It required Aleks, Issa, and Aaron ~6 hours to rip the AC and furnace out and replace with a quieter and more efficient Carrier Infinity system. Install seems flawless and everything was working great. They explained how all of the pieces worked and I'm a satisfied customer.
These guys are great. I have been doing business with them for nearly 15 years. From the AC they installed back when they were still a small shop on Main St. into the new hot water heater and furnace/AC replacements in the last year. They've developed offer and a lot more of a shopping experience now that they perform plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.

The cost for the system was the best among the 3 estimates I received from brands and HVAC providers, the builders, and Isi and Jarme, did an superb job. I even took my carpenter's level to see whether the condensing coil was level on the slap they place outside, and yes, the bubble read almost level. I'm writing this review because I think M&M deserve to get bumped up to the on their Yelp ratings. I have only good things to say about my experience. The tech who recognized my heat exchanger in my Lennox, cody, did an superb job for me. Since not only was the the old Lennox furnace toast, I bought a Carrier system, but the interior evaporator coil to your Trane A/C had failed.

They made sure they arrived earlier in the day and were accommodating to my two napping toddler's program. You know that it's a run family business when they acknowledge the value of naps! I had been given a lot of information concerning my dishwasher I didn't know to the maintenance which needed to be done in addition. I will make M and M Heating & Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical first call when issues arise in the future. Hopefully it will be awhile because they provide the best support in Longmont, CO..
Victor arrived at our home and has been efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He correctly recognized a toilet problem, fixed a leaking faucet, and sealed a sewer vent pipe which prevented us our basement remodel. Can't say enough good things about Victor, and we will not be afraid to call on M & M for whatever in the future.
Power was lost by my furnace. Technician Mark has been paid to diagnose the issue ($90), which he NEVER did. Instead he changed the thermostat, substituting a one that was working . This didn't (and couldn't have) solve the problem since the thermostat pulls its' electricity from the furnace. He charged me $171 to get a unit which sells for $30 in Home Depot. Plus $90 installation. The new thermostat has the unique quality of the M&M business name and address printed on the front of the thermostat. Cool to bring the M&M name to the wall in my dining room. This says everything there is to learn about this self-interested firm. Disgraceful!!!
Upon petition they told me to keep the thermostat and did refund my money. They thought they were being considerate & generous. More likely, they were worried about being examined and were caught in their game. These are the indisputable truth, confirmed invoice & by the job order.
Just read between the lines in their website. They're a self-interested"household" business that resides the lie that their approach"enables us to give the best products available at far lower cost to you during those hard times." Just, a lie. The website continues by minding their opponents:"We strive to keep our business easy and effective. The massive volume businesses (competitors) require high overhead costs which include daily advertisements, higher insurance costs and more business vehicles simply to mention a few. Simply put, this is a very poorly written and deceitful attempt at a marketing material.
WARNING: M&M can't be trusted. Here are the facts:
Technician Mark spent 45 minutes in his van preparing a four-page proposal of furnace replacement choices from $12,000 to $24,500. My furnace issue was never diagnosed by him. He was from the beginning to attempt to sell me an excessively new furnace. M&M furnace pricing is price gouging some competitors' prices, in spite of the M&M website.
Business that is amazing and service!! These guys are awesome! They installed a Hot Dawg heater in my garage and have replaced my furnace. They work and look great. No one else will do my HVAC work. I'd 110% advocate Eric and his team for any HVAC work!
These turds came to one of my stores to check out one of the roof units. The man said he'd price the repair parts that were needed and ship the estimate to me. That was a week ago and he totally flaked out on me. He never bothered to telephone.... The office says this jerk is for a week and he's un reachable out of town. What kind of losers send out someone to support a client of he's not going to be around to do the repairs? What kind of business is that they do not give a crap around destroying their reputation that their workers are currently moving? We had a contractor to support our 10 stores in the Denver metro area. It sure as hell will not be these winners.
I got the pleasure of meeting Brian, he installed a water heater extremely fast and economically. He is a friendly personable guy and dog was loved by him. Everyone at M&M were very pleasant. I'll recommend these guys for everybody! They beat at every price in the city.
Had horrible drain blockage in kitchen that I attempted to fix with Draino but instead ended up inducing water with Draino through the dishwasher over the kitchen floor to backup. I called another plumbing company and was advised they could not come that day until after hours and as a result there could then be an additional $100.00 + charge, just for showing up.
I then called M & M and they said they would be out over two hrs with no additional charge and that is precisely what they did. Brian arrived to save the day and chased the blockage and to the cellar and outside to our primary drain and found and replaced a pipe that if unfound would've caused our basement to have been flooded. Thank God for both Brian and M & M Plumbing. I strongly recommend this business and I will contact them.
Update: Thank you for the reply. M an M support both components prior. They serviced and repaired the second/older unit and it has worked like a champ ever since so there was absolutely nothing wrong with it but I wished to have it check and support since it had been so long. Additionally, M and M did a repair service call on unit at 2014 and found wire. Justin had no idea how second/older unit was functioning since"the numbers" didn't make sense to him and that he didn't advise servicing it because of that. He also wished to order a laundry list of components for first unit (believe 2005 version ) because he didn't know why it was not working but advocating replacing the entire unit. The second opinion company immediately knew it was that the capacitor. Many components are capable of lasting longer than the industry standard with proper care in Colorado where some only are used 4-5 weeks of the year. I stand by my view about Justin.
First, I waited till AC unit was functioning again to compose review (not fixed by MandM). My expertise : I contact as heat of summer happened. I requested that they look at freon degrees in my unit. The larger unit becomes unhappy every summer when temperatures get above 95. In retrospect, I believe I have an inexperienced repair individual who didn't call for help when he didn't know what was wrong with my AC unit and rather gave me a list of all of the parts within the first device that might need to be substituted for it working, as a part of his tactic for pushing a brand new unit purchase. Justin admitted that he suggested that I start considering a new device and had no particular idea of that part wasn't working inside. Me also billed for looking at my unit that he said he was reluctant to support because the amount manuals didn't make sense and that he didn't want to mess this up. It was kind of him not to mess it up when it wasn't really serviced but that I should not have been billed for second unit. I composed online to company to whine about the support of Justin and never heard back through email or telephone message. Might be best to ask repairman for units that are older.
Brian did a wonderful job. He is made sure we understood that the details of the job and professional. Showed up on time and abandon the site tidy. We will not hesitate to utilize M and M in the future.

