Mike O'Neal was. Mike was kind, thorough, educated me about how to prevent it in the future, and fixed the matter. He also told me about their support plan and some longer term options which would repair the problem (we've older trees in the yard). He was not pushy about it, but gave me a few options to consider.
They advised me on the telephone of holiday rates versus regular rates, and were quite blunt about the pricing during appointment and the dialogue.
I ran through the list of plumbers, and Sons & Levine was the only and first one to call me !

I will definitely call them again if I have another issue.
Very effective and professional support. I had a toilet drain from my children stuffing toilet paper and etc in Levine and the bathroom & Sons cared for it straight away.
When the plug happened I went into Home Depot and purchased chemicals and various snakes to try and clean up the problem with no success. After spending over $120. On methods that didn't work I came across Sons & Levine add online for $99 drain. I wish I would have called them. Then I would have saved money, time, stress without having to deal with the gross job .

This location is terrible!! 'd my furnace cleaned, preventative care,then 1 month later the furnace made sound. They came back outside to realize that the heat exchanger was busted!!!! How can the man miss this??? Obviously we had a new furnace!

This company is fantastic! However, everything they could before they came to that decision was checked by this firm. Two friendly technicians and two inspections afterwards, we're still working to repair our insulation issue, but we would never have known it was a problem had it not been for all of the hard work from Levine and Sons! Excellent customer service in the office team, expert and friendly technicians, and prices that are worth each and every penny! Provided that they're running a business, we will never go anywhere else for our heating and cooling needs. :)

Life Rescue service! Yes, I paid extra to have them all come outside however that I greatly appreciate the people at Levine and Sons to be responsive on the weekend. I thought I would take it upon myself to fix my sink, big mistake! Well, where I understood this was not going to finish with my house flooding when the leaking got to a stage, I called these men. They came outside and got the work done. The gentleman was super nice and useful. In addition, he walked me through what I did wrong which was cool since he would have easily just ignored telling me that so I'd need to call them later on, but since he took the opportunity to be that helpful, I will be sure to call them . That I can't imagine any plumbing support is although I guess it is not the place. Seeing some reviews here that have a couple gripes about nonsense and aren't really rating. Glad I made the option to use their service and was not deterred from the whiners.

Levine was picked by us because we had used them years ago. However, this experience was dreadful. The device person, who assured us that he wasn't trying to sell us anything, did nothing but try to sell us every work that is unnecessary and overpriced he would end up. Finally after we said no heaps of occasions, he finally performed the job Levine was predicted by us for. He augered the bathroom which has been clogged. In the process, he was able to scratch on this bathroom with his auger. He had tried to offer us a new bathroom. Was this his way of making a sale? I won't ever utilize Levine again.

Ive always had a good experience w Levine. They are very quick to respond after hours, and if its emergency call, they're very quick to get someone out. Ive used them for AC repair and setup of a sump pump that was new. I find their prices to be very aggressive. $69.00 for a service call is very fair. Lets face it, there is a tremendous amount of overhead of having a service group, I think this speed is extremely fair!

The point is, I got the pump online and substituted itself . Please note that the warnings of reviewers and don't get taken advantage of.
The pump cost me 80 online for a direct replacement (with free second-day shipping), WOW! They need $577 is so free and to purge the traces; this takes me 20 minutes, save my time. Added on this quotation is $380 to clean the boiler (I believe not), and yet another $980 in unspecified service fees.
Highway robbery. Beware. I knew so out them we had a flow pump for our boiler. R.C. arrives, and I wasn't home, so he tried to benefit from my wife having reprehensible up-selling. I say call another firm for another opinion and get a quotation. The quotation, as I look at it now, is $2766.23 to substitute pump and other BS fees (I thought the quote was going to be for a new furnace). This cost does not include re-piping, although they need $828 for a pump that is new. I'm imagining re-piping as the new pump is a different version than the present, will be needed.

