Pete the Plumber is one of West Hollywood's best kept secrets! Each time one of my tenants clogs a drain or has an issue I send Pete the Plumber into the rescue. They manage the situation & so I understand if it is something that the tenant did or my plumbing that's the 26, determine the issue.
Pete the Plumber includes a shop stocked with the supplies needed so they never say they must return after a part is ordered by them. Plumbers in Los Angeles once I have a crisis to me.

I had an excellent experience. The plumbers worked quickly arrived punctually, efficiently and did a fantastic job. The pricing was positive. I'd known around and gotten a few other quotations and theirs was the best quote for the job I had to have done. I am pleased to have a local plumber to call on should I need one again. What a relief to have a plumber I believe I could trust. I spoke to receive a quote about the job needed and he was quite thorough in explaining everything. Very impressed. I called late in the afternoon and spoke with Janet, who informed me they would have someone in my location in twenty minutes and took a description of my branch line clog. It didn't even take this long. The guys carried their resources up on the excursion were friendly and polite, and got down to business. I'd had and wished to open up the wall. The guys out of Pete's employed a smaller snake but had some tricks up their sleeve, put in a good bit of elbow grease, and eliminated the clog without even touching the wall. End result: a warranty that I'll call Pete's first next time, and A much quicker and less expensive resolution.

I learned that he is a third generation plumbing pro!
We had a great experience with Chris regarding a sewage line issue for our new house. He showed me video of the pipe in real-time arrived promptly, and educated me on what was/was not desired and why. Professional, dependable and friendly.

I have had excellent service from Pete the Plumber earlier so when my water purifying system started spraying on a ton of water I phoned in a panic and Chris replied. He walked on the best way to turn off the water and it took him less than 10 minutes to be at my residence. He talked to me about solutions stopped the leak, and answered all my queries. I had some opportunity that which he told me was on the money and to do a bit of research. He came back two hours later to put in a system which gets testimonials and testimonials. My favourite moment was when he told me because I'd been billed he would send a bill and I'd paid immediately. To put it differently, I am a fantastic customer and my business is appreciated by them. In my words, this is a pipes outfit and you Yelpers should know about it.

So ive had so many plumber encounters where I feel as if me over charged and didn't even do the work right I was so afraid to call anyone. But wow, everybody at Pete the plumber was amazing!! By Janet who answered the phone when I called to everybody who followed me and Mario the plumber who actually did an amazing job! I called him one thing and while he was there I asked he was patient and helpful and if he would check a few other issues out. He went and they went above and beyond to help me out. I cant say they were professional and the plumbers are so proficient and also to it off they had been cheeper than people I had predicted previously.

Love working with Pete the Plumber, constantly shows up to the job in time and breaks down their bills. We'll use Pete for several decades.

A realtor I am I glad with and work recommended this company they did. Water seeped upward out of our downstairs bathroom. When I phoned and spoke with Janet, she said more than likely there was some stoppage at the line. She made some suggestions until they could come over about how best to mitigate the problem. She organized with my renters to arrange a time window for the plumbers to come over.
The diagnosis was put on and they could fix it. They arrived within the period and did the job with excellent results. I will definitely use this company later on. They were friendly, professional and helped me with what could have been a situation that is challenging.

This is my first yelp review but I'm encouraged to discuss my experience with Pete the Plumber. They did not clarify pricing over the telephone. They neglected to spell out the overcharges for weekend service and failed to create an invoice onsite, when I scheduled an appointment on a weekend. I had been notified a easy clog ended up costing me over $500. The clog returned later to add insult to injury. I called a the provider to reunite and remedy the problem since it didn't last. I will never use this service.

They requested me to lie to the gas company to receive my gas. The gas company explained that it is ILLEGAL to find a gas leak with gasoline, they must use air. I fired them and kicked them off my house. They will not receive a dime from us.
These people are criminals, do not use them.

It was tough to locate but I've found it in Pete the Plumber. The office staff is friendly, functions to accommodate and the plumbers are professional and nice. I am a property manager and it's a relief to find someone who does work that's also so responsive. For an excess charge, they were willing to return to the beach too. I'll be using them on.

I regret to provide this business 1 star. I needed a pop-up replaced in the bathroom. They said they had been inaccessible. I was not in a rush. They would not give me a price range over the telephone and no one.

Pete the plumber. Having never needed come the house. . I can not talk for his solutions. . But come. . Twice now. . Henry - was amazing. . Shows up on Quite fairly priced & time. He understands what he do. He suggested some work and we have had him come back to do so. We had a water heater other work along with replaced. They drains and did maintenance.
Deb and Janice in the workplace are nice as well as accommodating. We needed a replacement component. . They billed me 110$. I saw that I could get it for less in Amazon. . They stated NO problem. Finest plumber experience we have had in LA.. Thanks.

