Paul and serge came over today to help us determine the source of some water intrusion which we needed in our cellar. They arrived on time, and functioned efficiently and were extremely beneficial. They walked us through their diagnostic procedure in a manner that was transparent systematic and informative. And when they determined that the cause of the water was likely a flow in our irrigation system, benefit from our lack of awareness they did not attempt to up-sell us. Instead they gave us a referral to a leak detection company and Serge clarified why he preferred that company within some others. After we've got the problem we will reach out to Papa's sister company to complete any recovery work.

Papa's plumbing is far and away the best!! They are all extremely courteous and professional. I cannot say enough good things about them. Hopefully, I won't require their solutions in the not too distant future, but if I do have any plumbing requirements, Papa's Plumbing will surely be my first call....as it ought to be yours!!
I can't say enough good things about Serge and his group. I phoned them up to put in a Pelican Water Softener. He was comprehensive and responsive. He confessed that they set up a handful of these systems but that they could do the job. On the day of the setup, his team and he came exactly at the time. As his group was working Serge noticed that the system that I had bought did not include a complete install kit (which I did not realized I had to purchase, as the Pelican sales rep wrongly said everything was contained ), but he didn't let this deter he along with his team. Serge began looking up youtube movies and thinking up a plan to have this installed that day. Inside a couple of hours everything was set up and functioning. His group was willing to unload the salt pellets out of my car to load up in the computer system.

Serge is THE PLUMBER! He's honest, fair, and just an all around stand up he's fast, responsive, humorous, and respectful. He has helped me many times, with various kinds of some large, some small and issues. We have always received consistent service and he's reasonably priced. Additionally, I wanted to mention because there are called Papa's Plumbing, but this is actually the first one, that Serge possesses, and I could recommend he and his team .

Serge was great! He came within 20 minutes of speaking about the telephone to me. He talked me through the issue. I never felt just like I was being fed crap by him pressured. He was professional so helpful. Serge and his team were thorough, effective and answered all of my questions. I will certainly use his service. Great!

Serge, and his crew are awesome! A employee was got by Serge to my home and my water heater wasn't working and found it was a problem with the pipes. Mended my sink that had been leaking - all was a hose. I was sure both things would need repairs or replacement. I won't ever call another plumber.

Serge is an honest guy who is educated and will do the job correctly. Best of all, he will get it done at a cost that is reasonable. We needed some sewer line work and he worked to go through the permit process, which wasn't a endeavor that was small. He spent approximately 3 hours to do the property inspection and completely explain to me all of my options. You can count on him to go above and beyond for almost any job. Will be calling him again for any upcoming plumbing requirements.

Serge is amazingly competent and professional. He takes additional time to explain everything he sees and provides options for possible repairs. Serge is experienced and knowledgeable about his job.

Used Serge and his team at Papa's Plumbing again! When we have a clog in a pipe below our cement basement 17, I called him. He presented us with a comprehensive explanation of our choices, and diagnosed the problem came out right away, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages and highlighting the least disruptive alternative. He made sure before getting to work, that I was comfortable with our alternative and explained everything in terms I could understand. I had him take a look at our early sewer line, since he was at our house. We ended up hiring him to lineup that pipe saving us cost and a major headache later on. The work was done quickly and inexpensively, and they put everything, even though they had to hand dig a 7 + foot hole in our front lawn. Nobody *likes* spending money on plumbing, but it can help to feel certain that you and your time are respected and the job is getting done correctly.

Serge rocks! He was efficient, accountable and reasonably priced. You might choose to inquire about of the choices because I found another method than he suggested but he was more than happy to do it my way and charged same price. Loved those guys! Serg assisted my buyers out in San Marino. I'm a Realtor and a sewer scope review was needed by them through escrow and they did a great job, made recommendations that are good and were so easy to comprehend and speak with. We have used Papa's Plumbing and we had timely and great support. However, as soon as we had their support on Aug 31 (extended week-end) we had been quite completely dissatisfied. They did come within two-hours after phoning and charged with a hefty fee of $1275 for job of replacing a leaking 3' copper pipe that is vertical to cold water faucet of their bathroom for. They told us that they smelled gasoline after the project was completed. Stress testing (did not confirm the actual pressure) cost us additional $250, after which they told us about"possible six escapes"! They had been pushing us to begin replacing the whole gas piping at the home for an estimating price of $4800 (horizontal piping) and $5900 (vertical and horizontal piping)! We told them that we'd possess the Gas Company employees to check on the escapes. We had to sign to accept the responsibility to get them to turn on the gas. We predicted the Gas Company on Sep 3 to check for the escapes. They did not find any leak in the gas piping of the home and also in their line into our residential gas meter from the street manhole! Hope we will not have water and gas escapes in future; but when we do, we will never call Papa's Plumbing!

Serge out of Papa's Plumbing provides the best plumbing service in the area. If you need a plumber always it's a thing of emergency nature where drainage water or wash water is leaking and there is a quick response very much appreciated in either situation. Serge came to my rescue; he picked up my call immediately - no quitting messages. Additionally, here's a summary of the awesomeness about Papa's Plumbing:

Robert was the very best! Professional, smart, and patient with me as he explained my problem and exactly what he was about to do. Did a point to clean my plumbing conduct, but he gave me a quote on the area to fix things that were going on beneath my workplace. He had been very fair and gave us the best customer service!

There is obviously a motive Papa's Plumbing has been in operation for so long--they're great people who really know their stuff and do a great job. And they scheduled a of our home for THE DAY AFTER I called, which really surprised me.
Serge picks up the telephone when you phone, and texts extremely quickly when you text.... He is pleasant personable and extremely knowledgeable --you know you're in great hands with his crew and him.
Speaking of his crew, Joe, Axel and Nico were so great. They had a smile for my child, and always worked through pouring rain.

Great service. Educated me and came over to inspect the issue I could make to help them make a repair. Never felt pressured upgrade or to purchase anything.

Serge and his staff were fantastic! He had been awesome and accessible in answering. His men mended our shower heads manages and diverter and came at no time. We have a very old unit in the 70s finding something that worked has been demanding. Serge was excellent in accommodating for us and finding what we wanted in a good rate:-RRB- Highly recommend!
