From begin to finish, I had a fantastic experience with M&P. I prefer using a business, these guys are a mom and pop operation that has a crew. The costs were reasonable, the work is quality. My technician had a pretty good season of humor always pleasant to feel comfortable having someone working on your house. I will definitely use them again. Thanks for coming out!
Disgraceful support. Called plumber to fix job that was tried but unfortunately not withstanding. Paid hefty fee for this. Next he came and left issue still unresolved. We paid again (currently twice for same job) and very next day base board began leaking. I talk to'supervisor Karl' and clarify resentment at paying a time with issue. Karl not adapting and tells me"that I have to pay my man". He agreed to provide a credit to me when plumber yields to fix. So 3rd time lucky and now I want issue ASAP as winter storms. I am told engineer has job first thing but would be with me about midday by office. I wait all day and at 5pm he hasn't showed. I predict office and Karl isn't about (funny that) as I want to talk about my frustration with him once again. I'm offered no assurances that the plumber could come at a timeafter I clarify I had needed to use a vacation day today and was disgruntled following previous forth and back. What a way to treat a client. I suggest looking elsewhere for heating and pipes requirements as this company doesn't deserve your money. By the way Stan (our ordinary plumber in M&P) is fantastic, only a shame those around him are not. 1 customer.
