Once they got here they discovered something James and the company were kind enough to fix it without a charge.

I had 2 adventures with this organization! The technicians Alfredo and Miguel were honest and friendly! This will be used by me then for solutions.

Had a water line below the home, I phoned Mega Rooter and they're here within an hour to fix my copper pipe quickly.
They helped get me in touch with a specialist to prevent mold and wood rot. Luis (owner) even came outside to help the men that were here and that he was a cool guy, they all were. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

James was great. Came quick on a Sunday night. Diagnosed the problem straight away and fixed it quickly. He was pleasant, proficient, informative and washed up everything following his job. Highly recommend James from Rooter.

I had to have my line snaked. It was quite the obstruction. Jason was more than willing to spend as much time as I'd available to be sure that the line was completely cleared. I highly recommend these guys!! I had a drain issue which caused some flooding and they responded in about 5 minutes and were in my home within an hour sending out some quotes asks through Yelp! Professional plumbers, they took the opportunity to describe me the issue and how they would fix it. Their pricing was lower than the other guys and you can tell they care about doing a great job to be sure their customers are delighted with the work. Thank you Rooter!

Luis responded to my query and had James cone out to fix/install a garbage disposal first thing the next morning. James was efficient and great. Installed a fresh garbage disposal and help mend a problem with my toilet at 45 min. James did a great job and was really fine. Highly recommend Mega Rooter.

The toilet was water and clogging was running and then shower would not drain. Subsequently bathroom started to bubble. I started to have the fear and frustrations attack. Yelped Mega Rooter together with the quickness and spoke to Kristen who dispatched over James! We can not believe we are having plumbing issues!! and just moved in James was helpful and courteous and professional! He diagnosed the issues and gave us the best solution and cost and that he went to work. I'm no time the issue cleared. . I think the owners were gorillas! The drains were cleared and toilets Following ran. . James cleaned up after everything. Thank you Mega and James Rooter for its wonderful and fast support! We are overjoyed!!!

Marco was friendly and personable, very comprehensive and knowledgable. Where the leak has been coming, he detected and it ended up being worse than we believed.

Holy cow there is a reason that they have 5 stars! I messaged Luis and them got back to me in under 5 mins. We promised us the next day, never showed up, had predicted Roto Rooter who was supposed to come out 2 days before and have a principal line leak, never revealed. I messaged Mega Rooter and they were out within one hour!!

This imitation business is a scam and they will steal. Did a little research on this organization and the"owner" doesn't even have a permit so what's he doing is illegal. I'm planning a lawsuit against this man so if someone knows how to locate him or knows any information concerning him please allow me to know!

Since we purchased our house almost 3 years back we had a slow drain in our guest tub. Well, it quit draining all together. We had friends try it out and come, we utilized the home remedies to no avail. I asked to get a quote through Yelp and Rooter came in the quickly and at a really reasonable price. JAMES was our tech as well as an snaking didn't work, a water jetting didn't work and so we had been looking at breaking through the wall to replace piping. Mega Rooter did a wonderful job replacing a classic cast iron pipe which my machine has been attached to. Pipe kept up clogging and was under sized under the home. I got a reply within an 20 mins and messaged Mega Rooter through the yelp app. They could send a tech to give me a quote over the hour. Quotation proved to be a fantastic price after a bit of negotiation and they came back the next day. I am very satisfied with the work and the techs were very pleasant and knowledgable. Would recommend them to anybody who requires a Plumbing service.

We had a dishwasher and it began draining weekend. Mega was in the home with 90 minutes and fixed the problem!

Had a water leak stopped by and assess the situation. He arrived on time as promised and was very professional. He got a good team, like Luis, to back him up. They did great job I. Fixing my escape and realistic recommendations for my 40+ year old water pipe.

This firm is the real deal! Luis was quick to respond to what we thought was a clogged bathroom drain but as it was a issue that is much larger.

Unbelievable! James managed to come outside to provide a quote in about two hours after I called. He managed to hydro jet my lines. (It could have been earlier if I could get off work!) He was rather efficient, flexible with my program, and showed up ready to go on time. He cleaned up (he mopped!) After finishing in the bathrooms and was very considerate. Christina, at the front office, picked up each time I phoned and was super friendly. Credit cards are accepted by them. Highlyrecommend. I will certainly use their service again.

This is a family run company and I really enjoyed doing business . I have to state I was disappointed in the glitch in scheduling but Luis cared for me and was very understanding and of course unclogged the drain. I would highly suggest them.
