Mr Fix-It Plumbing

The plumber - Jefferson - was diligent and courteous. He got to the root of the problem, shut off the water, and went to the supply store to get a replacement part. In a few hours, our shower was as good as fresh.
Our shower faucet broke and we couldn't switch off the water. We called Mr. Fix-It Plumbing and a few other businesses. Mr. Fix-It was the quickest to respond and appear.
Emergency plumbing services are not affordable, but I will not hesitate to call Mr. Fix-It again if we need someone in a pinch.

Experience was fantastic. David responded to my note immediately and managed to swing from the next morning to get some job done. Would happily use him.

Best notch Plumbers. I did two jobs on both they arrived in better priced than the competition, which to me was only a bonus. Projects went really well. The Owner, david, answered every questions or concerns that I had and answered my telephone call and came up with answers even when things weren't so standard in my home. Thank you David and thank your team for me.

I just moved into a new home along with the valve in the hot water tank sprang a leak. David took my frantic phone call, was here within an hour and fixed the issue (a cracked washer) in ten minutes. What a relief!

Fantastic plumber. Consistently on time. I have had David do many jobs over the last few years on my residence. I find job big or small, prompt support and reside in Boston. He did our stove setup and installed our hot water/heat system a few years back. Best notch service and excellent work.

The price was fair and any anticipation is surpassed by the grade of the job.
His staff and david replace my boiler to high efficiency boiler that they were very polite professional and clean.
After speaking to few Plumbers before I opt to hire Mr fix David what have to get done and that the owner was very knowledgeable.
Before hiring anyone else, I going to hire them again and recommend any customer to check with Mr mend it.

I have used several times to David and he has always been great. But now took the cake- Last night I had a crisis - a valve in my dishwasher had let go and water was pouring into my kitchen. I could not flip the valve because it was frozen and had to turn off of the water. I called David very first thing this morning to see whether there was any way that he could come to the house so I could turn back the water in the house to repair the under-sink shutoff valve to the dishwasher. He gave me the number of his dad, although he could not! His dad was the first Mr.Fix-it! Dad came over fixed everything in about 15 minutes and a few hours, such as installing a fresh water supply hose. Very reasonable cost, too!
You can not go wrong with those guys- !

David is very professional, experienced and educated. He comes prepared and well equipped, and does a good job in a timely manner , at a reasonable price.
Overall- highly recommended :-)
The one thing which could be better is communicating by text or email. But if youknow they're very active, and're comfortable on the phone, you need to be OK.
They could manage tasks big and small, plumbing, heating etc..
It takes years to become a plumber, and even more to become a Master plumber, like David. Seeing that there are several unprofessional people out there, doing shoddy work and/or ripping off, I really respect and love Mr. Fix It.

David replaced my gas water heater because it leaked. He arrived just on time (not obvious with plumbers). He answered all of my questions with patience and did a fantastic job. The price was quite reasonable once you've got an emergency plumbing dilemma, which is important.
I would definitely hire him again if needed in the future.

David was fast to respond! I hired one of his team members to replace a toilet. Wall-mounted bathrooms are not standard, but he was able to pick up one and we scheduled the replacement within two days. The project took less than 2 hours to complete - and it was performed professionally and cleanly. I am so happy with the outcomes.

These testimonials seem fake to me and similar. I just employed it and Dave cost me $280 for 20 minutes of work unclogging the 2 drains in my bathroom. I really don't know a lot about pipes and I really wanted the problem fixed so that I went along with this price (I had to talk him down). I felt taken advantage of and could not recommend him after he was done. In reality, I'm writing this review to help anyone else. It makes me mad reading that 1 woman got her drain unclogged for less than $100 and I was quoted by him for $190 each drain. He was in my house for a total of 30 minutes and walked away with nearly $300. Curious to see whether that review will contact the BBB to file a claim and remains on here.

We have relied on David for jobs over the past several decades, and we feel lucky that we're able to rely on him for almost any plumbing issues. He reacts promptly and always does excellent work. Is his honesty We know we can trust what he says. We highly recommend him and his team.

He was used by us in a previous house and thought he did a fantastic job, but he tried to fix our furnace and did a job that we had to find another plumber to fix it. And he wanted things to change out that were fine.

He has done several jobs in our Brookline condo and he is very honest and a person of"his sentence "
Dave is the best at Brookline and Greater Boston or anyplace he tells you he'll be.

It is not easy to acquire emergency service to the first day of a school vacation. But they were in my home in another 20 minutes and returned my call. They managed to make a quick emergency fix allowing us to possess regular water service before a proper complete repair could be carried out in spring. Plus they showed me the way to avoid a repeat incident. They were very professional and courteous and I would definitely hire them again. The cost, while high for employment that took well less than an hourreflected the emergency service and that I was happy to cover it.

Requested a quote and responded instantly - where I live, they do not service.

We highly recommend David. You can rely on him to do a great job with any plumbing issues you encounter, but over and beyond that, he is useable, arrives on time - or lets you know if program has to change, and he is reliable, and just an all-round great man.

David is the best! He did the pipes for our house remodel project -- placing in a completely different pipes system for our house once we moved the kitchen and gutted and redid 2 bathrooms.

We visited . Her shower was draining so I checked Yelp for a plumber AFTER Roto Rooter'd given us a quote to unclog a shower drain for several hundred dollars. David billed less than $100 and showed up within an hour. He was efficient considerate and someone we use again.

I can not say enough about how wonderful Dave was! His suggestion did not work for him to come, so we scheduled. He told me exactly what to do before he arrived (buy a new faucet). His partner and he arrived at Chinatown where the parking isn't simple to say the very least. Dave wasn't phased. He showed up when he said he got to work and would. Dave does work and is the nicest man. I highly recommend him!
