They arrived immediately and inspected our sewer every time a different firm (won't say who) said they couldn't access the clean-out. They were professional and efficient and friendly. Nate, (I think) the inspector, was a GREAT man and we liked him a lot. Thanks!
Never again. Our sewer line has been augered by this firm every 6 months for 2 years. On the phone I was told $175 per hour. Service man was here for 62 minutes (according to his time sheet) along with the bill was 355.65. They lowered it to $305.75 once I complained. Not the means to do business.
3. I called to get an explanation for this bill, along with also the customer service rep said that it was a standard charge for carrying off to unclog the pipe, the bathroom. Then she said she had looking into making things but she never called back.
1. Didn't tell my wife anything about what they do. Some other or no explanations communication actually.
2. No one explained that there would be an additional charge to take the bathroom out. Communication was poor.
My two year-old daughter fell a toy train in the toilet and it got clogged. I purchased a toilet auger to try and get the toy but had no chance. I call this company and they informed me that their service rate was 125/hour. The general service was subpar and the bathroom is unclogged and functioning although they arrived.
I won't be calling this company although I'm glad the bathroom is currently functioning again. I prefer using before the job is finished, a company that communicates its charges. In addition, I would rather have a company that keeps their word when they say they'll see what they can do.
I took half a day work off so I could sit home and await them to show up. 45 minutes once I get home they call and tell me they are too busy to come out and if they do it will be overtime, read: I would have to pay more cash. Are you kidding me??!! Was the telephone # of somebody else whether they might come out to see. Thank you for nothing. Oh, and they had to have my credit card on record in the event of.... Me not showing up for the appointment?? Not sure, but ironic. Customer service. Will will steer people clear of this crappy place and never call.
Excellent support! Ben and brian were equally good. We had issues with our sewer along with could not undergo the clog. Brian got throughout the clog and was able to get a video of our line that was broken. This company is strongly recommended by me!
Amazing! In a moments notice they showed up to fix frozen pipes which spewed water. They were fair, reasonably priced and so helpful! I can't thank them enough!!!!
