I have used time to his team and Mike and with big and small jobs he never disappoints! His guys. Are knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. It's nice to know I quit worrying because his guys are in the job and also can make 1 call. Telephone Them if you need it done right the first time.

Our builder refered to us mike. We needed a water heater to be replaced by him . He showed up on time as promised. We then had a waste water pipe he replaced that too. All work was done in a timely fashion and very professionally. Bonus. . He is highly recommended by me!

Called for service as it was clogged, to fix my garbage disposal. They had a project close by my place and ended up having the ability to fit me in about two hours afterwards. Sam was kind and awesome, he was able to take care of it. I will be using them later on. Thank you!

My wife stated since the plumbing was inspected by them and called it great while supposing the clogged bathtub would be a simple fix without investigating, we wanted to consider proceeding with the fix. They had not started work turned off the toilet water. So a day or two later I hear the doorbell ring and they're ready to go and back - however they had not been called by us.
With the assistance of a handy friend we were able cut a hole in the cement exposing an intact P trap that was totally filled with dirt and rocks and to remove tiles. Ultimately everything works!
It's so sad that I have to write this review. We had spent around $ 3,000 for great work, and had worked together with these men before. We naturally turned to them once we got a new house.
We paid around $250 to have the plumbing checked out including the major sewer line (they even gave us a DVD), and noted that one of the bath tubs didn't drain. Our realtor was present, why it didn't drain, and we asked. "Well the cable which holds the internal stopper feels as though it is not connected, that is all"
What would have been proper and fair (and made us very happy) is whether he'd have said , we should have looked into the drain issue thoroughly before calling it good- since you paid for an inspection and closed on the home with our guidance it was a simple fix when actually it turned out to be a Significant job - here is a 10% discount, but instead we were met with defensive remarks about him not wanting to"waste gas", and denying that he inspected the home at all
Being treated this way by Merit was shocking, entirely unacceptable, and downright untrue. Therefore, we're currently looking into whine together with the BBB and how to report them to their board.
We called it great, purchased the home I took aside the drain mechanics and found that everything appeared in functioning order. Called them back out and they declared the P trap was rusted and thus no was obstructed, after cutting a hole in the wall. Fix would entail pulling the toilet, eliminating floor tiles, and jackhammering through concrete to get at the pipes. Basically, an incredibly more complex fix.
My wife then asked Mike (owner) to come out and explore the circumstance, but no one showed up to our home at the agreed time and when she phoned he was quite defensive and didn't"want to waste any more gas hanging out there". He was evasive and seemed to not agree that his company had even been out to camera our sewer line. I have DVD and the check to demonstrate this.

The guy that came out fixed our leak Fast and did a Fantastic job after we were Really pleased, and Washed all up

I put towels down under the sink, making it simple and had disassembled the PVC drain pipes. Their man Sam was quite polite, clean and did be sure to move all the way to the line. The clog was not a big or complex one - he pulled only black grease (should have been there from prior owners). He had been working on it for no more than 30 minutes and he needed to consult the owner, Mike, to observe just how much they would charge. As it should be pretty straightforward pricing This was painful. Mike told $179 to charge. I've paid $50-$79 in the past and allowed, with inflation, so I can see paying $99-$120, but $179 is overpriced. I know they've overhead, but come on! So we figured we would give them a try my housemate had gotten their name from her sister, however we will never use them again. I will call my plumber, who never overcharges me and does good job.

Pipes seeing them work they have fun doing it and is superb that the guys there are at what they do, very educated. It was a joy to have them solve our plumbing problems fast and effective and at good rates
Because men, if we need you again we will constantly call Merit!!

I called Mike from Merit early this morning and he made every effort to make our home a priority due to the factwe had to turn off the water to the residence. He called to offer me his ETA and sure enough, he had been right on the money. He did a thorough inspection of our house to rationalize a huge roof leak directly above our kitchen....no pipes on the roof....water heater was great to go....filtration system was great plus the entire irrigation to our lawn was assessed....He was completely flummoxed but due to perseverance, grit and beyond experience he concluded the problem was with the neighbors irrigation method that was shooting water at 14 feet to the atmosphere and flooding my roofing. . .holy moly....case solved! I respect his tenacity in addition to his professionalism....Thumbs around Merit Plumbing!

Plumbing was quick to react and may get work done in a way that is timely. They went to the warehouse to acquire the part I had, came out same day and still got back to me day. Thank you to this timeliness.

