Well worth the price of the service contracts.
I have used them since I bought this home. Their service personnel are always friendly and professional. I have service with them both for air conditioning and also for petroleum heating. They've maintained my gear and have replaced them when needed. I can't talk highly enough that they employ.
To some business, they went from being a firm I switched from completely for financial reasons, with this interaction. I would advise others to prevent them as well, irrespective of cost.
As anticipated, though cost was somewhat high compared to other options in the region, had Petro for our very first calendar year, service was nice functioned. Near the end of our year I predicted to try to schedule the furnace tune-up as part of our service package, and was advised they could not do it for 3 months. When I asked if they'd still offer this service (that we had previously paid for) if we didn't re-up with them, they at first said yes.
However, once I called to tell them that we'd be going with a different company (cost was 20% cheaper per gallon), they had an customer retention agent phone who 1) was quite rude and two ) told me they would not supply the tune-up included in my service contract. They also attempted to belittle my choice to switch by stating they had never heard of this firm I had been shifting to, and seeking to instill guilt by saying they had been losing money on our"opening" contract from last year.
THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS STAY! . I had been a petro oil customer for over 10 years until they started raping me with petroleum prices and service contracts, Then the scammers chose to cancel my contract because I was unsure I was going to rekindle, and when I still had a few months left in my service contract that they DENIED me service ( had a furnace problem) Whats crooks!
I talked to extend my oil delivery contract. She was personable and a joy to talk with. Another positive experience in my dealings!
In maintaining my machine in top 32, I've been a Petro client for my oil heat for many years and am very happy with the high level of service they supply.
This company has provide home heating for us since 1991. I haven't ever had to worry about also the service contract has assured we have heat and how much oil I've when we want it. I suggest so you are prepaid for the oil through the winter. Good reliable service