They came out to my house to check my AC unit and replaced the Compressor for $400 not telling me that my condenser was gone wasn't able to put $400 toward a new unit or get a refund to the Compressor .they Suck they made promises that they were going to rectify the situation but never did

You will never know who to trust when it comes to other builders or pipes. I called Levine & Sons for a clogged primary drain and took a chance. The tech Zack, was both knowledgeable and friendly. I am paranoid about the'price' . In this case.... I paid exactly what was quoted on the telephone. If the problem is more complex than anticipated, like any issue, things can cost more. But in this circumstance, they kept their word. Zack provided advice with our principal drain that keeps getting backed up by tree roots every year, but didn't' push' it on long-term solutions. At some stage we will require a principal drain. Based on my experience with Sons & Levine, I would suggest them. Thank you.

Make sure that your technicians convey the worth of the owner. , my experience was far from that. Levine has completed work for my family home a few times previously, and the ceremony was ok (not good but at least tolerable). Working and complete basement flooded stopped today. The service rep"ROBERT" was condescending. He acted like he got competitive talking over us a few moment and didn't wish to become thee. Inform us he didn't even want to be here (actually said"I don't wish to be here"and each time he spoke to us he was very rude and haughty. He explained that some work needed to be done outside and if we didn't get it THROUGH THEM there would not be a guarantee, when I read the document if the recommended function was not completed the guarantee could be emptiness, it said. Just because I was under a great deal of pressure and also the restoration team was awaiting the issue to be resolved so they could start the cleanup, I allow him substitute the Sump Vacuum, Once it was replaced I asked him if he could take a peek at the Hot water heater since it was under water and it seamed as if it was not working, He refused and left. In the future I will NOT be using them Following my experience today. Today I will have to call somebody else out to look at the water tank.

I've got an older home and one of the drains ran . Which didn't work if we attempted to snake it but it didn't help, although I attempted Draino. The plumber out of Levine (possibly a boy?) Was very patient and helpful. He explained that I had a different type of trap and showed me the way that it needed to be washed out. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The fee for service was reasonable.

I thought that the tech worked on commission, and did phone the office to give them feedback on this. They said no, and also perhaps the tech did not know....so why bother sending themthey should function as expert. They stated the service manager would call back, but never heard from them. Very disappointed.

They were able to schedule someone to develop quickly and adapt my program (read: my kids' hectic schedules, since those rule our own lives right now). The technician showed up and had been briefed about the circumstance. He voiced concern that the difficulty had not been satisfactorily addressed the first time, and he showed me he went to fix it. Half an hour later, the problem has been solved. And the sump pump.
I had been all set to write a review of sons & Levine , such as a 1-star, but now my mind has been changed. A few months back my husband had work done on the bathtub in our house before we moved in. Once we moved in, the issue was occurring. Since he did not enjoy the mindset of the technician at the moment, and the guy seemed to try doing the fastest easiest repair, rather than the repair that would solve the issue, we chose to utilize another plumber for our hot water heater and also alternative services. However, since I did not wish to pay twice to have the identical problem fixed, I chose to phone Levine & give them a chance to fix the issue.
So, my view of Levine was redeemed, due to Bruce & his attention to detail.

Since the very first trip, the company says they are longer worked for by the plumber. They sent a great plumber to repair my bathrooms that the plumber that is other messed up, and also did reimburse a number of my money. Much appreciated.

Steer clear of this company! My furnace quit on a few of the coldest days of the year. From the time I could get a plumber (out of Levine & Sons) to come, it was late in the afternoon. The estimate for the repair has been almost $500, which surprised me. The tech explained that was little, but it was extremely difficult to reach. (I have a very long description of just how difficult it was to get to.) I felt that I had no choice and was into it to the cost of the service call. In retrospect, it would have been cheaper to go to a hotel for the night (if I could find one that took two puppies ) and call a different company in the morning. Here's the kicker: that the fix job took 25 minutes. Seriously. For a component that was assumed to be soooooo difficult to reach. When the man announced that he was finished I was amazed.
