It's never ideal to require someone in a crisis but yesterday we awakened at 3:30 to find 4.5 inches of water in our whole cellar and a non usable sump pump (thanks previous owners!) . I frantically called every plumber using a'24 hours' next.
When they are in crisis, see the difference with charging someone is that's a one time job. Lee and this firm will probably hear from me again because they were fair, and fair and didn't take advantage of someone in a tough situation.
He liked my selection of sump pump (thanks) but had a fitting and some PVC since the sole attached was fragile and snapped . They grabbed what they had and we had a sump pump that essentially eliminated the remaining part of the water and ran to Lowes. It has been running about minute since then, for nearly 24 hours, so that's why we had the flood in the first place. He also charged us 250 which I thought was pretty fair. I'm sure had I never had this done in a crisis situation it might have been a bit less but it again it had been emergency, along with a Saturday.
The only portion of all of this that would maybeee have left me take a star off (but I won't) was when Lee and his helper arrived he looked into the cellar and goes,'Oh I do not think I can work in this' which was just a 1/4 inch of water left onto the ground. I think he saw the tired looks in my husband and my faces (we had been standing in this chilly, deeper, water all night) and lasted.
From 6am I had been lead on, and around by 3 companies. While in Lowes I got a call from Lee (from this company) and he said he can come about 11-12 ish depending on two little jobs ahead of it. He said that quotation before was insane it would not charge that much. So we chose to surface pump, shop vac, and bail water at the meantime to try and find the level.

This is my home and my first home repair. If you would like the info of that I had used, contact me here. I'll be delighted to discuss.
I Had an issue with my hot water heater and had a replacement in addition to vent work since the vent was not correct and was burning from the exhaust of the water heater. I watched Paul's page and googled Plumbers close to me. The next day, I phoned left a message and has been called back. We had a couple back and forth conversations that lead to Lee and Scott (Paul's Associates) coming into my home to look at the issue. Paul mentioned he had never seen an issue like mine and showed a little while later. All three guys left, Soon after. Lee called a few moments and lent me $2,900! I consented to have the work done since A: There was a fire hazard B: There was C and a carbon monoxide hazard: the water heater had been shutting off on me.
I ultimately decided to go with another plumber that not only came to check out my issue, but charged me $1100 less, yes I said LESS than Paul Foukas did. The project was finished in roughly two hours and I finally have a wonderful water heater set up and saved myself $1100 dollars!

I hired Paul Foukas plumbing so I can put the kitchen sink on the side of the 23, to maneuver a pipe. I also had. They did an exceptional job, were quite fairly priced and I would definitely hire them again.

Paul and his son were beneficial. I needed it fixed in a few hours that evening because I was hosting individuals and had a crisis problem with my kitchen sink. They came out early on a Saturday afternoon and, a few hours (and a few hundred dollars) afterwards, I had a new disposal and a functioning sink. I will certainly use them again.

Recommend to everybody.
My Hot Water Heater filled my basement and gave out. Contacted Lee by phone off of the Site. They completed the work and showed up inside a couple hours. They used quality components and did a very professional job. I'd be happy to use their services again in the future.

We paid Lee to repair our escapes . Which included gas and heat line. The final inspection failed because of gas line STILL leaking. Along with 3 others spots in the basement. Mind you we had already paid to fix everything. A builder by the name of Michael pak will be the one that hired him to perform all the pipes in the house during the renovation. We are not the ones to call him so can't compensate for the extra fee he's currently asking. Price was already included within our renovation. Have proof in mails and text messages. He is currently asking us for 1200 bucks that was likely to be paid by MICHAEL PAK. And he will not repair the gas flow (some thing hes supposed to told by town inspector) until he's paid, he threatened to sue us and not release the forms when we did not. It has been such a hardship for us to finish this house, and this being our first actual home. On top of this we are currently dealing with the problem of someone else. I urge you to Save yourselves the trouble and keep away. We are in the center of a lawsuit as we speak.

As a glass container dropped from the above my bathroom sink dropped. I called Paul and he chased me. When he said he will he came and he did the replacement in no time! Thank you for such a wonderful job and for the professionalism! Highly recommended.

I called because was a plumber said I had a 2,000-$4,000 fix. And I did not trust him because after there had been a busted drain removed, I had no problems. I called this Co Paul, and the owner, was really helpful and saved me a great deal of money and stress! If I have some plumbing problems in future Can def phone.

