Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Sonoma County

Lowe's sent us a fridge that we bought and told us they install it when those men from Lowe's came with fridge they said the water shut is not working and told me to reschedule to them to return and that we need to hire plumber to fix it. We called mr rooter and Doug Shaw was great he took a peek at it and said it's working .very professional and customer support from Doug and very upset with Lowe's from Rohnert park. Never buy anything from them.

I just had the best experience with a plumbing firm I have ever had (and I have had ALOT). A pipe was replaced by the under my house the day after I called them and I could not believe the customer service. They were considerate informative and very efficient. They were in line and I had three estimates and I felt more confident after talking and meeting with them. Sal Jr. and Christian were the company's agents and they answered all questions completely (and I ask alot of questions) and called me back immediately when I predicted with more. I wish I could employ them! Try them. . .you will not be sorry! Thanks

The appointment, beginning with a text, managed in a manner and was simple to set up. The tech was able to arrive for this suited us well, and the job earlier, which was provided to us by phone. We agreed on a set rate for the procedure to assault the stoppage. Happily the clog in the kitchen drain pipe was eliminated. The tech that is christian was most professional, thoughtful, friendly and efficient of making a clean worksite,. We couldn't be more pleased.

My kitchen sink filled up with something with water clogging the drain. Running the garbage disposal did not clear it, so I called Mr. Rooter. They scheduled me for the following day. The guy showed up on-time and lent me $329.35 as the identification fee. I thought that was a little steep just to diagnose, so I said go ahead, but I could not keep shopping around with all the nastiness in my sink. He found that a ton and took the pipes apart. Oops. He washed out the eggshells and the drain functioned. That was contained. Still pricey for a under a half hour of work, but glad to have a fresh sink .

This provider is educated, professional, always honest with the job in the cost and hand! All the workers are courteous and hard working, we'll never start looking for another plumbing service, we found the best!

Truth is, I couldn't find. Couldn't find concrete men either; one firm did quote $6,500 just for the concrete (trying to get contractors after the Tubbs Fire isn't cheap...).
Well, I'm glad I ignored the title. Joey was my signature, and I will be honest - the experience was perfect. Cost did rise once we began, like we do when doing something complicated, but that will happen.

Then my job was submitted by me to one of these websites that then sells the lead to contractors. My ideas weren't positive - Mr Rooter? Hey guys, this is not a hair-clog in the sink!
Wow... I just skimmed the reviews before starting to write my very own, and I'm a bit bummed - multiple instances of this franchise charging crazy-high pricing for some fairly basic tasks.
My story's different. I had the opposite of a task that is simple, and Mr Rooter of Santa Rosa came ! Because I couldn't locate my underground leak, I had been going to depart this line, and run new line under the town's sidewalk, my sidewalk and a wall -- and as long as I had been doing that, I wanted to upgrade to a 3-inch lineup for possible later development in the back.

Ditto to almost all the reviews! We had a water leak on the main line. It had been subjected already, easy to diagnose and see. I had been at work and my wife was and chose to call this place. Aldo came out quoted her 1931.86 to substitute"Repair 3/4" exposed aluminum or galvanized water line, up to 2'". If you don't need to need to be worried about it he then proceeded to inform her you need to replace the entire line. I talked to him on the phone and may feel as though he was trying to scam us. We had a plumber out this morning which lent us $675 for its fix that Aldo quoted $1931.86. THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO SCAM YOU!

Very friendly and efficient. They had to dig a trench to repair our drainage problem. . .after finishing..put all the rocks back down our pathway. Cleaned up .

Nice staff, but prices are high. They wanted 800 to flush the septic tank lines were likely to take 320 off because I had them pump and drain septic week before. I call another firm and they want 250. Do your research and shop around. Their rates are mad.

Wife (politely) threw him out. Read my other reviews to find out who we did not make a peep regarding the main and went with: They came out same-day and did the job at half the price.
2 Star. Do not Hire. Went with a rival.
The place for improvement: Phone team could not/would not offer a quote over the telephone, but said technicians possess a"printed price sheet" I advised the appointment"ASAP" because the shower was leaking . . .and their initial"ASAP" had been just two days out and on a day I had been at work and my wife was home. Price quote was over $400 and"maybe $80 off if he's got the component." Technician also tried an up-sale in my spouse to refresh the he would not do the shower unless we also did the primary.
The good: Following a brief auto-answer telephone tree, people that are friendly answered. The technician who visited with our house was friendly and on-time.

My situation was confused with a different plumbing emergency this morning by the businesses replying svc who I got b4 open. When I called back asking where my plumber was they believed he was in fact was elsewhere. Honest mistake by someone. Rectifying this review having been apologized to profusely and really.

Just FYI you can p/u next time to a Rheem in Home Depot for $500 it fails I'll just borrow my buddy's truck and install it .
$550 to replace the pilot's assembly/thermocouple on a 6 year-old Rheem water heater seemed steep as it was $1000 installed and new in 2011.
Sheesh.

Their estimate of 2200 to replace the 40 gallon water heater is beyond ridiculous it is highway robbery.

Insane pricing. . .gouge Sonoma County inhabitants much? Quoted $4k, got the job done with much more company for less than half an hour. All county and senior citizens peeps, beware of these price gougers.

Don't use these people! I discovered I had a problem, my drain has been pierced by a root, but nothing else and paid $350. Two guys came to my house, the first understood something, the second one, nothing. The one attempted to scour the insides that my kitchen drain, but failed and needed to allow the first man take over. The first one showed an image to me I couldn't see very well showing the main problem. He made no attempt to go farther into the drain, or snip the root: Quite simply, I have no idea of the condition of the drain and when it could have problems. He simply ceased when he stuffed up, saw the root and gave me an estimate for $ 5,200 of trenchless technology. I have zero confidence in this business! Use them!

Mr. Rooter total Mr. Ripoff. Wife called. I was outside of town. Way over charged. First sent a tech that didn't understand anything out. Still would charge the same price, but tried to do it a worker that is inexpensive. Had a second day to wait some with just a little knowledge could diagnosis it. Desired 10 time just as much to repair it. Check with other people and may replace it to get price. Save this ripoff company isn't used by yourself.

There service is decent, but there pricing makes no sense. The costs/labor would not break down, if you have a look at their own invoicing. They think of a set price to make overcharge and a fix on many occasions. They needed to fix a pilot and they went to bill me $750 for this. The pilot is about $150 and it is a 1 hour job. This makes their hourly fee at $600 per hour! When asked if I could find the breakdown on the bill, they said they can't do that. They're a service company so we pay them. Then does not that say something about these, if they can't supply us with an itemized invoice between labor/material?

Received prompt support that was good . Tony was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. With Tony's help we got through a difficult situation.

Super impressed with the overall quality of support. I had been called multiple times before the service person arrived to tell me their estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival, Mr. Cary Castillo was very friendly, explained what had to be achieved, given a quote before the service (so there would be no openings ) and got the work done. Highly recommended. Just got done with a Mr. Rooter team member named Jerry. He came out not get to uncle gram a drain because my wife had been right I clogged. Jerry was super efficient and friendly and low impact to our kiddie bedtime spectacle. Couldn't have had a much better experience. Oh, and did I say, my wife was right?
