I feel blessed to have found NC Master Plumber! John is everything a customer could hope for... reliable, reliable, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, and he does"high quality" work. Since my grandfather owned his own plumbing company, I've not seen this level of plumbing integrity and expertise in many, many years. John has already completed 2 jobs in our new home... and we already have plans to phone him again for our near future needs/upgrades. Thank you John!
I would recommend John Hansen to my neighbors and friends! He is very knowledgeable and did not appear to mind answering my many questions about how to best take care of my 22 year old plumbing and well. He is also a creative problem solver and managed to replace my sediment filter, add a fresh outdoor faucet (like running a new line), and figure out what to do to repair my kitchen faucet. He showed up on time, communicated clearly and effectively about the problem (showing me what he was describing), proposed several choices and which he thought was greatest combined with costs for each, completed everything in one day, and left a clean work site. I thought the price was really good... he remained true to his estimate. I will not be afraid to use him again!!
