Josh did a wonderful job for me installing some electrical and plumbing. So I know what he was doing the jobsite was kept clean and he knows what he's doing, I have a background in electrical. The conduit was conducted and pipes was also done. He wished to do everything the ideal way. Saved me time having to deal with multiple builders.

We've been coming to Josh / PC handyman for years and he does outstanding work. He has done a few jobs that were larger as well as helping out with all the items that pop up around the home. He does quality work whatever the size of the job.

We had. The key pressing thing was that we had a bunch of drywall patches that needed to be done after a electrician was here, and we had a wall that we had eliminated a bunch of mirrors from, which had a bunch of adhesive marks and ancient wallpaper on it. We wished to paint the inside of the exterior chimney as well as our fireplace change the direction of one of the doorways in our home, and to match the home better.
Josh and his team did a wonderful job. We bought a number of these primer/paint, they attracted some too, and that which looks fantastic. The pricing was competitive (we had gotten a few quotations, and honestly everybody was about the same, some higher for one line thing but lower for a second, so it evened out.) They got the work done fast. Very pleased with their work, and would fully hire Josh again. Thank you, Josh!

Josh was very responsive, came outside to do the job with 48 hours of my first telephone and did a great job patching drywall.

Are working with Josh for decades, I find him trust fair worthy, honest and committed . Every job he had done for us had to be perfect according to HIS standards. Pacific Coast is accredited and does dependable work although I was quoted costs from contractors. Surely will use him to get other projects. He did jobs. From replacing some track lighting, rails, and bathroom electrical and work that he did bathroom remodels and ceiling replacement.

Fantastic help is hard to discover as they say. Well, Josh is a great find and I would definitely have him aid on future remodel jobs within our home.
Josh makes some ideas to get the job done and has a good eye on how things should look with attention to detail, he thinks outside the box. He provides and is both personable and skilled response and follow , not like a few contractors I have worked with in the past, flaky. He stays focused on each job accessible and works very hard.
Josh recently helped me in our area with installation of lighting fixtures. It might have been a job and his subcontractor figured out it fast, got the work done efficiently and flawlessly to my aesthetic liking. Some of the work necessary patching wood beams and fitting it to the finish, which Josh did.

Responded quickly and gave me a verbal rough estimate over the telephone, but wouldn't come out into the job site to provide a quote and fees a"trip charge" along with his high hourly rate...

He was also on personable and polite and time. I would certainly use him another time I want a builder.
Just had a wall fountain is installed by Josh after two handyman turned the work down, mentioning that I needed a builder. Well, I found one at Pacific Coast Handyman. A builder is going to cost more than a handyman, but assurance level, ability level, and the difference understanding has been evident.

Ok, don't be dumb. Telephone Josh if you require assistance with anything. Since our new house had any unwelcome pests making an 15, I called yesterday. Josh and scrutinized the house top to bottom making some repairs and came and Fernando came within 30 mins back another day to do some painting. They were super nice men who go beyond and above and know what they're doing.

My front door handle which turned out to be an antique and not readily replaceable. Josh explained my options to me and within 2 hours had me repaired (which was great since I had to enter my condo from climbing out of the stairwell above the terrace railing and I'm on the next ground, lol!)

We are satisfied with the results, and brought for a few projects around our workplace! He is the first on our list whenever something comes up. Whether small (drapery installs, small electrical function ) or large (drywall, structure ), he has you covered. Acceptable pricing and quick to answer requests. Cannot recommend him enough!

Since moving to California years I have lived in a few apartments and a home. Each time I moved I'd call Josh to help out me and every time he has come through for me. He is able to find time to program me in returns my calls promptly, shows up on time and behaves and has a fantastic demeanor. Does he finish the work I ask with precision of him, he makes suggestions of thoughts he thinks I might prefer make things functional and easy to use or that will present my place a more pleasing aesthetic and goes over and beyond. He takes pride in his work and clients, it's refreshing to have someone like that around. From painting and hanging TV's into shelves, bathroom cabinets, concealing wires, patching holes up, installing, adjusting appliances, he does it all. I suggest Josh for any type of handyman work or remodeling required. I can't thank him enough for customer services, attention to detail, professionalism and his reliability. I have recommended him to family and friends and he has come through for them exactly the exact same way he has. 100% satisfied customer.
