My Plumber is quite professional and their clients always come first. My Plumber is highly recommended by me!

I had 3 really good experiences with Mike. The job was getting done though I think that they're overpriced. My most recent experience with Mike was quite unprofessional. I texted Mike to tell him that there were a couple of areas once the job was completed. Rather than phoning me to have a civil conversation, Mike phoned and BERATED me personally (in the center of the afternoon, while I'm at work). He took matters out of context, put words in my mouth that I never used in my text to him and described a totally fake narrative in which I stated his men were"arguing." When really, 1 man said a remark to my mother when another man was not there. Don't understand why that is considered arguing, but anything. He was hostile, also refused to admit that he was hostile with me on the phone. I will never use his services again.

Mike and team started out great and enthused, but delays and problems kept cropping up. Needed to return time to fix leaky shower door and surround came from the hinges. After about four months of problems, I participated a different plumber to correct what they had done. Don't appear to focus on a single job!
