Dean Caruso brings 5 stars for neatness, his work, and great attitude. I'm sure he does not have any control over the prices. Altering the inlet fittings and changing an extra toilet for a height one out should not cost over $900. But that's what we were charged. They'd come out the previous week for unclogging a kitchen sink. That seemed sensible. But we signed up for a strategy that was including one drain clear free test on atmosphere and heating units. So I'm not positive whether theses prices are
Our service was fine. The problem was fixed, but I am fairly confident we had been overcharged: $380 for something that took 30 minutes to repair. When I questioned the cost that I was told I had been paying for the technician's understanding, license and equipment... He offered to do the whole thing for free when I purchased a hot water heater out of them, which was also horribly overpriced compared to other estimates we have received. When my husband came home the water heater's cost dropped $1000, of course. Upcharge the little woman of the home... Likely won't call again.
My hot water heater went out around Thanksgiving last year and it was freezing and I had no water. I phoned and was told that one technician had a bad back, and the person's girlfriend was in a car collision. So I couldn't be helped by them. I just was stuck with no water!! . I needed to call their rival (Western) - who arrived right away and that I needed to pay them to fix my water heater. Months later, Pwrfect Plumbing will not call me back (I am trying to un-enroll in their great service strategy ) and they won't stop charging my credit card. I can contact my credit card company- that is absurd. Very unprofessional group of people who charge rates that are outlandish. Believe me, you're not getting the service that you're paying for.
Do not deal with this company. I purchased a water heater out of them and enrolled in their service program, which I am still paying for monthly.
This is our first time. The technician, Jeff listened to our issues, was prepared to begin that day and went options over. I inquired if he could come back the following day as I needed a good deal of stuff for him to have access to the areas he 29,, to move. He had been at our home early the next morning to start. He worked effectively and kept me he worked concerning what he do and why. We believe that he did a great job. He did not try to sell other services to us or change our minds.
This morning at about 7:45 AM Sherry received an email and a text message stating the tech was on his way, and included the tech's photo.
At AM, the truck pulled up to the house of Sherry. A clean cut and professional guy named Chris, who introduced me to his Colton greeted me. Is when I was OK with where he had left his truck. Chris explained they would need access to Sherry's HVAC unit, the compressor, as well as the thermostat. They laid a mat in front of the HVAC unit out to catch any debris that may escape through cleaning, and they put covers when they came inside for me to show with the thermostat location to them. As I left, Colton was wiping down Sherry's HVAC's inside access door.
I'm a process guy, so I'm confident that they'll follow this procedure when I'm not there to watch, and that everything in the rear of house is in order when a company shows procedure perfection in their customer interaction. Perfect Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning is just one of those companies.
Last year, an HVAC maintenance contract was bought by sherry from Perfect Plumbing Heating and Heat. Since she works a historical change, she asked me when I could satisfy the technicians . She stated they had committed to be between 8 and 11, but had informed her they would try to be there at 8:00.
I give it an additional star since the job was done professionally but they care about they listen and customer to their complains. Thanks to social media like Yelp you can make your voice heard.
The customer service manager contacted me and we discussed that the charges during the plumbers visit. After explaining where the flow has been that I showed the plumber I got paid for the flow hunt charges.
To unclog a sink, $350. $250 to install a latch and suction cup to your toilet and then the up-sell starts as if I am interested by now. Water test indicating chlorine in the tap water indicates a water purification method. Next
In 140pm natalie called to tell me that"all their techs are on call for the remainder of the day." I asked what that means. Natalie said"that means that they won't be doing the work that they promised to complete."
I requested to speak to the owner. Natalie moved the call to another girl who attempted multiple occasions"not" to let me speak to the owner. I was assertive and she finally moved the call to the owner.
This organization is dishonest and doesn't care about the client.
This review is read by me and that he still responded with no actions.
Marty blamed me since he would have to"let down" another client in order to keep their promise to complete the work at my property.
Opt for a firm.
I have been burnt by the dishonesty of"im"perfect plumbing heating and air. You are likely to be burnt too.
What that really means is that angela lied at 730am. And natalie lied at 1202pm.
Allow commercials and their trucks be your warning that they care more about how than about the work they perform, that they appear, or the way.
All I wanted is 1 toilet with one p-trap fixed beneath the kitchen sink, and a cracked tank replaced Now.
Had the job completed as promised, I might have had work to allow them to complete on the following day. They lack capability and the integrity to repair two easy fixtures. If they cannot handle a small anount of work, how can they possibly manage.
I asked marty to remove all of my personal information . He said he would when we wrapped up. How can I possibly believe him? His employees lied multiple times, why could he be any different?
Don't allow your money encourage a group of individuals, making a man even wealthier, as he sustains a company that lacks integrity.
In 1202pm natalie called to"promise me they were still going to be finishing the work as promised."
Opt for a different firm. One with integrity.
Marty asked me to provide a solution to him. I responded that I am not positioned to solve the problems brought on by the employees' dishonesty.
Don't be enamoured their multitudes of candy commercials or by their fancy appearing logo-wrapped trucks and vans.
I predicted at 730am this morning and was guaranteed by angela that"they would complete the work today." I sent my personal contact information to get phone numbers and details of the work that I want done, along with her photographs and addresses.
Don't trust this organization.
Last night, our furnace stopped functioning, and I gave a telephone to Perfect Plumbing since their name was on the upkeep decal. The rep I talked to was cordial and effective, and he scheduled a technician to come out as soon as possible, which worked out to be roughly an hour and half later. I received a text message about 20 minutes before Albert came, together with a picture so I could identity him (a nice touch).
