They fixed some issues with my water 9, today. I assumed the water heater required to be replaced, but they came out and pointed out it was a issue with some corroded leaking pipes causing the water heater. They got everything cleaned and fixed up and showed up early. Both times they were thorough, helpful and affordable, making sure everything was solved before they left.
These guys are the best. They replaced the sump pump, drained and cleaned up the water and resolved another surprise issue. The sump pump that is new works good.

These guys are exceptional I realized that a pipe burst and walked down to my cellar today and we'd flooding everywhere they had been here within an hour and fixed the problem would recommend them to anybody Who wants a problem!

Christmas Day party discovered a leak underneath my mum's kitchen sink. We predicted around the following day and their phone was not picked up by any plumbing support. We tried MPT and they had somebody working the telephones. From 10 AM the following morning, we had Brad and Michael . They were courteous and professional, and fast. In addition to that - issues and helpful with a few pesky leaks. Fantastic service, great advice, reasonable pace, and a solid referral for an issue with the cooker. I had been told that there is a service fee of $59 for its visit. Mike showed up and that he seemed to be from the moment he walked in a rush. Didn't answer some of my wife's questions properly. But we were advised that both the 30 and heaters are back ordered and could require a few weeks. This is something which could have been readily mentioned over the phone when I initially called. Total rip-off.

On Friday, January 19, 2018, our 15 year old hot water heater decided to stop working. The bottom had cracked and the water had slowly leaked around the basement floor (and of course soaking our plush carpeting along with the Walmart grade socks that I was wearing). I went on Yelp and called the five companies in the region which had five star reviews. Each firm seemed very reputable and the Bradford White natural gas water heater was being sold by every firm. Within my call, I came across MPT Plumbing. From the very start, Michael, the owner, was not only responsive but was an understanding businessman. He should have known I was Filipino (many are cheapskates) because after talking my difficulty with him, he cut to the chase and gave me a cost even my dad would not have believed. This was absolutely mind-blowing to me considering I'd only spoken to 3 other companies before him and also their estimates were"unbeatable" (obviously not!!!) . I wanted to be more respectful knowing he must make a living from what his clients charge. Equally shocking because his cost, he managed to come to the house first thing the following morning instead of on Monday, January 22 (that the other three companies would have to do). Good to his word, he and his associate, Ian, came early Saturday morning looking like they had been ready to take on the world. They promptly began their work about 0900 and fully finished the install around 1115, because of some unexpected issues (piping and valve issues from our fantastic"cutting corner" house builder). These men were like magicians, troubleshooting the issues and finishing their work to daily with minimal interference. Michael, unnecessarily, apologized for taking longer than normal (apparently both of these can possibly finish a job in under 10 minutes). Both gentlemen were very respectful of my house and did everything they could to keep it clean (hmmm...I wonder if Michael would hire my kids so they too can find out how to keep my darn house clean). I was very impressed. The communication between Michael, Ian, and myself was exactly what I expect from professionals (how traditional companies use to be like). In reality, Michael even called me early Saturday morning to explain he could be a little late since the supply warehouse (where he bought the hot water heater) was carrying a little longer than he expected. That speaks volumes of his respect for people's time, his work ethics to try to be on time, along with his devotion to communicating effectively with his clients to keep them. In since I was so impressed with their work and the end of the project, I revealed another small job that had to do with my sump pump outlet in my backyard to Michael. He gave ideas on the best way to repair the problem that might lead to me not needing his services to me. Who does this? I am grateful that there are still some businessmen who take pride in their work and provide guidance without trying to constantly make a buck. I look forward to working again. I have already started spreading his title at my work and on networking. I am confident you'll be satisfied as I was/am.

I reached out to Michael about a leaky outdoor faucet on a Friday afternoon. He had been here first thing Saturday morning. Extremely responsive, excellent communication, very professional and educated. Couldn't ask for better service!

Called MPT for a plumbing leak, and was able to accommodate same day service. Michael showed up as promised. Found the leak and walked me through the repair process. Repair was done fast and took care of the leak. Very pleased with their service! Pricing was reasonable as well.

Based on Yelp testimonials, I received a response within hours and emailed MPT later hours on a Wednesday night. Communication was great during the process! Mike was scheduled to come out to get a quote for a leak that occurred in my master bathroom on the 2nd floor which was leaking in my kitchen ceiling. He returned, and immediately diagnosed the issue right away, went outside to get parts. He showed me the issue before the work was complete, told me exactly what he do to fix this, and showed me the work asking if I had any questions. He and his partner (sorry, forgot his name) were professional and pricing seemed fair although I can't confirm because I hired him right away without getting the rest of the quotations I had scheduled. Highly, highly recommend.

I wish I had more eloquent words as other reviewers do they may not even be necessary. This is maybe. This entire operation is outstanding! I can't say enough good things. Michael Tate and Ian are plumbing gurus! Installed a bathtub and fittings for our bath. Thorough and done. It's nice to have two men who work well do the job. The second time we hired install a utility bathtub them was to replace the laundry room washer hookups and hook up the washer. Experts and specialist in every manner. You will NOT regret employing these men.

After our basement flooded and our sump pump stopped working, quick help was needed by me at a price that was reasonable. Quote requests were sent by me to the highest rated plumbers in my region through Yelp. MPT Plumbing responded instantly. Their price was GOOD (I had expected this to cost more) and they might do the work that afternoon. Mike arrived in the time promised and quickly replaced my pump, in addition, he clarified my issue and clarified some details that I did not understand (Thank you!) . He had been in and out, and also our brand new pump is working good. I would have MPT do some of our plumbing work later on.

I called Menards, Home Depot, and plumbers. . .10 in total and obtained quotes from 8 of these. Michael out of MPT Plumbing returned my phone quickly, was patient with my questions, and his quote was aggressive and reasonable. Happy my husband and I picked MPT! Michael and Ian replaced our water heater. They were professional, friendly, and no surprise charges. Michael's quote to me was what we paid. It has been a week and also our water heater is working flawlessly. Two thumbs up for Michael and MPT Plumbing. Highly recommend!

It is really really hard to find honest and excellent businesses which do work for a reasonable price. MPT Plumbing has done around 4 jobs for me and each and everytime I have been very pleased with their prices, the communication and the job.

Our spigot broke over winter. We did not know until we'd been using the nozzle and nearly into the beginning of summer. Long story short....the basement flooded. Every plumber tried and not we would be serviced by one. Half of them did not even answer the phone. We predicted MPT Plumbing and not only did they reply on the weekend, we were guaranteed service first item on Monday. The technicians were knowledgeable and so polite it was a pleasure! My husband is in the building business and he was rather impressed! If you require a plumber....CALL MPT PLUMBING!!!

My hot water heater was on its final leg. I called 10 plumbers about and obtained quotations. MPT had the very best price. I called and set up an appointment for 9am. They were at 9am. They got right to work. Draining the tank and removing it. The tank was set up in almost no time. I would highly recommend MPT Plumbing for your plumbing needs. They did an Outstanding Job!!! Family and friends suggested to me michael to complete a job that was major linking my house from a well to city water . Michael stepped with the utmost expertise completing the job a day early!!
