I called Mike to get a toilet emergency. He stopped by as soon as he had time and fixed my own problem. He did a great job. Fourteen days later I had a problem with my faucet and he arrived and did a fantastic job. I am thankful because it is hard to find plumbers who do emergency jobs that are smaller , I found Mike.

Mike did a fantastic job unclogging my kitchen sink. He was friendly quick, and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Mike has done a lot of work. He is specialist and gets the work done quickly. What I like is that he's direct about cost and quality. You understand what you are getting for the cost (which is obviously affordable!) . He is a fantastic man and has always gone above and beyond for us like when we phone him panicked about some plumbing emergency that is possible!

A person who took us to get a $930 never completed the occupation and ride, nor did he assure his job. Because he took advantage of our not we should have shopped around. SEE PIC of all INVOICE. Shame on us. Camera and an pole cost us much. He made a spectacle when we cancelled what would have been just another $ 450 rodding on top of the INVOICE below, and entered our house with no consent. Consider yourself warned.

Got a recommendation by a friend about Mike's Plumbing. Called Mike in the morning, and he was there in the afternoon. The sink clog job was somewhat complex, and he began conservatively, and worked up, finally solving the problem. He was professional and polite, and I enjoyed his method that is working. Highly suggested.

Mike is fantastic, don't be afraid to call him. He answered my call, confirmed my texts, gave me a rough quote over the telephone, and arrived on time. (He was the 3rd plumber I called, another two never showed up.) Check my tub overflow and mike arrived to unclog my toilet sink. He was considerate, explained everything to me personally, was very honest with assessing the task, and did everything with a fantastic attitude and a smile.

We had problems before using an ejector pump and some clogs. Every time Mike showed up soon after calling him and fixed the problem. He works and is nice. Definitely recommend him.

Saturday night we understood sewage was backing up in our basement and we could not use any water. We called Mike's pipes a Sunday morning appointment to generate. He answered right away and gave us a minimal $ charge after the problem was clarified by us. His partner and mike came one minute before the scheduled time. They're friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I could not be more impressed. They got the work done, attracted the gear and charged us the minimum. This experience was for if calling an emergency plumber but not actually expect to get everything you hope. He would be strongly recommended by me based on our positive experience. We are thinking about spending the money and having him convert our pipes to copper.

Mike is an plumber. He also took his time to spell out everything he was doing. We bought a new house and immediately had some major sewage draining problems to us. He diagnosed the matter and came out. His work is flawless and he is priced fair and honest. If you want quick and professional serice from a fair an honest plumber Utilize Mike.

Mike came out to Get a clogged sink on a Sunday. We thought it was only from placing peels down the garbage disposal. Turns our 1946 Georgian had pipes that are old with grease and gunk filling them entirely. Suffice it to say, the project turned into a Pandora's box and we felt apologetic it turned into such a mess. However he insisted on remaining the 7 hours and had been so merry! To finish the job! He did not even raise the price, but stuck to his original quote. Which was what he accomplished and an incredible deal for all the labour. Even prying these old lead pipes off was almost impossible. He discovered it simplified and turns . It goes straight down. What a Idea!

Top notch. Came out 7AM New Years Day. Pipes cracked, also obtained a killer furnace man. No BS, shot. Now my go to guy.

Mike is the We were in a rush and he came through for us! He came with in a few hours and did not try and make the most of us! The afternoon before we had somebody come out and estimate us $425 for the work that Mike offered to do for $150! He was very considerate and a joy to be around. He had to go over and beyond what was anticipated. He was friendly and took the opportunity to explain to us exactly what went wrong, how to fix it essentially made sure he took care of everything he asked him to do, plus more, to ensure we were taken care of. His mess cleaned up. He is the guy if you have any plumbing needs in all!

Mike came out to fix a bothersome basement toilet. He was prompt, personable and very honest. Recommend him and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

Came out right away for an emergency on Sunday! Set up with a fix until the following day when he set up a new water heater! Superior great cost and service. Really helped us out. I would suggest to anyone! Jack and Joe Milani.

Mike has come through for us. He provides service and is always professional, knowledgeable. When my water heater was leaking into the unit under, he came through for me. He was able help me get a new water heater and to assess the issue. I enjoy his personality that is calming . Plumbing crises can be stressful for homeowners and Mike's attitude helps me feel as if all will be alright.