I received a follow up call after the fact, and she had been professional and excellent also. I can't say enough about the whole procedure. 10/10.
Albert was cordial, easy to speak to, really professional, and figured out that the issue in roughly 20 minutes. Wiring was shorted out leading to the furnace which demanded an actual electrician. Albert"understood a man" who used to work for Perfect but was now at Nearby Wire Nutz, and after checking with me, ordered for him to stop and redo the wiring. The guys at Wire Nutz were amazing also, and the whole effort took about 3 hours all up, for a price.
The technicians are and continue to be some of the best I've encountered. I trust their job. I trust their advice. Nevertheless, the back office appears to be struggling, and their pricing model is somewhat crazy.
I had been an A-1 customer for years, and always found them to have very professional installer/technicians, scheduling that is useful and great service. But something changed, and now I find that the"Perfect Plumbing & Air" costs aren't just"a bit greater, due to the top quality service" but that they are considerably greater with high minimum costs. Since I transferred I'm struggling with billing/membership issues. I have not really given up on them, although it has not been great.
A better name would be Imperfect Plumbing! They charge twice the price of plumbers in the area. Without considering the job, the kid that came out to offer us a bid threw up prices in the air. He desired to devote a faucet! That didn't include the price of the tap! It's roughly an hour to one hour and a occupation to install a faucet. A total rip off! Way overpriced!! There are a few plumbers you are honest and may discover that charge! Look elsewhere!
This is THE very best firm to work on your own plumbing issues!! Alan did estimating and the survey, Jim and Henry did a week's worth of work over to re-plumb the entire residence. They were so valuable, efficient, courteous and prompt. The water heats, flushes and drains like it is supposed to! We are grateful to have discovered them! Call them!!
This morning I called after 8am and I was able to have a plumber in my house soon after 1pm today. It was not an emergency so this worked out. I'd asked for Dean S. and we did catch Dean. Our problem was fixed by dean immediately and cleaned up thoroughly. In addition, he offered ideas for us who might prevent problems.
I suggest Perfect Plumbing. They do good work and stand behind it, although they are not inexpensive.
My experience has been one mixed with a very rude technician (Josh Martinez) who openly laughed and mocked my wife, and their next tech whom was sent out (Kirt) was fine enough yet attempted to gouge me my house warranty by falsely diagnosing our problem. Overall, had I'd have been out $ 4K for repairs, and I went with this company ended up having to replace my furnace system once was an blower engine replacement.
A1 Plumbing is a company you should *certainly* be wary of, before settling upon using, and if you do use them you should get a second opinion.
In a nutshell, don't use this company - and get a second opinion in case you do.
This company was extremely unwilling to work with my home warranty company, and also used words in their report that refused my claim home warranty company - possibly on purpose, in case my experience with A1 has signaled anything. Their urge to smooth things over with my wife and I personally by sending out another tech whom was nicer than the previous yet tried to rip me off was the reason this review is being written.
Now called them and they came out today. The people on the telephone were fine, but the tech was quite stern. It was easy to tell he had no interest in being there today, although I don't know if he had been having a bad day.
They go by Perfect Air, and A1.
I thought to myself that we're not doing Yoga but he had been there to wash out my furnace.
The cost was crazy for the work. Probably the last time I will do business with them.
From the minute he arrived in my home, he had been unkind and rude. At one point I asked him if I'd done something to make him treat me how he treated me. He explained,"our power isn't matching up today."
Also, A-1 got the date. And when they did get it all write, they had been under the belief as I originally defined it had been a water heater problem and not the bathroom.
Our technician was fine. He was pleasant and fixed our problem.
My concern is that the price. Too expensive for a process.
These guys make the most of us - buyer beware.
They need to be commissioned based since they have a brief term vision. Would not use them again.
I wouldn't use them. The service guy gave me some BS about insurance, when asked about how much they billed me. And that he discounted down my rate .
I recently had an accepted purchase offer on my house in the end. The buyer hired plumbing to perform it and needed a sewer scope done. They performed a range and identified a disconnect from the sewer pipe in the alley. They needed $4100 to fix it.
We chose to find another bid. Depending on the report from A1 plumbing estimated $1900 to execute the repair. After the owner of Viking repeated the scope, however, they found only a settling difficulty in another location, they repaired. The disconnect was a misidentified step away. The area in question wasn't even on my own property. A1 plumbing attempted to bill me, to clarify.
The buyers fell through and were understandably confused. Finally the city came out to appraise (the alleged difficulty was on their territory ) and found absolutely nothing wrong. Shame on you plumbing. This can be fraud or incompetence with a sign of urgency. Don't use plumbing.
We had our pilot light go out on our own water heater could not get it and after turning off the gas valve. I explained I understood it was the pilot light that was outside and called to set up a meeting, I needed help re-lighting it. The individual who answered the phone was accommodating and really helpful and put in a request for me to get the initial appointment for the following morning. Our tech, Tom, arrived perfectly on-time. I clarified him the user error , and he managed to get our pilot light started in no time flat. He also talked me via the light process so I will be better equipped next time it goes out. He was super cool about it, although I felt silly he had to come all of the way out only to light our pilot. In general, quick and efficient support. When I have any issues later on, I will definitely use them again!
A-1 was great from the very first phone call to then when they came to the house. I appreciate the time they spent and did not quit until the problem fixed and has been solved. If needed, I will call them.