I phoned plumbers before for my home and it had been a nightmare of people banking on the customer inexperience of pipes difficulties and overcharging, rather than attempting to repair the issue at hand as fast and best as possible.
I highly recommend Pete the Plumber.
My expertise using Pete the Plumber was a completely different story. A favorable one. They came fast, fixed the issue and billed reasonably - in comparison with my prior experiences. I was able to talk to the guys and collectively agree on the most appropriate strategy until we have the issue. My neighbor keeps phoning them back when required and utilizes them. Janet along with the people on the telephone have been polite.

I have utilized Pete the Plumber for the two little, reset toilet/replace wax ring, and A/C drain line replacement, big, jobs and they are the best in the business! Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely reasonable prices. I upsold; been lied to, have attempted other technicians in the past, and overcharged. . .nowadays I call Pete the Plumber for my plumbing problems.

Even though mgmt responded to my yelp review with a"we'll look into it" they most certainly didn't reach out to me later said evaluation. Pfft... more lip service than pipes support.

I purchased. I had a leak and wound up going through the floor and through the ceiling below. I called Pete. The phone was answered by janet and as usual, couldnt have been more considerate and helpful. We scheduled some time for first thing in the afternoon. Two men showed up involving the hour guaranteed and were assigned the job. Chris, whom I have met previously and Henry whom I hadn't. Both were considerate. Professional, and didn't waste any time. The situation was assessed by them, gave their opinion to me and that I made a determination from there. In an hours time they replaced the tubs hardware including the drain had broken through the ceiling from below, and stopped the leak. That could have been dragged out and of course days- the price was fair, and it wasnt.
Late friday I realized I needed to replace my hot water heater. I called Janet immediately and we scheduled some time for those guys to come out first thing monday morning (today.)
They were also called by me for a bathroom problem, they replaced the chunk. I was somewhat annoyed at myself for not realizing that was the matter. Lesson learned. Too much cash for a $2 replacement I should have and could have done . You may pay for their support as I more than its really worth and did, but that I understand their need and such is life. As a home owner its ALWAYS better to do things yourself if you can. . And I do. But when I cant, I ALWAYS call Pete.
He was kind understood once I walked leaving him and what he was talking about along with his helper there, I felt like I was in good hands.

Henry came back now adjust the water pressure and to replace a water pressure valve. It is clear that the client is satisfied and would like to make sure everything is done correctly and functioning flawlessly and he enjoys his job. In this day and age, that is nearly unheard of.
They've been always kind, courteous, proficient and honest.

Since he was such a person that is rude AND because the matter was never really FIXED by them and charging me. . I can recommend this company to anybody out there.
A job well done! Everything was done through Petes- by meaning we, the brand new hot water heater was purchased as opposed to purchasing one on our own, and the price difference was minimal. In the event the unit has any trouble, they will replace it instead of dealing with an outlet or shop which can be looking!
It took me YEARS to figure out how flat out awful they truly are.
We found one which FIXED THE ISSUE!!! and called a few other companies after that Please see my review on the other plumbing service that with flashlights came out at NIGHT and by the way. . Found the problem that this firm couldn't find in the daylight!! OR. . They just didn't want to locate it. If you cant fix it correctly that means you make more money over and over and over again hell.
Thats when I was told by him. . He was told by his man I wasn't going too pay.
In about an hours the old was was replaced with the new one.
After coming back again and again for a bathroom /origin issue. . Among his guys who hires from another business when this firm doesn't have workers he can send over. . Went back and told them I wasn't going to cover. So to get a call from Chris screaming and crying at me like a madman about something which was never said. . It took me by surprise. I couldn't actually get to inquire what the hell he was talking about!!
I recommend this firm 1000%.
We had every intention of committing him and I told him so. I asked him if this how you manage your business affairs? By calling up a long time customer along with the client at the and yelling at them??
I have been using Pete for many years. I was introduced to them through a landlord I rent from. They showed up, always fixed the problem and although I personally never saw the bill.
He's got some workers over there. . At least they did. . But also some horrible ones. . Nevertheless, the bottom line is. . I refuse to provide one more dime of my hard earned cash once I realized they were ripping me to this guy

The owner's attitude is deplorable. After reporting the harm there was damage to my apartment, he refused to finish the job and wouldn't cover the cost of repairs.

I called around a little to get some pricing and they were priced so that I gave them a phone. They sent someone out to look at a flow able to come. Turned out it had been a couple of parts to replace. It was more fair on the cost comparing to many plumbing services . I recommend with any plumbing problems to someone!

The service I obtained by this company was horrible to say the least. The job they finished at my building was a waste of time and cost me tens of thousands of dollars, as I had to have the next day a company come out and take care of the issue. To make matters worse, once I called to file a complaint, the team stood by their plumber and completely disregarded my concerns. The team doesn't have any idea what the word client service therefore are arrogant on the telephone and means. I believe they need a lesson in customer service skills. Save time, money, and peace of mind call a plumber!
If you're contemplating phoning Pete the Plumber....You should think twice.
