A little later in the morning, I had been advised that they are there"today" 8-).
Well, Chrystal was the 1st of the 3 Yelp referrals. And initially, she gave me a"tomorrow" time to come outside, and give me an estimate.
Well, my man wouldn't be able to receive a brand new system. :-o
He told me, he could give me a method (cost came after he left, as he needed to check with the office, and it had been $6,100.00), and deliver a mobile a/c in the morning. With install being within 3 days.
Needless to say, I said no.
Begins the review for Marz Mechanical.
By 3 times because of problems, my man came in Monday. :-(
This review is only for Response time, Client Service and Pricing.
Along with the referral they gave me, and also also the Yelp referrals, I had 5 contractors to find pricing from.
Offering you Chrystal, and Jacob.
Maybe in 10-15 years when this device goes kaput, we will be in a position to do business (can be keep a mobile a/c on the vehicle for such scenarios?) .
Well it went out again. But, this additional company wanted to charge me another Emergency service call.
Thus, over 1 hour, 3 contacted me of the 4 Yelp referrals.
The company who had been known to me (never got a cost ) wouldn't gave been able to come out before this morning, and the machine wouldn't be installed before Friday, or Monday.
However, since my inside temperature was over 100 (got to 107!) , and I found another company (out of Yelp) who was able to do exactly the same day install, I couldn't await the mobile a/c to be sent. And, what a Resort would have cost, the savings gap wasn't worthwhile.
A LITTLE BACKGROUND when my a/c went outside in Saturday morning, the tech from another company found a blown fuse.
A damn shame. Had they had a the same day which they might have delivered, I'd have gone with.
Well, Jacob took measurements, showed up, and looked around in the computer system.
Now, of Marz Mechanical arrived in the cheapest.

Crystal and Jacob are awesome! Crystal called and put me up an appt. Jacob came out. Tried to keep things low gave some options to me and price. I had been about what the price be nervous. Turned out very reasonably priced! Thanks for being a regional business that is awesome and honest!

I called Marz Mechanical and they came out exactly the exact same day and fixed it! The identical day!!!!!!

I have been using this company's maintenance program for two years. I have exactly the exact same man and images are taken by Xavier and explains why and to me everything he did. I was given two years from my system that was previous by marz. I just purchased a brand new air conditioner before my one crashed and before the heat set in. Service and installation expected. They are always on time and call .

This company is exactly what make America great. A family owned company that keeps them informed every step along the way and places customers . They texted a little map so that I could see when to expect him and me Xavier's location.
My AC broke and I have a home warranty that day. The day we talked and Veronica gave me a call and I explained exactly what I think is.
The warranty company sent the part to repair it and Xavier was in my house the next day to put it in and rescue me and my loved ones from the heat.
She got me that week which is unheard of in Phoenix during the summer months.
Xavier got the job sent back to the guarantee company, and showed up at 6:15 am found the issue, filled with the forms there and then.

We have been utilizing Marz Mechanical for years for business and our home. They are the absolute best. I'm so grateful to have discovered them. Xavier was professional and did a great job explaining everything to me. Yesterday I called for service and they were out here now taking care of me. They didn't try to upsell me services I don't desire which was refreshing. They use an app to inform you when your tech is on his manner until he arrives, the length of time it will be. This was convenient as well. Overall quite simple to work with also a pleasant experience and favorable. Felt comfortable having them in my property.

I yelped my scenario and Marz Mech. Called me within 30 minutes were there within 2 hours.
they DELIVERED! They were on time! They did work that is pristine! They washed up after themselves! Were super polite and professional! They stayed with their estimate (I sent two pics to make it simpler )! Saved me a trip!!

Our A/C unit went out. We predicted Marz, they came the exact same day to assess the issue. This was a Friday, a brand new unit was ordered, installed and in the meantime supplied an A/C window unit to our comfort. Marz gave us excellent service at a reasonable price. They came out to see if everything worked correctly. I am very happy with the customer service that Marz could recommend them as courteous and highly professional and provides.

Jacob was my tech and he went beyond and above. Great customer service was on time and got everything and my house is cool again. My phone rang and my sister was on the phone with our home justify business and it was Marz Mechanical telling me they could be here between 7am -9'm. Today temperatures projected to hit a hundreds. It is a very long weekend and my AC blew a engine! I predicted Marz Mechanical Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and Monica got me on the schedule! They identified the matter, had a part on hand, and fixed it fast.... They stuck around till it began cooling off and took a few air dimensions to make sure we're up and running. Everything has been done professionally and courteously. They are my go to AC company today!

