I got the water started searching for a plumber. I've had to plumber do work here since we moved in and that I while I felt alright about the job I never felt fantastic I wanted to try out someone else. Both favorable reviews here were sufficient for me the morning after, and that I called them.
80 year old houses are nice until the pipes freeze and break .
I'll be calling Parker Brothers for anything plumbing related from now on and so should you.
I found the cost to be reasonable. I had a similar problem fixed year to get at least $30 more and they didn't do as much as Parker Brothers.
It was not a crisis and Considering that the water was off anymore they didn't have to hurry but made it here by about 2:30 anyway and were performed .

No you were the 2nd firm with 2 attempts and none of that makes your email comments okay. You have customer support if any.

These guys are fantastic! I phoned them just before their business hours and they answered the phone. I expected to need to leave a message, but didn't need to do this. They could come inspect my own water heater within the hour. I was given a fair estimate, they could eliminate the tank, pick a brand new one up and have it in place by lunchtime, and spoke with a representative in my home warranty company! I phoned them at and 12:30 pm completed the project! The men were friendly and very professional and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them!

Quite disappointed, when I contacted them to inform them I had my work schedule, they blew me off. So I guess I got lucky I read reviews that are bad

I could not have asked for a much better experience from Dylan and Robert. They came over so quickly in our time of need to receive our cellar. Robert explained the most cost effective solutions and preventative measures for the future, and everything they do to achieve that. Parker Brothers did the job correctly, and fast, after having a different plumbing company over before and not getting it correctly. I could not say enough positive things about this adventure. They did the job to run a new line for my fridge but did not turn the water back the way to check that it was functioning. Fridge is not getting water and when I had an appliance individual out they said it was a plumbing problem. Not enough pressure in the line they installed. They charged us a lot for a couple hours of effort and did not return my telephone calls once I asked they return to check on the water pressure. Trying and not too friendly support.

My plumber decided he wasn't answering any calls. These men did. With sub-zero end chills they were the day after Christmas, in my crawl space, replacing the old, altered sewer pipes that weren't getting the job done. Job, and they drove all the way to Downriver. Check their website out. Utilizing the alternative I was able to describe my problem and they came ready. If I could, I'd give 10 stars.

My 70 year-old mom's water heater would not stay lit. It had been difficult to locate a company to come and take a look without charging at least $100....until I predicted Parker Brothers. I talked to someone friendly and very accommodating and I let them know I was calling for my mother. She wasn't charged to get an estimate for the fix. They were finished the fix and quite reasonably priced. My mother said that the individual who came to her home was so friendly. So glad to have found a plumber that is trustworthy and reliable! I have already spread the word to family and friends.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Parker brothers came on a Saturday to my house to fix a clogged drain. He was unable to complete the task because he did not bring the right gear, so he said he'd return on Monday at 5. At 6 on Monday, I needed to make sure that he came. He promised to show up at 5 on Tuesday and then rescheduled. He never showed up. I left VMs, called, and texted. . .and received no response. I originally wanted to use Parker Brothers since they were family owned....how unprofessional and what a joke they are.

I called to set up an appointment for 3 o'clock on a wed.. I work midnights as a nurse so woke up early to await the plumber. They NEVER showed. I phoned and left a message on an answering machine to reschedule. He texted me later saying he put me in for the wrong day and that he would come on thurs.. If he could reschedule for Friday, I asked and that he agreed. Well guess what, nobody showed. Very unprofessional!!!!

They were supposed to be there at 8 and got there at 9:30 that was my only gripe. After Charlie got there, he'd a through evaluation of the situation and fortunately it turned out to be a easy and effortless fix. They didn't over-charge or do any work. I was so nervous calling but I understand I can turn to them!
We predicted after attempts to un-freeze them, Parker Brothers following our pipes at our kitchen were frozen all day. They scheduled to come out first thing the following day and kept me up.

Called for a non-emergency quote on December 30, anticipated to have to wait until the new year. They were in the area and in the house within 35 minutes specialist work on plumbing that is older, Honest - I was quoted by them for a job well done over the phone. Completed the job just on funding and took my payment over the phone. Would HIGHLY recommend. The only reason I couldn't give them - was because of confusion with the date of the fix - but they wore and were out the day. In case you need plumbing work, call Parker Brothers!