5. Do you know that the tub spout was completely tested? Crazy huh?
He then abandoned, and a minute later the doorbell rang. He said,"I need to bill you $139 for the tub spout work." Oh, you mean to the 10 minutes it took you to take the"faulty portion" that you installed? NEVER ONCE DID THEY APOLOGIZE. I'm out of space and more would be written by me.
We noticed the tub faucet in the master bath leaked. So, Javier was shipped back out for trip #5. Also, for our kitchen sink, we purchased one of these faucet heads that you are able to pull out to wash the sink. It moved about one inch after which clanged when we attempted to pull it out. It could barely even move. So I looked under the sink, along with how everything was put together under there looked like a bowl of spaghetti. It got tipped and immediately ran into lines when pulling on the nozzle mind. They found EVERYTHING and had the entire space to work with and could have done it however they had to.
4. NO ONE touched ANY of the pluming in our home and I stopped calling Merit. Wonderful attempt.
2. ALL THREE sinks that Merit functioned on several times, but thanks for calling me a liar. ALL THREE sinks possess the parts your company chose to install replaced with your company with parts on the trip.
On trip #3, Justin (the supervisor) came out and replaced a bunch of the parts they installed (those were parts that THEY chose to complete the task, not parts we provided). He explained he hates using them and these parts were great. Why didn't they use the parts on the 1st trip?
6. It must be amazingly coincidental that 5 things your company installed leaked following setup. But I'm sure they were thoroughly tested, and it had nothing to do with how you do business along with the affordable parts that YOU used (which Justin even confessed while on the job)!
We did a lot of remodeling work in our property, and we needed a plumber to come in and put in the pieces. It took 5 distinct visits between Justin & Javier to them. The 1st trip was supposed to put everything in. We noticed that ALL of our sinks leaked underneath into the cabinets. Our R/O system leaked.
So today Javier is outside for trip # 5, and he pulls the tub faucet off, looks at it closer and says it is faulty. It is a brand new part, and I'm not exactly confident in Javier, but hey, let's hope he's right. I'd have thought a plumber, even after finishing their work, would check it to make sure it doesn't leak. I didn't check every faucet , which is why I noticed of this after they abandoned. Is it too much to presume that they'd have done ? Like I did the first time I went to use the sinks and 25, if so, they'd have seen all of of the leaks. He took the faucet out and explained we needed to order and it came a couple of weeks afterwards, and we had it is installed by the handyman. The handyman said that he was surprised that the plumber didn't do and caulked around the tub faucets. Javier corrected a couple of items therefore there is mobility for the nozzle.
Here are my answers to Michael D rebuttala trimmed down version of my review under them. His answers further show how they're attempting to blame me for needing 5 visits to accomplish basic plumbing jobs with all brand new (NOT affordable, as he likes to presume ) parts. Very classy for the proprietor to accuse of taking benefit of HIM, ME. Unbelievable. BEWARE, and please attempt any of the other companies out there.
On trip #2, Javier came and"fixed" all of the leaking sinks along with the R/O. However, the sinks began leaking after he left.
1. Michael D was never at our property.
3. The R/O was leaking WHILE they were here, and I pointed out it. They worked on it a few more. I didn't get some cheap off-brand R/O like despite never having been here you appear to indicate.
Not long afterwards, we noticed additional issues. The sink we didn't replace, we all had a faucet installed rather. I proceeded to wash my hands, softly touched on the faucet, and it turned about 45 degrees (I have video of the ). So I caught it with my hand, and with practically no attempt I managed to swing the faucet left and right . Also, once I looked closer in the upstairs guest bathroom sink that we hadn't used however, I noticed that the stopper wasn't working (something behind the faucet that you pull on to plug in the water). I looked underneath, and it was connected. So, Javier came back out to fix these things on trip #4.

I used Merritt for a remodeling however the understanding of the pipes wasn't as good as I expected, they came back twice to fix things, the final time they said it was a defective valve however I did the fix from reversing the cartridge at the value to find hot water on left and cold on right.
I wouldn't recommend them.

3rd time I have used Merit. This time I came home to leaking water heater on a Friday night: Merit came out first thing Saturday a.m. a few hours after I have a new more efficient water heater. They're easy to work with, professional and communicative. I see no reason I will not continue to use them. I couldn't ask for anything.

Job that is small. Contacted Mike based on Yelp reviews. Work done reasonable price, and Mike was fantastic. I have stored their information and will use them again. I recommend their services.

Good job done by David and Mike. A water pipe today, had. (Of course it wasn't on the town side) so that I got stuck with the bill. . I was expecting tens of thousands. I was refered to Mike throughout the USO. Workplace at LUKE AIR FORCE BASE! If his card is on the board I would use a fellow vet, so I figured. Mike and his staff told me how to shut off the gushing water on the phone till he obtained there (within 40 min). Fantastic customer support! CLEAN Fleet. Can't fail! Fantastic job mike! Can recomend you! Oh and fantastic pricing!

I don't understand why they have 5 celebrity on Yelp!! Since I needed to shut the water off I had a leak from my irrigation and needed to call them. Javier came and after checking the pipes made a decision to cap the flow for now since they don't do irrigation. He digged on 20 minutes in the place You ought to have fundamental parts in your truck, if you're plumber. Then he went to store and when he was rear it took him a second 15 minutes to cap the pipe. Asked how much I owe him, he replied $300. I asked why because he spent less than a hour to the job and he then explained is too much for work. The only thing that I'd credit them is that they showed up in an hour but apart from that I really don't believe they are truthful with what they bill.

These men are simply excellent. Totally worthy of 5 begins. That this Sunday I identified a water flow in my kitchen ceiling in a few of my supply lines. I gave them a call straight away and they could adapt my schedule and were out to my house Monday afternoon to make the fix. The problem area was repaired and that I have a water flow in kitchen . Thank you for your great work and exceeding my expectations.

As a real estate agent and real estate agent in the Phoenix metro, I have hired merit plumbing many projects both little and large. Recently I hired merit in which the pipes didn't exist on my private residence to install a water softener alongside a few other minor fixes. Mike with merit was very helpful, his pricing was fair and the service was great.

I want to let everybody know that Mike and David in Merit Plumbing services are 2. Our car wash business needed a clog in our vacuum lines and they diagnosed the situation, executed the plan and billed me a fair rate for the work. Whatever your needs residential or commercial this is the company to call. Thanks Guys for a job well done!!

Take your cash and laugh in your face. Terrible owner.

Mike and David provided exceptional service. They worked around our vacation programs and have been on time and on budget. It is wonderful to know that there still are honorable tradesmen out there.
