Josh, Matt and andrew did Amazing.I really like the customer support I received. Everybody was really pleasant. The texting of the picture of your tech that your phone before his birth is pretty slick.

I found Oak Plumbing and hired them because they're a local firm with good testimonials. I hired them to replace the internal components. One was starting to leak, so I figured as the toilets were installed the exact same 23, that the other would leak. Andrew came out first, and replaced the material and replaced a corroded valve.
I won't be afraid to use them again later on.
After having the water in the toilet that was leaking, I detected the leak returned. I called Oak who delivered Matt and Josh outside . They immediately saw among those flapper valves hadn't been replaced. They had the bathroom boat shape in about 1 minute.

My buddy requested that I publish a review for her and used this company.

We bought a brand new sink and the depth was greater so the P-trap would not fit. Jared was easy to utilize and had customer support that is great.

Jared was really professional and very informative. He spent an extra 15 minutes answering my inquiries and teaching me concerning pipe and even gave recommendations we can do in order to maintain our gutter pipe out of obstructing up and causing flooding our drive around. Oak Plumbing was fast to send him out, and we were able to schedule an appointment! Good experience.

Mike, our support tech was great! He kept me informed of what was occurring over the two day service call. He explained everything he discovered in a way to me personally that I knew. Johnny Morgan came out a few days back to examine our complex Sewer Ejection System, that had been malfunctioning (alert clock, pumps not functioning, etc.). He was comprehensive and quite knowledgeable with recommendations and his explanations.

Again, Oak plumbing came into the rescue. Our shower stopped and I might have sworn it was the cartridge. The 2 Matts cleaned out the cartridge arrived, checked the water filtration system, and decided it dumped media which accumulated in the shower cartridge. Problem solved in a fraction of the price of all the plumbing components I would have thrown at it. Thanks, guys!

PS they sent two people but one was likely to be a trainee. They both understood so much I could not tell you which one was the trainee.

Jared Brown is your plumber that came today, to help me in my store. He's experienced and very professional, he knows exactly what he's doing and at the same time he can describe to me. He'll be the only guy when there is an issue in my store I predict next time, he just won my business.

Made an appointment on Monday and by Wednesday Jared from oak plumbing came by super prompt. The water heater flush has been very quick and easy, Jared explained to me why it had been so important to get it flushed and also to maintain the life of the water heater. It did not take long at all. Thank you very much and satisfied with the service. Definitely recommend oak plumbing for your friends!

Jared got the job done. He unclogged our pipe coming out of our kitchen and garage area. One concern but in no manner affected by the work of Jared, is the cost. We have had our pipes drained in the past but not paid this much. In any case I still would recommend requesting Jared for your requirements. He was very comprehensive.

Mike out of Oak Plumbing was great! He listened with questions and my irrigation about my sump pump, and we created a plan of actions. I'll use them because I know they will not attempt to scam me just like a lot of the firms out there, for my plumbing issues.

Possessing a slab leak and Matt came out to give me an estimate for the work. He was very clear and enlightening in his explanation of this repair in addition to the plumbing system along with other options. I am very grateful for excuse, although I haven't made a determination on my options yet.

Have had Oak plumbing consistently and out earlier professional and educated. I had no hot water now and they managed to squeeze us in as an urgency. Service that our water heater and matt came to check our water that is warm, he had been very courteous and professional. They're reliable and very professional.

Edited Inspection:Oak Plumbing sent yet another technician to install the new faucet instead of the one that was broken. We didn't get reimbursement which we purchased, but that wasn't asked for by us. It doesn't matter today, although we ought to have. We have everything working fine and most important is that Oak Plumbing did pride that the support we were expecting to get.
