about 30 minutes ) along with the water heater has worked flawlessly since then. Interestingly, the gas valve I reset is the same Honeywell gas valve that is on the A.O. Smith water heaters.
I called Erin back and left her a voicemail saying I had info and requested her to call me . I never heard another word from Len The Plumber.
Following their plumber abandoned, I continued my conversation with Erin. She explained that they would support and apologized but the only means was for me to call Rheem directly and purchase the components. She said to ask for delivery and also to call her back when I had a date that the components are in hand and they'd find another plumber out to make the repairs.
The water heater we purchased from Len The Plumber stopped functioning. We called them and they shipped out a plumber. When he arrived he didn't introduce himself but simply walked in and said,"What's the issue?" I showed him that the flashing status light on the gas control valve and took him to the water heater. You'll need to purchase it and we will come back in a week and install it."

They were called by us it needed replacing together with the filler valve and when the flapper valve at our bathroom stopped working. I understand how to do that stuff but do not have enough time. They sent over who my wife felt very creeped out by a guy. She called and asked me what I wanted to perform. The components cost $24. I thanked him for coming and got on the phone but said no thanks, have a nice day. I called a handyman with a lot of expertise. He finished in half an hour flat and came and did the job. According to this, my opinion is that this business is a and I would never contact them again.

Update: Len the plumber responded to my review. Well, actually it was no support although following the plumber was supposed to have been here wasting my day waiting for them to come, they guaranteed to be in my own house and gave me an appointment but canceled the appointment. And likewise not allowing me the opportunity to call have come out.
What did Len say in their response? They could not find my amount. Since they stopped on us well, there wasn't any INVOICE. A bill for canceling on us? What?! How ridiculous is that? We will never, and I mean NEVER, employ Len the plumber. Trust me, men, they don't appear. Employ a business that is reliable.

I called Len The Plumber when among my bathrooms leaked close to the base. The plumber was specialist and came in time. However I definitely feel like I got ripped off as it came into the price. $972 to replace the wax ring and flange. When he would explain to me why the price was so large when I requested the plumber, he just said that he didn't make up the prices. I called the number to attempt and talk to a manager concerning the pricing and that I had to leave a message as it was a Sunday. No one ever called me back.

I'll be clear. No one forced me to allow the plumber to perform the job I asked. He was quick, professional and very personable. It is not likely that I will use them again. Too expensive for the work involved. I just wanted it done. I'll know better next time.
I would like somebody from the company to contact me.

I called Len the Plumber when my hot water stopped working in my shower. He took one look came, and told me that the job would cost over $800 and required at least four or five hours of work. He said that a special part was he could just get in Beltsville Maryland. I knew that he was incorrect (lying) since I previously had a contractor who had been working next-door come by and look at it. I let Len plumber go and paid the $45. I had it by that great contractor, who did it quickly. Oh, the component that has been needed cost a bit had been found at Home Depot. ... not some shop in Maryland. $800 my ! Don't trust this company.

The fact that you can be seen by Len is incredible. All plumbers I've used required at least several days notice. We had to shut down the water to the whole building, which including many neighboring companies and had a pipe burst at our business. The situation was critical. The plumber was permanently fixing the pipe, As soon as I called Len they sent somebody over instantly and within the hour. I was impressed by our plumbers efficiency and am thankful for his help. Thank you Len for day plumbing.

I phoned Len the Plumber and had a plumber a few hours later. The plumber arrived at 2:30 p.m., replaced all the plumbing in my bathroom sink, and was out the door by 4:35 p.m.
Yes, Len would be recommended by me !
This was a Sunday morning along with the plumbing in my bathroom sink leaked .