I contacted Marz for thermostat not working, so we've been with warmth, and also what a shock when their man came over. He did not do anything but look and compelled our family that is inadequate for looking about to pay him then. He never tried to fix the thermostat and kept saying to my loved ones anything can not touch . What a joke. The Owner of Marz was in contact with me he was not someone that was willing to be fair and fix it himself and after I called to get replies for the encounter. It is a shame when a family owned company preys on other families to RIP them off. I will not trust this company again.

Marz mechanical went over and beyond when functioning on our plumbing dilemma. Our home was diagnosed with flow in a cold water pipe. This is a scary thing but Marz mechanical created my wife feel comfortable. Two days after the diagnosis(since it was a weekend) our escape was fixed in hours. The technicians had to enter our loft so they would not get dirty, and they moved my clothes which hung from the closet and put them back! I highly recommended this professional company to anybody.

We cancelled the home warranty had another plumber and there was nothing wrong with this installation.
Of course, we must cover our $70. Then the home warranty pays for the repairs.
To start with, it took a week to prepare the service call. Then the man comes out, cuts a twisted hole and finds the flow in the drain . Writes up the order says he'll have it turned into our home warranty to see if it's covered.
Our 2-10 Home warranty company setup service to have our pipes fixed by Marz Mechanical.
A week later we are currently calling them that they say they're awaiting our home warranty. Call 2-10 warranty and they can not attain Marz.
Eventually a week later, our home warranty said they had been denying the claim since the young man from Marz writes about the form submitted to 2-10 it was"because of improper installation"!!!!
Makes me wonder if both businesses are working!

Marz Mechanical A/C offers great service at a great cost. After researching I found them through my local site. They have always been fast courteous, and specialist. I adore the app which provides a coming time.

I can't say enough good things about the small business. In the middle of full term pregnancy and a summer heat wave, our air conditioner made a decision to stop. We were delegated by our home warranty group to Marz Mechanical. Crystal managed to squeeze our repair in to the same moment, as air conditioning experts from the valley are booking two to three weeks beforehand. Crystal is Jacob accurately and fast diagnosed our problem and showed up promptly. I recommend to everyone and am thankful for this business. Thank you again Marz!!!

This air condition repair company was sent by my Home Warranty company to my home to repair an air conditioner that wasn't blowing cold air. Did not check to find out if the point was leaking he charged me and simply put four tons of freon $210 in addition to the $70 service telephone I had to pay the Home Warranty company. Since the insurance company does not cover the freon. When all freon R22 lasted to leaked out everything was fine for a brief period of time it worked great. Marz Mechanical. . Refused to come back in less than 2weeks and stated it had to be a service telephone. That it wasn't a problem it had been the specific same problem and he took 220 bucks to the freon from me and he refused to repay the cash I had wasted. They said that we had a leak and if I had a flow why didn't they check that until they put more freon in the unit they don't have any reaction other than we are coming back we're not refunding your money and they do not even return phone calls I will insist the Home Warranty company drop them I have never had anyone be so dishonest in my entire life. Us ripped off since it's 118 degrees out and what am I going to? They know it's a home warranty in order that they lie and deceive. I will not let this go till they refund my money they did nothing and took. They Refused a recall. And home warranty company does not know what to do with them. Do not let them go unattended if you are forced to use them.

We took advantage of SRP's yearly $29.95 A/C summer service. Your organization was contracted by SRP. Your organization called us the same day to establish the service appointment and also called us when there was a cancellation (simply didn't work with our schedule). The receptionist of the company was extremely fine in setting up the appointment. Our technician arrived and was Ben in a timely way. Very knowledgeable and professional in his job. Ben spent checking the whole A/C device system. He took his time moving, after the ceremony was finished by Ben. He took photos of the two minor things to keep a look out for later on. Ben also advised us of the reasonable prices that the company must provide on work and A/C services for their clients. I'd have signed for it, but we are selling our home. I would recommend your company to family and friends. In servicing our A/C unit, ben did a really excellent job!

They came out to the house but took to do it. Told the tenant they needed authorization to place freon. We cannot get a call and have been leaving messages for 5 days to them. They've now been for 10 days without ac. Attempting to acquire the home warranty company to give us somebody else today. But can not get through to a single Guard either. This can be a vicious cycle. Don't touch them.
