I would really like to thank the most friendly and helpful staff at Ninja Plumber for coming from our home to clear our drains. They provided us late night support and got us draining again just in time so that my Mom could get ready for work! I commend the company, the wonderful night dispatcher who by the way, even called me to notify me the technician would be just five minutes late from the first approximate arrival time given to me that way I wouldn't be waiting for him at the gate area then asked me if greater yet I had a gate code (which I had forgot to donate them) to make things simpler for us which I highly appreciated (naturally ) being the middle of the night and all. Also the super technician who appeared to be concerned about helping us solve our problem, with a great attitude (despite it being spanked and all!) Which made us feel at ease. I am pleased to say we have!

We called a couple of weeks back to have them fix a water filter. The technician came out, told me I could repair this, and boom. Well about a week later, the part collapsed so I called to have them all come out and only fix it once and for all. They obtained it on the program for the following week (that was long but whatever). The day comes, and they are supposed to come between 12 and 2. I receive a phone at 1:45 that they aren't likely to make it needs to be between 2 and 4. Okay. Then again- nothing. They didn't show until almost 7, to that at the point I said it was too late in the evening as it's a kitchen repair and we are making dinner and will need to reschedule.
I use Gold Baseball Pipes for whatever else, and that only reaffirmed why I'll continue to in the future.
Working with them has been a bit of a headache, and with a little - I believe a entire migraine. They are getting two stars because the girls who answer the telephone are always pleasant, and because the one time they really came out for the call in query, the tech explained a way that I could DIY the project and save cash (just one star for honesty).
I don't hear back about rescheduling. I call back this morning they say they'll be able to get someone out now, and they will need to call me back. Hour goes by, nothing, so I call back again. They said again,"just checking something, will return in five". Nothing. I call back again (by this time it's 1:00PM) and I'm told that they don't have some accessibility until following week. Though first thing in the morning, they said that they did. Anyhow. Super disappointed. We had the substitute our line annually that was almost $20,000 plus they did a decent job. The problem is getting them to really follow through with this appointment.

Not looking out to their clients and they are EXPENSIVE.
They replaced 60' of sewer line. They stopped in the 4' of clay prior to the mainline, today that's broken. Now I'm being quoted $6,000-9,000 to open it back up.
Yes, they did exactly what they offered me, but not replace the entire line??? Now give more cash to them, we have to open it back up and of course.

Thank you men for unclogging my sewer pipe, excited about working together with you guys again soon.

JONATHAN IS AMAZING! Came out on a Sunday to fix a semi-diagnosed(or so we thought) issue! Garbage disposal leaking destroying the apartment below me (NIGHTMARE! ) ) . He picked up a new one and installed it and identified another situation. I am tight on budget and he awakened with his boss please me with a reduction and to get the task! Snaked the line that caused the now and in the drain everything appears to be ok!!! He could not have been nicer, respectful, or cleaner and worked hard! He vacuumed and washed the region. Thank you for all!

DON'T USE!!! I took the afternoon off of work and would have spent my day off taking my children somewhere fun than spending the afternoon. What a waste of my sick day (that I don't get many)!
They also charge nearly $300 MORE (for hydro jetting) than every other technicians I've predicted!!!
I phoned Ninja Plumbers this morning since we had a backup that has been draining from our wash out at the side of the home. 15 days past they hydro jetted it and it needs it again! Arthur arrived at 11:00 a.m. to scrutinize the problem. He told me he had a doctor appt because of his 3 month old so he can return between two rebounds and 3 p.m to scope and hydro jet (again). He was very fine and I had no problem with him coming back b/c he had to pick up the trailer with an hydro jet anyhow.
SUCH A WASTE OF TIME!!!
About 45 min after Arthur was due to return, I see that they call them last second to say they are not coming and often tell and begin reading their testimonials! I called the office asking for his ETA and they had him phone me. He said he was sorry and he would be over in about an hour, which is now 5 pm (2 hrs. later than he originally said). I then Get a call. He said their hydro jet system was broken and nobody bothered telling him. I told him that he knew since 11 a.m. he had been going to need the hydro jet system and he nor anyone in his office bothered to create sure it was working? That is preparation and customer service!

Jason and jonathan out of Ninja plumber were wonderful, moderately priced dependable and professional. They come after being called and completed the work. They are the only plumbing company I'd trust and highly recommended.

I strongly recommend hiring him... you will not be let down!
Geovanni knows his stuff goes above and beyond to get the job done! So its a no brainer to hire this man, his cost is super aggressive!
I am getting the best experience with Ninja Plumber!
My call was answered by them immediately and had one of their technicians out to get a job that was to take place in 2 weeks.
If you'd like a plumbing technician who's effective then, a fantastic problem solver, kind and considerate and knowledgable Geovanni is your man.
Geovanni, the tech, assessed the project and had a quote sent to me the day! I had other plumbers come out and they either rescheduled a few times at the last minute or took when they got one out to me whatsoever getting me a quote.