They called me less than 24 hrs to find a plumber to disconnect plumbing and rip. I called Paul on a Sunday afternoon and he referred me to Lee. Lee called me back immediately and made a plan to come by early the next morning to get it done. Since the current sink was cemented into the counter top, the job was not easy. Scott and lee both keep committed and managed to remove the sink after needing to chop it to eliminate it. They came back the next morning after the granite was set up and hooked up the new sink, faucet and garbage disposal. With a rear storm door, I showed Lee a problem on his way out the door off its hinges and he also fixed that for me. Highly recommend and would use them again in a heart beat.
I was having counter tops along with the granite shop finished expected.

This is the most efficient and most reasonably priced plumbing company I have ever had in my property. I had a pipe issue in my cellar and a few other problems (like toilet and tub ). Lee and Paul Jr. were the technicians that came by and if Lee noticed there was a few lights outside in the kitchen he fixed them right away without any questions asked!!! No cost. They seemed to be happy to aid me. What a great experience. The few times I have had problems in my home I had companies over charge me and the job wasn't done properly!!! I will not be moving to anyone else for plumbing problems... thats for certain!

Although he could not assist me in my emergency boiler neglect he had been kind, friendly, insightful, compassionate, and fast becoming to my house afterhours and didn't charge me. He tried to help because I had a toddler and was a little frantic and is an amazing individual. I'd hire him as a plumber in the future. Wonderful individual.

Lee has been kind enough to quantify my front and rear doors and does contracting work that is overall. He advised me to see what I liked and to call him before I buy. I will recommend Lee and Paul to anyone!! and will surely do so
Paul stopped by and gave more the once and pointed out several areas of opportunity and explained them nicely. I appreciated his honesty and his candor.
Lee was professional and quite personable. He got the job. Same day! No waiting!
I called Paul and he answered. I just purchased a gas drier and a new washer. At the state of Massachusetts, you want a plumber to put in the drier. I was in need of clean underroos! Paul asked me to get my contact information, as he was driving. Within a half an hour his partner, Lee said he would be over within the hour to perform the job and phoned me.

I will naturally continue to consult with him to loved ones and our friends. He will be the very first person on the list if we need a plumber in the future.
Found him on yelp and that I couldn't be more happy. We had a gas drier disconnected. Paul was quite professional, friendly and most of all thorough with his work. He is strongly recommended by me. We advocated Paul and they ended up using him. Like us they were happy and happy .

I can not review based on service as the when I spoke to Paul he hung up on me. This is my first time needing a plumber so I mentioned what the job is and asked what the process isis there a quote, according to description does he have an idea of cost, how can it work- ends up"he wouldn't give a quote for this job and wouldn't require the job because its not worth it, call someone else" and hung up. . .maybe a mention of a colleague that does smaller tasks, or a recommendation of what might have to be considered considering it clearly is not worthy of a plumber, possibly even, thanks for phoning or goodbye could be satisfactory, but hanging up on my mid question, maybe not impressed.

We had major issues with downstairs toilet and our sewer line. We called Paul after having a clog eliminated by a local drain cleaning company to fix. Paul scheduled us and if his work didn't relieve the issue, he came instantly. In reality, he would not rest until the difficulty was solved and arrived a total of four occasions. It finished with him replacing the toilet, economically and quickly. He was willing to work together with me to identify the issue and treated me however got directly to the stage. When it came into pricing, he was reasonable. I am grateful to Paul because of his devotion to me as a customer in this issue!

If you'd like an honest man, who does a fantastic job and"does not" attempt to screw you - then you definitely want Paul Foukas. Nutshell. I've read several plumbing horror stories before going with my gut and hiring Paul and I made the ideal option. Afordable Also. Paul is just like the"horror story" pipes. Employ these guys! You will be happy that you did!

Paul answered my telephone within 1/2 hr that was surprising. He setup to come into my home for the next day and we've got some mis-communication (on my part) but he arrived immediately the following day and has been performed in a brief time. Fantastic guy, great work. He is my brand new plumber, I recommend Paul.

Like me, you are probably on yelp looking for a plumber. I am not reviewing Paul's job his strategy to customers. I talked with Paul regarding substantial water damage from my condo and reached out. I was fairly excited that I discovered someone capable sounding who went to help with this urgent demand. When I achieved, he said he hadn't bothered calling back as there wasn't"enough money for him at the project" and getting to my portion of town was"a hassle." Here's to new enterprise!

Woke up on the morning of New Year's Eve and had no water. Dreading the idea of starting the new year without a shower, I jumped on Yelp and started dialing. Struck out two (1st no response, 2nd not in service area), but won the lottery on the 3rd try. Paul answered and told me that he was tied up until noon, but could come by then. Paul and Lee showed up at noon, were very pleasant, rebounds and nimble our cat, and was able to find the water heater started back up within moments. I couldn't ask for much more and I'd call them back in a heartbeat!
