Ok, had Mc Gill to the home a couple of day's past. There was a snafu in the last owner using a sink & a washing machine drain line set up without traps. There was hardly any exposed piping or room to work.
Great employee, pricing that is acceptable.
It was at.
Cody studied the problem subsequently went to work bringing all up to code.

We've used McGill Plumbing over the previous 7 decades and we have had outstanding service. We had Mike L. out the previous two days to aid with a huge leak problem under the kitchen cabinets. He identified the problem, and worked for 4 hours to tear out the plumbing and replace an older (55yr) drain tube that has been cracked. Mike is knowledgeable, pleasant, and very professional. He solved our problem and could not have been nicer. He is a charge to McGill.

We've used McGill a number of times. They've a sales place also. Since when the toilet was invented, they have been in business.
That is why we enjoy John M. so much. He keeps a close watch on his Trainers and, by observation, he does a great job showing trainees how to do things right.
Oh, and did I state that their rates are reasonable?
Service prices are reasonable. Ask for John M. He has been the very best plumber so far. The technicians they use always seem to have a trainee with them. Keep an eye on the trainee - they do things incorrectly and also the master plumber has to fix them.

Excellent support!! They aren't out to make the most of you. Nice willing and disposition to explain job.

McGill Plumbing.. .awful! Not like it was! New staff does not understand how to treat long-term clients. Does the Kohler products that they sell stand behind! Don't contact Kohler or offer any help in working with a defect. Once you purchase. . .you are on your Stay away! . .replacement no issue. However, McGill wants nothing to do customer service!

Clogged sink on Good Friday afternoon. Ugh!!! Turned down by 2 businesses! They and called McGill said they'd be right out. Ryan got to our home. He was professional and friendly. He found the problem very quickly (it wasn't just from the snare ). He went over and over to make sure that he got out the whole clog down from the pipe system. He put everything back together and made sure everything was working correctly. He cleaned up! I'm Very grateful to McGill Plumbing and to Ryan. I shall call them from now on!!!!

We have been using McGill Plumbing ever and we are always delighted with their services. About our toilet not flushing properly, we called McGill on 10-3. Their support tech Ryan arrived the following day at approx 3:30. He explained what had to be replaced and was quite friendly. Ryan was upfront with just what had to be performed and just suggested another repair at a later date. Approximately 45 minutes after Ryan was completed and our toilet operates just like new. McGill has treated us honest and now was no different.

A week a kitchen sink escape. They arrived at the home and removed the under sink racks and tracks to assess the problem. When the new faucet came and a different technician came over to install it, he tracks back in place and refused to set the racks, regardless of being asked to do so. He simply said that because he did not take them he did not have to place them back and that he simply abandoned. We had to do their job and place them back ourselves!!
After years of using McGill we're done together!!

Our main sewer line backed up for the third time in 3 months. The first two days I leased a router from Home Depot and then snaked it out, we sent a whole 50 feet from the roof port and then straight back from the wash out from the road and the next time that I got the electrical version and shipped 75 feet several times with each one of the advice from the clean out (I couldn't get the big one on the roof). Considering that all this lasted just a month at a time that I believed it was time to get a professional out there using a snake and then send a camera into see what was up. I told them all this when I called and they shipped out Josh. He sent a horizontal, got through it was felt by the snake in 30 feet with the right head and the water began running. 25 minutes on a $165/hour minimum service call, at the stage, he was prepared to be done and said it was roots. I requested to set the cutter fitting on since I knew from my past experiences that this hole wasn't going to stay open. I also told me that when I snaked other blockages were felt by me further up. He couldn't find the connector to attach the cutter head fed that in and place a grasper kind thing on. It ceased in the same 15 feet and he couldn't get it past. Since I had gotten larger fittings that this does not look right but the cutter head wasn't accessible so I am stuck using a small opening which will be obstructed soon. At this time he believed it wasn't roots but possibly a lip from the pipe and indicated a camera to get $250/hour. I'd asked about a camera earlier but these solutions cannot be combined. All in all I was better off renting a router and doing a comprehensive job .

Called McGill about 7:45 AM this morning, before they started. They returned our telephone . They said they might have somebody between 3:00-5:00 PM today.
Can't say enough good things.
We had a flow outside, near our house . We had turned the water off, therefore we had no water at our property.
THIS IS WHAT GREAT SERVICE IS!!!!!
We received a telephone around 12:45 PM stating they were through and were on their way to our property. 2:05 PM, feeder line fixed, occupation done water in our property.

If McGill Plumbing was equipped to sufficiently accommodate their customers, my 11 day escape could would have been taken care of the day.
The did respond to rate the problem but lacked adequate manpower to fix it. Leaving me with no kitchen sink to the Christmas holiday.
The skill level and workmanship by the repairman was outstanding but McGills seem to lack the manpower to provide support that is prompt.
Capability to adapt is flat out unacceptable.

Quite happy with customer service. Willing to get service the day I predicted. Got a call when John was on his way. John made sure that the job was done correctly and was informative. I believe he's conscientious. This corporation will be my go to place for fair and thorough work.

Had a record of things to do. Told them upfront exactly what they had been. Plumber shows up with a helper and a big van. Uh-oh. Wanted a faucet a faucet that is new plus kitchen drain snaked put in toilet. Guy brings in helper tells him to function in toilet while he goes outdoors. 45 minutes later he tells me he can not shut water off and might need to cap the outside faucet (which makes it useless) and tells me I have to call the county to fix the closed off from the street. (They came later and said it only had to be worked but there is no issue with it.) Then he goes in toilet and admits that his helper has awakened and flooded my vanity and has not turned off the water (the house shut off valve) spends time pulling in a vacuum and prevent me from seeing the damage. Goes outside to tell the helper how to snake the drain. . .never"makes it" and finally must do it himself. The toilet does get done but stated the new faucet was too broad and needs to saw away the piece of tile to fit it in. And says he will take to a half an hour off his commission and charges $400. Not a nice experience. Don't use again. Assistant was useless and time waster, not to mention needing to manage the faucet and still needing to allow my vanity dry outside.

Called for fix of broken water feed to our pier. Josh came on time, was discount voucher from web site, and efficient, professional, fair price. Used to being gouged pie in the sky prices and by plumbers with service charges. Just discovered my new favorite plumber.

We had a leak in our toilet tank. Monday called; they came out on Tuesday. The tech was Chris and he was fantastic. He came in; did the job; did it and the price wasn't too large. Thank you to Chris and McGill!
