My mom had a bad leak in her kitchen sink and needed a plumber. I phoned McCrea Heating & Plumbing because we utilize them where I work and I know they do good work. John and tom got and fixed it fast too. She is very pleased! Thank you!

I phoned after purchasing our home due to a motor noted by the 20, McCrea to support our furnace. Because they were I called them. I did not understand the system was set up prior to the company ownership. The technician, Steven, was an hour and a half. He did not apologize and we were not informed that he would be late. He tried to shoo us out when we asked questions regarding our system. He determined you heat exchanger was bad and told me he couldn't get the heat exchanger and looked within our furnace with his mobile phone. He falsified a carbon monoxide test. He told us our system was needed replaced. He wrote us up and did not offer some, when I asked about options. After having an uncomfortable feeling we got another opinion. They concluded that we did not have a flow and used cameras to inspect the interior of the system and the system has been in great condition. I am not going to be back to McCrea. Inferior enterprise.