The owner contacted my husband as well and was quite helpful in resolving several of my problems, including what I viewed as a overcharging of parts and also for the"extra service charge" not being correctly explained.
Our A/C ceased functioning and so we called this business and chose.
The appointment was put up by my husband and he tells me that he was advised that a $45 service charge could be required and $45 for the first half an hour of work (but second part was a bit uncertain and we were uncertain on this until the owner explained to me, the invoice was a bit surprising originally ) make certain that you understand this as it means the minimal chagre is $90! This is in line with other people in the area. It wasnt until so 4:45 my husband received a call the service guy would be arriving although we had been told they would be here around 2:30 -3 and they arrived at 5:15ish. According to the information on the receipt, sells for $20-30 online. $145 was billed. This is more than a 400% markup... Based on my study, part like this should be 100-300% markup, and so I felt this was high. It may be that the component is more technical, I can only go off the data I was given, however possibly markup numbers were lower, if this is the case.
Along my husband side and I agreed that the support guy was quick and nice. After we phoned and complained, they arrived the next day and apparently had not assessed the freon levels, which also needed to be fixed (freon is being phased out and is very costly, which included more to our invoice but it was this or a brand new unit and I did check to confirm prices for the gasoline were consistent, didn't sense a concern with this) Now the atmosphere is functioning and there was no second charge for service, and so I bumped to 4* but that's up on rounding since I'd have expected everything to be assessed the first time and could have enjoyed more information on when to call back if it didn't work the first time.

*Note: review reflects my opinion but I have discussed this support call with the owner and he is quite eager to make certain you're happy and we will probably use them again ourselves if something occurs, simply go in with eyes wide open regarding this is an expensive household repair.
He worked to address the concerns and we're both satisfied as of this time with this corporation.

Ten year appeared to be getting tired and that I called to schedule a maintenance service call, AKA check out it, to make sure everything was great. I figured they'd schedule something as it wasn't a crisis. No, they had a reschedule with somebody else over looking at the unit, and in a hour someone was.
Boy are these guys good, efficient and fast! No BS, just straight friendly.

I knew that the A/C, water heater and furnace were likely to have to be substituted when I purchased my home. I read many reviews and M and M had the very impressive list of customers. I had but I still got estimates from a number of builders. Boy was I happy I chose his team and Eric. They were professional and up front about what exactly was likely to happen. I was pleased with also their samples of work and their quote. I booked his team to put in everything within a few 17, after Eric gave me a quotation. I could not be more happy . It doesn't get any greater than M and M heating and Air Conditioning if you need it done correctly and at a cost.
