What I love about Maeser is they send information so that you know who to expect. They locate skilled technicians that are certified and worthy of doing a fantastic job and do background checks!

Yes they'll come out quick, but they'll charge a whole lot to do the job. No emergency charge to talk but I feel it is built into the charge. Time we had them they misdiagnosed a repair, which I managed to work out on youtube. A vibrating outside spigot is probably just a washer just FYI. Exterior spigot and did not secure to the brick therefore the entire thing moved and twisted when turning on/off. Unless I'm at a serious bind I will be appearing elsewhere.

We've been using Maeser for some time. Others have tried but have found that they lack the promptness and professionalism of Maeser. They handled all our pipes requirements and gave us options to select from, even ones we had not called about.

Extremely was a business that is reputable. I paid $164 to get an estimate of $ 1,322 and a diagnosis to repair my A/C. The service technician offered me $865 for 3 pounds of refrigerant and some $350 for two capacitors. You can purchase the capacitor online for $15 and it's $100 per pound.
I feel as if Maeser was hoping to pull a fast one on a humid and hot day. I can not see calling them.
He did a bad job of describing the problem, then admitted he made any assumptions about the repairs, which means that he guessed. Then there should be no guessing if you're quoting $ 1,300 for a repair.

Two technicians came out and were super instantaneous and instantly understood that they did not service my water heater and provided a different firm who helped me put up an appointment and failed.

This really is a thank-you to Tom Jones, the Maeser tech who re-installed our water-heater after we'd had it removed to permit installation of flooring. While he had been scrutinizing the water heater Mr. Jones noticed noticed a valve was leaking, and we were able to replace it on the place, thereby ensuring our new floor would not be damaged. Thank you Mr. Jones!

Beginning with call for support, person who took my phone was friendly and helpful. Followed up that support rep was on his way. Then Service rep Steve Flatt mended items requested in a friendly and timely manner.

The next day, these men appear anyhow (wasting my time, disrespecting my wishes for them to not come) lent me around $1500 for your work, and I told them (again), forget about it. (another plumber did exactly the exact same work for a bit over $300.) They wanted me to pay for the quote. ha!
Far and dishonest overpriced.

I realized it had been my own HVAC, and whatever it was and came home to a vibration shaking my house. . .wasn't great. What was I going to do to get this fixed quickly without spending a fortune??
Although the technology was a bit late (the job before mine was more complicated than they understood ) I had been kept in the loop the entire day by the customer service operator and my appointment was retained. My tech found a comparatively inexpensive problem and showed me that the problem (long story short - don't use inexpensive air filters in these things). Though he might have made up some more expensive problem that was bigger and I wouldn't have known it, he billed for a part and his trip fee. He had been effective, practitioner, and kind to my children.
I would recommend Maeser to other people for HVAC services - and with all the positive experience I had I would also call them.
I switched to Yelp the next morning - as a homeowner I needed to find a company to help out me and didn't have any resources on hand.

Decent, fair and polite quality work. They admired our home and were on time. They were highly recommended by me .

I can't say enough about how great their service was. Husband and my daughter came home and the water and sewer lines backed up, two days after. Maeser was there immediately and got some service while they figured out what was wrong. They got things and explained measure of the way.

I would hope in making them that good because you put that sort of training that you simply pay them well. It's expensive to possess turn over. We've been Maeser clients for about a year; phoning them for a second opinion on a problem we had last summer (in the recommendation of a family member). They were a whole lot more considerate, professional and honest than the company we dealt with through our house warranty. We advise them any time we understand that a friend or relative is having an HVAC issue.
Impressed with Maeser's job and client service. We noticed our AC unit wasn't working properly, known as Maeser, and they sent out someone over less than one hour. John S was considerate, knowledgeable, and thorough in describing what the issue was. He provided several alternatives for what action now, I could take. He was accompanied with a new team member, Rick, that was also very considerate, knowledgeable and helpful in identifying the problem and solving it. Five star service from these two team members!
Update: Rick arrived at our home. Quite professional as always. I believe he began recently with Maeser (was here a month or so ago with a different staff member when we had a problem ).

The morning after Christmas, we were greeted with a sewer backup in our laundry area. I reached out at 9:15 AM, I knew we're going to be okay. She was friendly and so helpful and advised she'd reach out into a service staff ASAP. We had received a telephone that help was on the road! Within 45 minutes in the initial call for assistance, we had a service staff at our house. Steve and jumped into action and Jesse were quick to assess the situation. We were updated by them as to what they saw and what next steps should be. Maeser is the epitome of professional every step of the way!