Having an emergency need to get a plumber on a Sunday is very good timing, you know that it'll cost you more. I sure wished I hadn't picked to change my whole house water filter since I do it I broke it!! and dropped the canister I purchased another one like it except the model was slightly different and drove to the Tractor Supply store, so the canister did not fit on my fitting. I was meant by that I needed the inevitable help of a plumber! Ugh, since I had the water to the total house closed off. I had to begin calling for one prepared to return on a Sunday. It ended up that Len the Plumber said that they could come. I was advised by and it'd cost $49 for the support call if I did not have them perform the job. That seemed reasonable I thought, so I consented. At what appeared to be a task for a plumber to have to mend After the tech looked and arrived, he began tapping out a few things on his pill and then showed me exactly what price - $850!!! wound Holy mackerel, I I already had some spare aluminum as well as the new unit. I told him I never expected a price anything near that large, but he said he was hoping to be honest. If that was honest, I would hate to hear what he would consider unfair! Said the price would consist of replacing the two water closed off handles. So price and labor for two water shuts off valves is hefty I would say! In comparison, I had my exterior faucet is, replaced by yet another plumber, Crown Plumber and add 2 cutoffs. He had a major disadvantage by having to operate in a very narrow cupboard to install the cutoffs. His price for labor and providing all the materials amparts was just $250. Would definitely not call on them for anything!
So here's an update to my first review a month ago. I received a call from a manager at Len the Plumber about my critique on google. Come to learn the amount I was billed, $850, wasn't a higher price because it was a Sunday. He explained they charge the same flat rate for day or any time of this week. I thought the $850 was to get pay, turns out it is instead just a normal fee! The manager explained that, unlike sole proprietor plumbing company or a tiny business, they must charge a fixed rate service fee that would pay their expenses. Because they're a large business, he said, their overhead is higher than that of a company that is small. All the more reason to call on a tiny local company rather than a large cost-high overhead company that is big, hmmm! He did send a check for a return of $50 of the charge to me. I appreciated the gesturebut it was enough to change my mind about not calling on them.

If you would like to invest $900 for a new drain in your bathroom sink, then phone Len the Plumber. The water will leak, but you may get a hole where your original plunger (the little silver thing you use to open and close to the drain) was.

Horrible! They market same day service. I put a request for the subsequent day - they called and stated that nobody was available. I asked service for the day same 15, and they market! Fine schedule to the day when I'd be accessible and I specified a time. They called me to try to send somebody out prior to the time - I said no and then was told that nobody will have the ability to come out that I scheduled the appointment . And then the rep tells me how she can do to me is a consultation the next day. PLEASE! The very best thing you can do is shut store cause your service stinks! STAY AWAY! 1 star just cause ZERO can't be given by me.

