Number recorded and got a voicemail to telephone this number. Called number and he replied within 2 rings. Told me he'd be out in an hour. Was here within 45 minutes. Snaked the drain and no water in the basement. Would certainly recommend. Called 2 to 3 days or 6 locations and no replies out. Quite responsive.
So.... Not much of a remedy after all... and we did not appreciate the lecturehe or she contradicting what we attempted to describe of what pipes had done previously.
Well, the drain and 5 days blocked. He came out, and"only" charged the excursion charge... would not even clear the interior drain, only the exterior ... yes it is running ... and he gave us a lecture our outlet was too narrow... same one other technicians were pulling follicles out of for several years. We're planning to do our very best to get a different plumber tomorrow . The 2nd star is for actually coming out. But no confidence whatsoever that it is a good fix...
Mike is the human being I've ever met. He did not keep his word on the job that had to be accomplished. His company uses parts, never cleans up their mess, and never returns to finish the job. I had to have another plumber come and fix his mistakes (which clearly cost more money).
Michael was very professional and explained my drain was draining for the past decade the WRONG way:--RRB-. He explained everything in detail and I'd recommend Paradise Plumbing.
He was reasonable and friendly.

Mike the Plumber came out of phoning him, over the hour! My bathroom sink had a leak and that I had no clue what to do. The pipe that was corroded was also fixed by him !
