I had a problem with my sewer ejector on a Friday night. Matt fixed the problem and came out right away. He was very polite and professional. Great experience! Would use Matt's Plumbing Solutions .
In his expertise, him and his wife had a water purifier system is added by MPS. In which had been hooked up entirely wrong, failing to divide the softener system from his sprinkler system, and took all day to do the install...
The tear out was done and ready for pipes changes, when, Josh measured the drain elevation . It had been believed that the pile went to have to be lowered and with a change order, it would cost $3500 more.
When the shift order arrived, I never discovered the announcement.
So while I did not observe this at the change order, $2390 of this $3500 was seemingly for a 3 foot section of drain removal and replacement. All communication was all about a change out. As soon as I proceeded with all the job, they then discovered that it was quantified by them, and we would not have to change out the pile.
I moved ahead, and it came time to place the pipes back into place, and after tiling was done, I had been told that the $3587 was up front, and $790 after closing review. RED FLAG -
So, we spoke about this and that I called out about the ridiculousness of this $2390 for 3ft of pipe, which Matt wasn't being forgiving on, and that finished the job. As I had been to cover the $2390 difference, forced, I went to city completing the remainder of it myself.
When I was upset with these findings, his mindset was very unprofessional - basically stating something along the lines of"well I could just wrap up what has been done and you could have someone else do it" at a sense that is laughing.
The bathtub drain ran over to the sink, then to the pile in series.
All in all the plumbing work would have been 8877 for a bathroom. Outrageous.
Great. I had paid $4500 up. By the time each of the remodel was in the point of tiling, the bathtub wasn't level. I phone them up and Josh said he leveled the bathtub and the tub wasn't leveled with the space but the entire world.
A bathroom remodel which was 6x8 bathroom, in an old home was headed by me. The first bid was 5290 to remove a toilet and sink and radiator, replace lead drain pipe and install a shower head line and reinstall the elements.
I understand how to use a degree. It was clearly NOT level. He explained he went to swing out to have a peek at it, but never did appear. I was getting upset with all the services anyway because I didn't like his attitude.
For Matt's Plumbing Alternative's, I'm writing this review at a little bit of disappointment.
This difference reflected the drain change in bathroom and the sink AND the shower hardware. $2390 for 3 feet!
I really did like Matt, he appears to be a man that is more personable, but Josh is unprofessional. They will nickel and dime you, and holy crap do they. Be warned.

Whenever you're the customer this isn't a joke. You are not making light of my blood pressure now.
Beware of the organization. The Plumbing of matt charged me for 20 minutes of time that demanded no tools for about $385. I emailed them and requested they contact me personally to explore the charge that is over and also I have been ignored by the. I've reported them the BBB additionally.
Matt is good! Super accountable and a great problem solver. He can assist with picking outside fixtures. Also not as expensive as a number of the"big name" places.