Left this inspection on Google but figured I would drop it on Yelp as well....Relatively new house proprietor (we proceeded from August last year). Had not had any real plumbing problems yet in the house until about a week or two ago. When we washed laundry the basement slop sink would back up a little and gradually go down. Tried to rod and plunge it didn't get the job done. Afterwards, the dishwasher began causing the backup. Then, it was backed by the bathtub, then up. Now the water was actually s*! T water brown at this point saw toilet paper. Figured it needs to for sure be the main line required rodding after conversing with a few people and googling. So we predict about 4 hours later guy comes out, Roto-Rooter, takes a peek at the access we have outside to the main, then says that he can't rod it, gotta wait until tomorrow. Now it is way later and we can't use any more water (brown water copy in basement sink if we do) can't shower etc.. . Aaaaand back at square one. We predicted 3 more areas to attempt to ask, get estimates, etc.. 1 place guy wanted to charge $800. Finally after giving up for the night Mike's is called by us. Super reviews on Google! (4.8) BUUUUUUUT only 4 reviews we say.... We decided to offer a call to him . Call after 10 PM on Sunday night. (Today as of the writing, 4/23/2017). Opened up the access fast, conducted in and conducted all the water detected now the upstairs bathroom toilet and shower we are backing up rather than basement slop sink. (Reason was slop sink was clogged secondarily cause of the copy of the s*! T water) he helped unclog that second (AND a bit of the upstairs shower too) at no extra charge. If , heard the slurp that was massive and saw the bathroom copy shoot down the drain. Everything fixed just like 20-30 minutes after arrival. Ol rodder machine did the trick. Clarified lots of the plumbing around the house. Went both ways with the rodder too from the access in case. Ended up pulling a lot of roots and stuff (I guess typically it's origins, designed to get the main line rodded as a preventative maintenance thing every 6mo to two years it seems like) Total cost was better than roto rooter as well. Friendly. Plus, mentioned during the daytime and when not in a hurry today as a maintenance thing it would be cheaper too. Will be calling if/when another larger issue calls. Very happy we went with a local place tho he had the four reviews, and I am happy to be writing the 5th. Call Mike if you will need a pro. And leave some good reviews!

I told him it was too much - that he said he'd'cut me a deal' for function next time I needed something. There will be another time...
He came after another job. He had been there maybe 45 minutes. BEWARE - that he doesnt have the ideal equipment for video (which is fairly standard with most providers) so I had no idea if what he did about the sewage rotting was of some benefit. He charged me $300 for the service, which has been too much given the grade of the equipment and the work's time that he used. This is viewed by me as flushing the money down the drain in hindsight.
I called him to do a sewer rust. Basic project. I advised him it was not a rush job.

At 5:30 am my neighbor called me to tell me that water gushed out of my garage. A pipe had burst and gushed water right electrical wires and electrical panel. My husband was out of town and I didn't have a clue how to switch off the water to our construction (4 Unit Condo, and Coach home ).
I feel very fortunate that my google search led me. I may call him for all our future plumbing requirements and offer him the highest recommendation. Thank you Mike!
One of my neighbors who resides in the coach house didn't have running water that evening. So at 11:30 pm, about that very same day that I called again and Mike answered immediately. He walked me. He then called me back around midnight to make sure everything was OK and offered some advice on how to ensure my pipe won't burst.
Mike answered and was on the scene within 20 minutes. He fixed the pipe quickly, told me the repair would cost and had been friendly, professional. From 8:30 a.m., the problem was solved and I had been on my way to work.

This man was amazing. My husband and I awakened into a bathroom that was . We'd noticed it operating worse and worse over the past couple of months, but it stopped functioning and we've got folks. At 9:48 I googles"emergency plumber chicago" and called. Mike said he is here in 30 minutes. He had arrived here. So trustworthy.
We discovered it was not a small plumbing issue but rather. He had the part in his truck, caught in and over 15 minutes, our bathroom was functioning just like brand new. Because we predicted our bathroom and Mike is in fantastic form, Therefore, it's less than an hour.
He was fast, and got the work done. Can't say enough positive things about him. Definitely have Mike come if you only require some plumbing fixed or if you have an emergency.

I predicted a time and has been told he'd be over in in 2 hours. 2.5 hours after I called back. He said he had been busy working at another location and it would be another hour. He ended up hurrying me. . .he never called back and never showed. Very unprofessional.
