I needed a plumber quickly to replace a faucet. I spoke to some individual and called Monday early. She advised for a morning appt We understood it might not be easy to replace as my faucet was old. Sent her pictures that were to to the plumber and determined I should go to Lowe's and pick out replacement with help. Adrian was the plumber that arrived and he was knowledgeable and professional. He made sure everything was 100 percent. He clarified some things that I was so kind and had questions about. This is a Fantastic experience

I'd Anticipated by Somebody in Maitland Winter Park Plumbing,About how my daughter was left by their mistake with water in the shower, and the rest of the household, Should you see my first review, simply to drive off and leave us high and dry.
It takes a big person I am sure they never will.
An apology would be good, although we are not planning a lawsuit. You must be a particular sort of person to apologize!!!

From the Grace of God we had been set back on line a few hours later, through no help from their staff or them.
But obviously it must be business to dismiss their errors and leave people.

Horrible support. They would like to steal your money. I do not recommend this corporation. Awful customer support. Eric the supervisor was quite rude. Stay off!!!!!

I will be doing some renovations at the future and I will definitely be asking Nick to come out to do any of the plumbing job.

Every time I've encountered an issue and I have an old home so I've found myself since buying my house using quite a couple of plumbing problems, Maitland Plumbing are. I will always depend on their honesty and quality of job. Nick has come out to my house for my calls and he's the best.

Had issue with tech not on having water valves to get, following instructions and therefore, the tenant had no water for a day. The shower faucet that they worked on broke 3 days and instead of waiving the 45 fee of having no water for a day for the problem, Dave saw fit to control , which I declined. I guess it was not worth it to maintain a client.

When they arrived to fix the bathtub they utilized a cold chisel (utilized for knocking down brick and concrete) to start up a brass insert on the shower. Be Sure to get a written contract and itemized until they do any work, since they will show you a different price the pill at first and then when they come back and do the job, they, attempt to make you sign on a pill with a more expensive cost

Due to the company! A water heater was also installed by them at our property. In a week that my family began feeling extremely sick we did not understand why until we stepped into the side of the house in which the heater was set up the plumber left the gas valve open! Which came into the venting in the house. When known as they said oh sorry and arrived and shut the valve! Well shortly after AmeriGas came over as our neighbors called on a gas leak since the odor was that bad. AmeriGas charges a service fee did a whole check on the house to find out that yes the flow and the valve was left open by the plumber. The gas tank needed to be stuffed that was an additional charge, I called the company spoke to an Eric who could I add has NOT apologized after for his plumber's incompetence. He said he'd get the fees. Following two weeks I receive a check, it does not even insure 1/3 of the fees. We are stuck with $800 invoice with gas and service issues.... I can NOT think that this company is in business and works!

When we moved to Orlando Eric and his team assisted us with the plumbing we're incorporating for our daughter. Since that time our water heater has been repaired by them and also just recently fixed a leak out of a pressure release valve and explained how to use a water purifier. They are very knowledgable, on and the technicians friendly time and we felt that the costs were fair. We've got no reason to call anyone to any plumbing.

They deceived in their costs. I was told over the phone that their service fee was $49.99 and if they did the job, the service fee would be waived. It was NOT. I was charged $373.00 to change fixtures in my bathroom tub. I sent an email requesting an explanation and they have never responded. . I will not use this company again.

Charged me $288 to climb on the roof and say"you have roots at the pipe" Pipe was blocked again a day after, so they clearly did little to clean to nothing stated tree roots. Look, there are. For that price, have come back, or they ought to have done more to clean the roots and rid the roots. Quite disappointed, and will not use them.

I saved me $5k!!! I needed to replace it and had what I was told was a drain area problem. They came out and looked at all and said its all good to go! Have not had a problem! Turns out it was a pipe from a baby wipe! Can't believe my yard tore up and burnt my savings

I wish I could give ten celebrities!!!! They told me they'd be here at 830 you do not get that from most businesses!!!! The technician was very knowledgeable and found the issue straight away and had it fixed in no time. It turned out cheaper then that which was quoted ( and the quote I thought was fair, far cheaper than another place I called like 2 times cheaper.) The work was above par and I can't thank you enough for helping me!!!! and coming out I would suggest you to anyone!!!!

Had our condo replumbed because plumbing was 38 years old and had problems. The work was completed in 2 days. Workers worked covering exactly what couldn't be moved and moving furniture and arrived time. They were considerate and polite and mindful that we were remaining in house whilst work was completed. We've used them and recommend them.

I've been using these guys for many years now. Anything from a water heater to altering a valve to your sink. They've always been correct on Time,honest and most of all reasonably priced. The workers are friendly and well educated. Urge you use them also and I will continue to use them.
