These men are lifesavers!!!!! I went on vacation and while I had been gone my upstairs bathroom sinking into my living room. My ceiling collapsed and being a single mom, I didn't have any clue what to do except maybe shout.
I looked them up on google and yelp and saw amazing reviews. These testimonials don't do these men justice. John and his team (Shemiah, Sua and Keoki) came the within a couple of hours of me calling and started working there. They were professional, polite and easy to work with.

My grandmother's home in Aiea had a leak that caused some mold and water damage in one of the downstairs closets. We initially hired another company that had helped with a escape annually before; we had to look elsewhere and But this time they totally botched the repairs. We were referred to Oahu Extraction, and the most important guy, Marc, was absolutely amazing to work with.
We had been cynical at first - with visitors and all these important events, we actually needed these repairs completed meticulously and ASAP! My grandma was stressed and traumatized is from the preceding company who proved to be inexperienced and lazy, so we had to put a great deal of faith in Marc in addition to his team members Tyrone and Tasi. They had excellent communication skills, always kept us in the loop, made sure they had been thorough with their job, and they were quite agreeable to work with. They did an outstanding job at cleaning up the water damage and mold in our house. Marc didn't take our payment until after the repairs were completed to ensure that we had been 100% satisfied with his company's work.

Unfortunately, the tropical storm that passed over the islands caused some major flooding on the floor our house - 2 baths, 3 bedrooms , entire hallway and half of the living room. I immediately hunted for some aid and thankfully found Oahu Extraction. Adam came over within an hour to begin analyzing the situation and soon after (using Allan, Kendall and Tristan) started the practice of pumping the water out, cleaning and drying the flooring, etc.. He helped secure the back entry (including placing sand bags) to prevent further water from going into the house.
If you ever find yourself Oahu Extraction should be your first choice.
As you can imagine, this is an extremely stressful situation for everyone, but Adam's help, kindness and professionalism during the next few days helped us get through it. He communicated knowledgeably guided us, and promptly answered all our inquiries. On the other hand was the kindness and empathy that he exhibited throughout.

I got a call late 1 night the washing machine flooded the unit and in our condo had broken. I was on my way to rent a few air blowers from Home Depot when look for a business to do water extraction and I chose to jump on Yelp.

Our adventure began when my friend noticed water damage in the floor of a closet and the ceiling in the bathroom in our family residence. About 90 percent of my buddy's home flooded from ALL damaged regions along with a pipe had to be eliminated. Oahu Extraction LLC delivered Vince immediately and over 2 hours that he arrived at their home doing his evaluation. Shortly after (same day) he began the cleanup procedure, wow!
Following the water dried, OE assisted in putting us in contact with a builder who left our floors and wall look brand-new again! After all was said and done and owners were prepared to return , OE's Vince returned Jason, Chris, and Alfred to transfer all the contents out of the 2 fully filled PODS back into our'brand new home' and discard any additional trash we accumulated during the repairs! Vince was with us from day one and walked .
Pack and transfer a couple of other people, and adam John, Candace, Tosi came to assist by demolishing/removing damages salvageable items, and discard all the rubbish! AMAZING.

Considering how crappy my boyfriend and that I felt about everything, we could not be more happy to have the help of the men at Oahu Restoration. Thank you all!
My boyfriend and I had finished a day renovating our living area before our neighbor's kitchen sink pipe broke. Our neighbors flat was in a few inches of water which, soaked through the walls and ended in up in our kitchen, bath, and living area. Our work. As we were freaking out, Oahu Extraction showed up (our neighbor called them). Instantly, we got a fantastic feeling. The employees are hard working, but down to earth and friendly. They were able to clean the water up quickly, and returned to look after the remainder of the water damage.

We hired Oahu extraction to remove a block mold from our bathroom ceiling, luckily they called their plumber to obtain the flow... they began the water extraction & drying right after the plumbing was done w the repairs. . They began the drywall repair as soonest their technicians eliminated the equip and ended the drying. . I highly recommended Oahu Extraction ...

We return to correct in under two hours and had John find the cause of the leak he then went out to acquire bits for. Project Site Manager Kaipo together with his group Jason and Alan effectively ripped out the floor more and due to mold from water damage. I appreciated they kept notifying me. They are overall knowledgeable of their work, professional, and represent that"over and beyond" customer service.

We had a plumbing problem in our kitchen. Adam and vince showed up from when they were called over one hour. Both men were professional and courteous. All follow up calls and texts were answered in a manner that is timely. I wish more companies were as responsive as they have been.

My washing machine developed a significant leak last thursday evening at around 9:00 pm I phoned Oahu Extraction and they reacted quickly. Thanks to Kalani Adam and Kendall who promptly got to work drying my walls and flooring and installing blowers to be sure the leak did not cause any damage to my flat. They spent another five days checking in to ensure that the moisture was eliminated and that there was not any mold. Thank you for your help!

I didn't even know before we had a water line detach in the fridge this business existed. . .which we didn't detect before the carpet behind the wall was sopping wet. Adam, the next morning and his crew came in to take care of everything--dehumidifiers going and flooring removed, walls and carpeting. We were in shock, but Adam, Jason, Allan, and Kendall, were. Adam's initiative to take care of the details impressed me the most--leave things better than you found it--did not escape my attention. This work was consistent during their six days. He was also a help with the insurance provider, which did wonders for my peace of mind. I can't thank Oahu Extraction enough for seeing us through this time in our own lives. John and his crew quickly took care of the problem, when my walls and floors were severely water damaged. They were very helpful and reassuring through a stressful situation. I couldn't recommend a more efficient company in restoration. Right away, John set up the drying machines and within a few days was able to stop and reverse the water damage done to my home. Very professional and customer service. I love the follow up visits during each step of the restoration process from beginning to end. I highly recommend Oahu Extraction. They're the best!

Possessing a leak in our bathroom ceiling from the upstairs neighbor turned into a nightmare. The leak occurred before Christmas which meant that after it was fixed a water extraction group needed to come in to assess the clean up. We had a huge dehumidifier and two industrial fans in our little flat bathroom. We knew that it needed to be carried out although initially we were not happy campers as our bathroom use had to be shifted. Our daily visits from Adam helped as he made sure wether the water dried and to describe what happened. He was considerate and very helpful. Seeing regular to him did help relieve the issue. He helped us to see that a light was at the end of the tunnel. Now is your day....our last trip from Adam. We are appreciative of his help this week.

Since the bottom unit in a small apartment building, we were fortunate enough to have the septic all back up and fill in our tub. Oahu extraction sent a guy out not just cleared all the waste out, but went above and beyond to wash and sanitize the tub out too. My landlord made this experience a nightmare but oahu extraction really saved toilet. Thank you guys!

We rented a home in Maili and over two days of our move a pipe had burst within the walls flood our upstairs, downstairs as well as the garage.