Jonathan and George did a great job replacing my water heater. They were nice and extremely professional. I'll call them again if my house has some issues.

Our bathroom sink has been backing up, so we phoned our neighborhood plumbing service. They couldn't get to us another 3 or 4 days. We gave them a call and saw the good ratings. It was a positive experience all around. Alondra, that set the appointment up and answered the telephone, was friendly and helpful. Giovanni arrived on time (so unusual, in our experience!) Everything out clarified us the exact difficulty, and thoroughly. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Our property is very old, so we ended up spending more than we had intended. Geovanni also gave a list of recommended upgrades to us we will need to do to better our plumbing, which we can handle in phases. We can't recommend him and Ninja more highly!

Jonathan is the best! Concerned with mold he decided to check our crawl space. He discovered a dead creature and relived our fears. He had been thorough and even took a picture of the creature we can look after the issue control in a way that is timely. He was efficient, quick and pleasant!

On Friday, September 29, 2019 about 9:30 PM I called Ninja Plumber to report the pipe that had had the washing machine attached was leaking after the system had been removed. At 10:00 PM when he called I told me that the pipe, were the washing machine had been connected had been leaking and that we'd put a cap on it and it was leaking and I needed to turn off the water for the whole home and I was panicking because the next day the move out cleaning company was coming. I knew if there was anything that he can do to assist 26, I couldn't open the faucet because of the leakage and asked him
He paused and said you know what I'm going to change into my work clothes and that I will be there about an half an hour that he got to our home. We had purchased the cap and he did not have the cap that was correct so he had to improvise. He finally got it completely sealed and the water stopped running and that he remained about a half an hour to be sure that it was not likely to continue to escape and about near 12 midnight he felt it wasn't likely to maintain leaking and because My son was no more living in that home he suggested we turn off the water and the next day when the housekeepers came that I need to turn it on and check it every half hour to make sure it did not leak. It never leaked with him coming out at that hour of the night The biggest blessing was that he didn't charge me, I cannot afford a high rating that is enough to Ninja Plumbing. I can tell you if you get the blessings or The luck to possess Giovanni you will never never be sorry he's amazing and wonderful.

We had a problem with our pipes backing up immediately. We called the next morning and Ninja Plumber had a serviceman out to us within and hour. His name was Justin and he was amazing! Took his time to go through and show us the issues together with our piping and exactly what it might take to fix it later on. Highly recommend this business and Justin for his services!

Called be without water till they could fit me in and on top of it and to find hydrojet done they wanted me to book and came without hydrojet another appointment attempted to charge over 300 bucks more. I requested them to snake the line in the meanwhile and they ended up snaking the shower which was not even the issue to begin with because our main line was backed up. I didn't understand this before after getting paperwork that is emailed as I was not home at the time and had a comparative helping me. I have to call another firm after being ripped off to take care of the matter.

I had and trash from my disposal spilled all. Justin fixed it instantly and arrived to my home in under an hour. He had been friendly, courteous and washed up all of the mess in addition to fixing my sink. Thank you for the quick, convenient service.

First time working with this company and couldn't be happier. I called on a Tuesday about 10 am and I had 2 very nice gentleman come around 1pm! They also did a wonderful job, and were quite considerate, professional! I would advise Hector and Miguel . I asked them to write their names so I could be certain you ask for them specifically for any plumbing requirements. Definitely choose Ninja Plumber, you won't regret it )

Awful. Cute name. Lousy Service. Lousy work.
Worst of all reversed lines and decreased pressure in pressure in others and some areas. My system and repaired a flow got screwed. Jon abandoned and no one picks up the job despite constant guarantees. Called at a new plumbing pro who's still currently attempting to work out what has occurred. Owner Mo guarantees and does nothing.
Did work and convinced me I needed a new heater. Thousands looks like it wasn't new.

Great support that is great. Jonathan Trejo was serviceman assisting with immediacy and feedback. He and his partner George on holiday weekend were incredible and I highly recommend them this provider. Thank you!!

So Peter was at my house for almost 2 hours getting the line. The camera conducted at no charge and snaked the line a couple times, from the front and the rear of the house, just to make sure - each time pulling out roots and what - who understands. As an easy snaking with Ninja doesn't carry a warranty he handled more than he needed to, and this in NO ADDITIONAL charge. I am a customer for life, Ninja! Guy, 5 stars. 5 stars!
Like every person would, I jumped on Yelp! After calling around and getting quotations from around 4 different outfits, I came across Ninja Plumber, and I am glad I did!! Wonderful guy, spent somewhat snaking the line, and off he went. BUT it'd backed up again! What? I called them and they sent Peter back out again. Well, come to learn , the back of my house had a clean outside too, so (at no extra cost ) he conducted the camera to find out what was doing, and noticed a blockage that the very first snake job missed! Dope!

Great! Alexis was amazing. She was really helpful, even thought I had known late in the day she was willing to help. I was frustrated at she was able to make a bad situation , she sent Geovani you can. Upon arrival he was quite courteous and took care of the matter straight away.
