Lomonaco Coast Plumbing

My expertise with Lomonaco was friendly, responsive, fairly priced and I feel good about working with a company that is local. Without question I know who I will be calling with any future plumbing requirements.
I phoned Lomonaco Coast Plumbing for another opinion before proceeding and the drain was cleared by them during our toilet for $300 over the hour.
I had a clogged sewer line and that I phoned Mike Diamond Plumbing for their $99 drain clearing. They charged me $450 to find the flow with their camera when Mike Diamond came. After finding the escape, they said they could only clear the drain by simply installing a brand new.

Roger and zack were back out Monday morning to do the work. They have been prompt, professional and friendly. They understood I had a tight schedule and they ended earlier than expected. They checked to be sure everything was functioning, including replacing the pressure regulator into the house, which saved me by an even larger repair invoice.
On Sunday - these things seem to happen on the weekend - the socket from my water heater started leaking. I found Lomonaco and have done a Yelp search to find. In an hour of my call, I had a plumber (Zack) in my doorway. He gave me some choices and identified the problem. I chose getting a brand new water heater and fixing fittings that were associated.

Mike did not call me an idiot when I couldn't turn the hot water at a shower. Five stars!
Seriously, I had trouble getting hot water and then had a Pex repipe accomplished by Mike. I figured it was a mistake in the work. I called Mike with the (non-emergency) position on a Saturday, and bright and early Monday morning -- like 8am bright and early Monday -- he phoned and said he'd be over by noon that afternoon to have a look. That's really very good support.
Turned out the problem it was me and my inability to operate a two handle -- cold and hot different -- shower. I did before Mike came over save some self respect. He was very understanding about the situation.

Here's a review long overdue, I am a local plumber who back in June had his truck broken into and above 5grand worth of gear stolen when mike watched my article on Instagram he offered to help me (no strings attached) to find some of them back by putting some $$$ on a instrument accounts at a local plumbing store. I had never met him only chatted on insta, seeing how I was only trying to start my own business when supporting a wife and 3 kids that loss was devastating but his present was more than generous, it was a silver lining to remind me that while some people might suck there are plenty more spreading good vibes. Certainly got me outta the dumps and back on the horse. Anybody who would do something treats their customers like a vip and anyone Ive spoke to says he is a class act, and I will. Cheers brother

Professional. I had a few issues with a new house I bought over the last few weeks. Where tradesmen and other plumbers failed or gave me the run around Lomonaco was a breathe of fresh air. Will definitely be calling them !

Fast and Simple. Mike was quick get me squared away within one hour and to phone me back. Zack came out and handled our issue with the bathroom quickly. Great man, friendly and professional! Certainly my go to plumber.

Friday before Labor Day weekend that our water heater makes the decision to head outside, called Lomonaco and they were able to come off the same day and replace the water heater! Very professional and nice guys! Thank you so much!

I had difficulties with both my houses. They shot this urgency fitting me both instances within a couple of hours.

Not only are they fair and really dependable, there prices are far better than any others I have used.

I've limited availability so when I called with a plumbing project on a Saturday morning I wasn't expecting same day service, but that's what I got. Roger was delivered by mike to our residence, who arrived within two hours of my phone. He promptly recognized our problem, given clear alternatives for a simple minded non qualified plumber (me) and had the job done within an hour and a half. Couldn't have asked for better service. Cleanliness his workmanship and communication was superb. Planning to use them for a bigger project in the near future.

Found Yelp being used by them. I emailed on Mother's Day because our water main leaked. I emailed a photo and got quote and an instant response. They said they would put me on the program the day.

Roger texted me the next morning to let me know he had been on his way. Showed up ON TIME. This is important to me. Roger was awesome and got the work done. Very organized. The job was bigger than expected and they kept to the original quote. Could not be more pleased. You are going to be lucky if you get Robert to do the job if you use this organization.

These guys are fantastic! Someone picked up the phone immediately on a Sunday to assist w/ an emergency. They came highly suggested by a friend who'd them plumb their whole home.

I used Mike to jettison 4 sockets vents and my primary line I have in San Clemente. While I do not reside in the area, Mike and I communicated and managed everything. I've had others out to focus on my place, but no longer. I will call Mike from now on. He's professional, pleasant and honest.

Lomonaco saves. We had a late night bathroom issue. 8 plumbers who advertised 24 hour service were called by us. We got no 1 answering or no 1 working. Our telephone was not returned by any one except Mike and he could find a crew. This morning Mike called to say we could be squeezed by him earlier. Fantastic experience with two separate jobs. In the initial call in into the repairs and set up work with Sean and Jake with Mike, I had been happy with their responsiveness and quality/cost of service. Can use these guys again!

I ran right into a poor drain issue and have 2 Laundromats. My plumber was out of town so I contacted Lomonaco; Mike said they had been and they will be there within one hour and replied. Jake fixed the problem to clean the drain used for washers and problem was solved. They really did save the day.

My experience was not cheap, but worth every penny and I was not over billed nor did as I have experienced in years past with another company, they attempt to sell me some solutions.
So we had a literal S**t storm happen on 4th of July rather than a plumber might be discovered. As I enjoy their reviews and area were fantastic, I called Lomonaco first. I was told 3:30 was soonest and I said okay, again because of testimonials. 10 minutes later I get a call he can be in my house in 10 minutes!
In what turned into a long job in tight spaces for my older home from the shore, jake and Roger came and immediately went into action.
They maintained smiles the whole time and kept me informed every step of the way. They're considerate, polite, funny and professional. They did their very best to mitigate additional"storm" harm as the procedure sometimes caused some local spillage shall we say in a toilet. Quickly they made a dam before it might be hauled away.
I try to buy Jake and Roger and strongly recommend this company. Oh yes, also ensure your guests with children don't flush wipes!

I called Lomonaco Coast Plumbing now because of overflowing/flooding of a toilet, bathtub, and u-trap. Roger got here within two hours of this call. He fixed and must work!

I received a quote from another plumber for up to $200 more than what this firm charged. Was fair, and he worked with a space to install an Apex osmosis alkaline system. While he was here, he gave a quote to me to have my external drains waterjetted and took a quick look. No plumber will waterjet these types of drains. Excited about using this provider again. Very polite and friendly.
