My water heater broke on the weekend; I called PG&E since I smelled gas. The PG&E tech came to my house, attempted to restart the water heater. He decided the lineup to the water heater has been broken and brought in a gas detector he pitched it. Today Mason Plumbing put in a water heater. They decided that the gas leak was coming from an adjoining pipe attached to our gasoline heater, delivered in the exact same type of gas detector and smelled gas. We have used Mason Plumbing for several years. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The job on Tuesday. The price for your shut off valve setup was 50% less than the first quote I purchased, along with the water heater specialists were not slightly less than the price for your water heater. So there was an apple to apple comparison, interestingly Bradford White water heaters are used by all three companies. The owner, cameron Mason showed up Tuesday morning with a young partner and informed me that it would require 5 to 7 hours. The project was completed in 5 1/2 hours. No mess. Efficient and competent. Highly recommended.

After mine neglected, since my first review, I've had company and Cameron re-pipe my entire home and install a new water heater. They are the finest. Brandon is absolutely the hardest working and most pleasant guy and did the re-piping to deal with. Cameron and Shane did the hot water heater replacement - charging me at all to the igniter, and then trying their damnedest to replace the igniter meeting before conceding that the entire water heater needed to go. Great customer service and quality work - they are the very best.

Cameron and his staff are top notch. With advocated his work, and we've had good success. We've used Cameron and his group for many jobs today, from small (installing a garbage disposal and re-seating a toilet that had a neglected wax seal), to big, such as installing a new gas line into the road so PG&E could install a new meter and then update our gas support. His pricing is fair, his work quality is excellent, and his answer to requests is timely. They appear when they say they will, and Cameron came by on short notice to be sure our construction date wasn't missed by us with PG&E if we had some sudden adjustments to our gas line installation. Highly recommended. I wish all builders we've worked with were good.

Dependable and skilled. Not the cheapest - but they get the job done with minimum of fuss and appear. Really sweet employees too...

We have had a superb encounter with Mason Plumbing. Cameron scheduled an estimate within a day of when I called.He explained our problem and the choices we had. The work was done within a couple of days. Cameron called the morning of this work to say Shane came on the dot and when Shane, the pipes tech, would arrive! He had been very nice and personable and respectful of our area since he replaced a water heater and a bathroom. He explained us everything before he left. We are extremely happy and will definitely call Cameron again if we need any plumbing work.

Mason plumbing did a wonderful job replacing the old plumbing in our home. The job was done in just a few times. The cost was much much lower than we'd expected. A+ ranked by us!

I'll have to get in touch with my attorney". I responded:"I never said that, simply send me a bill". A week after I did receive a bill for $631 for 3 hours of work (2 guys @ 3 hrs = 6 hrs) The guys left and sewage was still overflowing. This is harm in addition to insult.
This may document an unfortunate encounter with Mason Plumbing. I phoned them to wash a backup in my sewerline. Two men were with no success for many hours at it, and since they didn't know if the point could be cleared, I told them to stop. Thereafter, one of the service men read which I owed him 615. I responded that I needed a bill because on a call I needed to make calls to eventually receive a bill. The service guy called Cameron on the place, and Cameron responded:"you know where that goes".
A Couple of minutes after Cameron phoned me and said"I discovered that you don't want to pay the bill" -
Their work habits left to be desired among the guys stood around most of the time.

It is uncommon in this day and age that you truly get"personalized" service along with a team that cares...
We had our hot water heater go out on Friday of Memorial Day weekend and even though we left a message at 2 pm - they predicted again ready to assist.... So get this, even though they couldn't envision us for the fix they walked us thru what we needed and Cameron came together with all the replacement part so that the other pipes service that could come out can mend it otherwise we would have been billed for an evaluation visit free of part and it would not have even gotten fixed!!!
These guys are amazing.... Quit looking around and call Mason.

Unbelievably impressed with this firm. Joe came out to the workplace over one hour of my call. He was friendly professional and honest. He explained everything as he went and inside 30min the drain had been cleared and all is fine. I appreciate how mason plumbing immediately got me support and very thankful for Joe helping us. You have to remind your drivers that your name is over the vans. Giving the finger and yelling and honking tailgating and cutting off other drivers can get him shot. . .just allowing you to know what's happening out there.

My bathroom flooded -- Chuck Mason returned my evening call right away to let me know so I called another plumber he was booked the next day. That plumber lent his explanation of this difficulty and me $ 2,500 did not seem right to me, therefore I called Mason and they booked me to the day.

Really friendly rate service. Speedy response. We'd Brandon who helped to receive our sewerline unclogged, immediately diagnosed the issue, and came out. He had recommendations. Reasonably priced.

I called them on a Thursday to clean a clogged sewer lateral. On Friday called back to complain of a draining toilet on the lower amount. I was told I needed to replace the toilet. Of course Friday night fittings are currently overflowing again. Was told no weekend support and called them, we can not come until Monday afternoon.
Not a service company.

We had a leak on a Sunday and Mason Plumbing was recommended very highly by another plumber who was too busy to help us. Mason Plumbing was responsive. He also fixed our leak and his fee was very reasonable for such prompt service. His number is being kept by us from our connections and will use him again. Very impressed. Thank you!
