Marky Mark's Heating Cooling & Plumbing

I predicted to have someone come do a system check on the furnace because it kept turning on and off and blowing cold air (which wasn't in any way valued considering it's the middle of winter).
I called around 7:45am, and they shipped Ryan out that afternoon (he arrived at 9am!) . This was just the first of things that impressed me with M&M that day. Following a half hour or so of work, Ryan recommended a few courses of actions and had recognized our problem.
Much to my surprisethey were able receive our new furnace installed THAT and to call the warehouse at 10am on a Friday. DAY. Ryan was able to bring a port to the basement family room if they do this type of work, after I requested last minute.
Today we've got a new go-to service supplier for our heating and cooling needs, and also a furnace which works SO much better than our old one! We are aware that the AC and the water heater are going to bite the dust and we will definitely be calling Marky Mark's to perform the job, if they do!

Be careful. We paid them to make a fix on our furnace blower, a month later we were having the same issue. No big deal, they looked like a good company when they were first dealt with by us. I phoned and spoke to that I am assuming was the proprietor and was instantly talked down to in a rude and confrontational way. I told him I would call somebody else after just two minutes of the gentleman asking me contradicting questions and being nothing but rude. I didn't request a service only if they examine it and would come out. I was willing to pay.
Not a big loss to mepersonally, but that I would be tired of these ever standing by something the sell, install or warranty.

I had the mini/duct system is installed by them in our family room and we love it!
These guys are fantastic! I initially had them come out to give me a quote for a"min/duct system". While Ryan was here I showed him a very recent bathroom fixture setup I wasn't at all happy with (done by a different company). He said"no! We can fix that" and they did! It is so important to me personally that I have a company I can trust and rely upon. Marky Marks gives me assurance that they will appear and also they won't take advantage of me.
I highly recommend this firm. Oh by the way, they didn't attempt and sell membership in a few of their"clubs". A scam that I hate to admit I've fallen for more than once.

They charged me $480/LB for refrigerant. Come to learn that's 3X what everyone else is charging. Should have done my homework before....thanks Marky Mark

Lesson learned. Do your research.
And please see Marcus' reply below. It's a perfect characterization. Of course, it is the customer's problem and we are"lying". Just as another bad reviews are created by"employees of Yelp", and are there to encourage him to market with Yelp. Ok. We receive it. We vote with our wallets, and I am voting to take my business elsewhere.
In the End, Total job? Part $129.99. Labor .25 hours. Total bill? $200.00

Our furnace wouldn't fire up on a winter Sunday morning. Yelp options were reviewed by us, located Marky Mark's and called them. Took him 5 minutes to diagnose that our inducer motor needed replacement, and that he was right. Then he proceeded to estimate. It seemed high and contained a specific $175 to pick up the part on a Sunday (the part store was open, but he needed to"phone to have them open the store". No kidding.) . Then he proceeded to try and sell me an entire new heating and cooling . At this time, we knew that the high pricing. As customers, we assessed the pricing of this part and the opportunity to repair. We had been correct, it was high, really high. 3X what plumbing businesses and other heating charge. I told the technician (a contractor, not an employee) to overlook it and Marcus (owner) called me back. The interaction with Marcus could not have been more bothersome. Scare tactics. "You are dealing with carbon monoxide, so you better be careful." Then, ridiculous commentary. "Well, it's been a warm winter, so we didn't really have you over a barrel. This is 50 yesterday, Colorado , literally 20 now, tomorrow, and who knows! Claiming that we don't actually need our furnace in January (since it's been warm), are you kidding me? Afterward, denial. "That's fair pricing, and you can't even get the parts." Then, the truth. "I must create money too" So the builder's work is marked up by him. Mark-up? No. That's very the mark-up (~300 percent on parts, +/-$300, and 600 percent on labour, more than $600). By the way, Marcus quoted a cost that was ridiculous was never called by the contractor.

We just bought a new townhouse, also found that Marky Mark's had just put into a new furnace. The A/C wasn't cooling good, so we phoned them out to look. They leveled the compressor, and even cleaned out and tested airflow and the lines spent a bunch of time . But the very best part was they did not attempt to acquire a bunch of money. Since they had just put in the furnace in fact, they did not charge for the service. They took the time to give us lots of advice, and some information about getting the most time from our A/C, and our hot water heater. I'll definitely be calling Marky Mark's when it is time to replace those components!

The cost was reasonable and Markus worked with about our requirements and priorities. I received service that was excellent! I will use them and am going to recommend Marky Mark's Heating Cooling Plumbing!
I hardly ever write reviews but Marky Mark's did a commendable job on my furnance, I believed that it was totally necessary.
Ryan gave excellent service, and was really professional, educated. The same could be said. Ryan clarified the issue very thoroughly and I did not feel as if I was being"sold" into a thing I didn't understand or need. Being a woman, it is essential to me that I don't feel taken advantage of regarding needs and price. Markus and ryan did none of that.
When the following day I made an appointment to come back out with tried to relieve my worries by providing me some methods to keep my pipes overnight. The companies I contacted did not do so what-so-ever. In fact they made me feel as though I was a bother-as I predicted late into the evening.

Bruce and markus came out and installed a furnace along with AC. The process has been simple and quickly. Markus was educated about what we would desire, and up front. My furnace was old, but still functioning. I wanted someone that wasn't going to attempt to sell me. He just explained how something fresh could function much more efficiently.They were prompt and friendly and the price was fair. I highly recommend these guys for your furnace and ac requirements.

Chris was a super guy that is friendly and did a very great job. I just had this job done and so far everything is great! Premium excellent workmanship and everything that is abandon .
The reason is a result of the price. When I assessed with home adviser and googled this fix a leaky AC should cost between 225 and 1600. Seems I was charged top dollar. This fix in total cost me $1500.00 and took Chris approximately 3-4 hours to complete.
According to Chris had a very bad installation although my device was brand new last season. It was out shrader valve which had to be replaced and wouldn't hold freon because of a burnt outside of freon. As it was filthy, the device had completely cleaned and serviced. Of course we had to recharge it. Several people sent me that the shrader valve price list and this is less than $10.00 part.
As a 40 year old brand new widow living in my own with my daughter I am trusting that I paid and got a superior job that will last me. I did not have this kind of money to spend since I just moved into the new house but I needed to have it fixed.
The price was agreed to by me and I am not complaining, just hoping this is a fair business who gave a price that was fair to me.

Ryan came over time helpful and knowledgeable. He completed the job fast and gave me some recommendations for the future. No doubt those are likely to be my go to guys from now on.

Clean and markus came to support our air conditioning. He was very pleasant, very professional, very prompt; when he said he would be, he was here. He kept his promise and really good at what he did. He explained everything. The price was super fair. We'd definitely recommend M and M Heating. Great job!!!

Fantastic Service. We needed our furnace accredited, cleaned and checked. The proprietor, marcus, was quite responsive to my calls and texts. He got to work and arrived on time. He had been thorough with his work and made a furnace glow that is very dirty. The furnace passed review was brought up to code, and had been certified. Fantastic job! Would certainly recommend M and M Heat. He provided a maximum price based on what I explained, but said that if things seemed better upon the review, the cost would be less.