When the machine backed up for the initial plumber and a second time was not able to clean the pipe together with his tools * , the manager who arrived indicated that the difficulty was likely in the pipes of the county. This was 10 days after conclusion of the pipe replacement. The county had come out to verify their pipes and that was explained by us. He suggested we could be taking a look at additional cost. This announcement strained credulity, so we balked at his proposal and mentioned what we'd already paid for the occupation. The manager replied that we'd gotten a fantastic deal. The trade did cast doubt, while he was joking.
The job which was completed was not without noteworthy shortcomings, while with one exception, we found everyone patient to work with.
TO REVIEW: Approximately a week and a half after the work and review, our sewer line backed up. The following explains the causes of the review.
* At our proposal meeting Len, we were advised that a protective tarp will be affixed in the bedroom to avoid the spread of dust.
* Following the sewer backed up after the conclusion of the job, one of the employees used a camera and also showed us that the"pipe had been broken". He said that we looked at grime. The group which came out to repair the"broken pipe" never discovered a fracture. The opinions leaves us wondering if the job is, in actuality, final. We were informed from the team that they viewed the pipe with their camera and was clear. However, we did not observe the results because of a short battery lifetime for the camera.
* After commenting to this second manager on the dust and also seeding, he assured that a more extensive netting of seed would be affixed after the next excavation. It wasn't.
We'd Len the Plumber come out to repair and replace the sewer line coming into our property. We were pleased with the encounter. A technician came out and provided two different camera views of our difficulty. Quite helpful, patient, as well as informative. The day Vince scheduled the appointment and came out. He was clear and considerate in also the work which would be done and also his explanation of the situation, supplying some options too. Each of the employees who came out were courteous and pleasant. Surprisingly, we were never without water, as far as we can tell, throughout the duration of this procedure that is two-and-a-half-day.
I'm afraid these are only a lot of items to mention for a job of more than $10,000.
* Additionally, at that meeting we were advised that grass seed would be placed over the areas that were disturbed yard. This was done to the minimum of levels.
While the contract indicates two cleanouts, we did not anticipate having a new pipe sticking up about six inches at the middle of the yard. This should have been explained.
In terms of the areas for improvement, the following would be sighted by me. Vince said a drop cloth would be put down in the basement bedroom. This did not happen leaving an whole bedroom and its own furniture. A few of hours of labour were required to make the room inhabitable again. Vince mentioned bud being spread in the rear yard. This seemed like a valued addition, Though it was chilly. There was A four-foot-wide mesh strip put down to the connection that is municipal. The pathway to this link was often wider than four feet, yielding a muddy mess. We were under the impression that the rocks found during this excising would be taken off. They were not, and they were abundant. We transferred them ourselves.
* Finally, the whole project was filled with a few missteps along the way. It seems common sense, after the fact, that the new piping would have been"camera'd" before the job was deemed complete. There were conflicting opinions about what happened to cause the drain to back up into our home again (requiring extra mopping and cleaning). The bottom line is that had the initial job been viewed with a camera, the issue would have been clear to a trained eye.
A job that is great overall. Just a few oversights or miscommunications that would have caused a job that is superior.
* A massive collection of rocks wasn't eliminated resulting in extra hours of work too.

WOULD'VE GIVEN A 0 IF ABLE. I phoned in 610pm, was told an on call person could call me immediately (our ceiling was BOWING out & at a new house & didn't find out how to turn the water off). Called in 710, told they would call back. Called at 8 on telephone service stated they didn't know why someone could tell me that bc they were booked at night (this was an emergency). DO NOT CALL THEM FOR AN EMERGENCY!

My husband had gotten the petition done when the Len The Plumber rep was calling to set up the trip that was and included resolving the matter.
Len The Plumber--Lorton was fantastic! We called two other emergency plumbers beforehand. One never got our opinion. The other was very nice but came the day after only to assess. Then could come several days unless he could be seen by us .
Mr. Antonio, with Len The Plumber was quite comprehensive. Before and after the work Mr. Antonio took the time to explain the options, fix, and answer questions.

If you are disabled or a citizen, bypass Len the Plumber. I called to have a toilet seat and also an flapper and was advised, after being placed on hold, that Len the Plumber doesn't do that job. I will no longer make these repairs myself. Called Len since they market. Disappointing they are so picky about what they will and will not do.

Awesome support. Water heater stopped working. They came out quickly (very important!) And sent. Found out the preceding company (Kramer & Sons) had sold us on work on this hot water heater which contributed to this issue, and cost a lot of extra money (about $350)! Len the Plumber professional took time to describe various things which helped me understand our house better. (Learning more all the time, even after 30 years.) Thanks, Len the Plumber!!!

We chose not to wait any more. I found a listing of plumbers for our region and called Len the Plumber. That is what happened, although I did not expect a fast response. They came to my home. Jamel supplied outstanding service to us and arrived in our door. He repaired the 1 issue and went out and got the area that was missing for the issue. The 1 difficulty that the guy was waiting weeks to address, Jamel carried the role in his truck. No longer.
Before I had contacted a plumber referred to me with a buddy. We had plumbing issues which required attention. This plumber came out and told us that he'd order a part and it might take a couple of weeks. We heard nothing for weeks. He was waiting, After we called.
Jamel provide us outstanding service. I'd recommend him and Len The Plumber to anyone that requires a plumber for their plumbing issues.
