Great!!!!!Our hats are off to a wonderful crew!
From the initial call, the sales rep (Steven) into the pipes (John and crew) that installed the new system, to the electrician which works with the firm (sorry, I cannot recall his name at the moment), this was one excellent experience. Level is aware of what customer support and customer care is ALL about, and they do it with a smile.

We've used level within our home and we chose to give our company to them again, when we bought a new home. We wanted to add ductwork and explained we were replacing a boiler/radiator system. My wife went over the project and fulfilled their estimator. He asked me to call him to review and took notes. I called and he started with"until you get started we do not do ductwork jobs the organization is getting away from this and we will need to disqualify ourselves" Confused I asked do you've got anyone you urge"no we do not have anyone we could refer to that" Guess they are not exactly the 1 stop store they have been previously for us. Disappointing to say the least

Run from this corporation. They oversized the heater to our home. The atmosphere can be noisy and blows us out of the house. They wouldn't eliminate the oversized system. According to them, they'd done the same thing at a townhome. If they set up the dimensions systens,, that wouldn't 29, the president told me that everybody wants to talk to the proprietor these days, possibly. Major mistake by them that cost me $16000.

Predatory pricing on a straightforward kitchen faucet installation. Plumber billed almost $500 and was there for a little over an hour. I supplied the faucet, so this was the charge for labour. The"estimate" was deceptive and from the time I realized it, I simply needed to find the job done, so that I paid the extortion degree fee. It was a sickening experience.

Now they were sent to have a look at the heating system. A motor guess what, and replace for a faulty gas value replacement for a complete quote of $1629 and a quotation of $675? . .Chou guessed it, replace the unit. Another firm has again been dispatched for another opinion. As a former HarCo resident disappointed in atmosphere and Level heating.
Predatory Pricing.
My home has been rented through a property management firm. Level has been to my home twice, and sometimes they've been turned off. The first instance they claimed that my entire A/C unit needed replaced, holes in the coil, etc.. Another company found nothing wrong and was delivered to look at the home other than a condensate line. Line was altered, unit recharged and another firm was outside the door for $186. Level desired to replace the unit.

I'm reviewing two times to this technician since he performed exactly the same excellent support and arrived to two different locations of mine.
Was called by Level Home Services since they were having a promotion. I was scheduled. Mike P. was the technician. He appeared to be extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, what my choices were and didn't try and force merchandise I didn't need.

I'd find somebody else. . .and it looks like I might have to. . .this kind of service is what gives a bad name to businesses
I wouldn't ever suggest them to Any one... I'm so disappointed in the couple favorable testimonials I read on here it's clear this company doesn't have it together.
Be careful when dealing with this company since they dropped the ball even before the work begins.... How bad could it be when a job was began by them and left it done incomplete. . .
I ask for the manager and call just about every day and let know what is going on but it appears they don't care for their customers.
I've been waiting over 2 weeks not even to be done.

Couldn't have asked for better service! We put our location last summer and immediately our old AC failed. We called Level Heating and Air Conditioning for help and they responded! We had the AC is replaced by them plus they did a wonderful job. Now we have sold our location and the house inspection showed our furnace needed replacing. Level was called by us again and once again they came to our rescue. They replaced the furnace with no time at a price that was fair.

I found that Level Home Services had great reviews online and I was pleased that they did not disappoint when I requested them to do some work. They had an electrician come out to give me an estimate the exact same week and answered my inquiry that was online almost immediately. Edgar knew exactly what had to be done and was very professional. He was available to do the work a few days later. Both times Edgar arrived which I loved because I was able to go about my daily life without having to wait about. He'd completed the repairs and washed up. I'd definitely use them again for home repairs.

Good service from initial phone call to work performed. Would recommend. Somewhat pricey but the work comes with guarantee.

Excellent customer service!!! Trustworthy! Thie serviceman (Mike P) was quite informative on keeping up the heating system. The customer service representative on the telephone (Suzzie) was exceptional and provided great support. Level will ensure any and all issues are handled properly and in a timely issue.

I live in a row home in Baltimore City. My AC condenser looked in poor shape and is on the roof. The foundation it had been on made from wood, fell apart, and needed to be reset. The technician gave me a fantastic cost to fix it which comprised cleaning the roof disconnecting it, making sure there weren't any penetrations and re-mounting it on a foundation that was fresh. The contractors arrived and did an awesome job. Kuddos Level!

Yesterday, tyler B did a great job. He found and fixed a problem with our heating system. We are quite pleased with Level. Everybody is very friendly and enlightening. We plan to utilize them for electric demands in the future.

We predicted what used to be Kite and Key Electric, which has seemingly merged into Level Home Services. Talk about sticker shock. First they charged us $80 to spend ten minutes at the house looking and give a written quote. They came up with a quote twice as much as any other we've obtained for some of the work we've done in our house so far, once the job is undoubtedly the smallest we've had. If you have a row house in Baltimore City and wish to throw money into the end, phone Level Home Services. Otherwise, ask your neighbors.

They were fair, so I phoned them when I lost power to my garage, As soon as I utilized Level Electric for my company last year. The technology Jim showed up and discovered that my 40 amp breaker was awful. It was shifted by him out that revived my electricity. He then preceded to ensure that the electricity in the garage worked . All this took 45 minutes. I questioned him. He told me that they charge $130.00 a hour. I asked how he came up with $307.00. He said that price included parts and labor. I advised the breaker at Home Depot is $20.00. He then said keep the vehicles and insurance and they have to put gas in the vehicles. I wasn't getting anywhere with this Jim I phoned his office and had been advised that to change a breaker out therefore, it is a flat rate of $211. I paid that price instead of the 307.00. The $211 remains a rip off, but it is far better than what Jim tried to scam me for. But I won't ever use Levels !
