5 years of basically no heat in my bedrooms because of businesses lieing and doing .
I can not really thank them Enough. The technician now a worker went in Haverhill mass to Whittier High school. I'll say this past student learned a hell of a lot from this school. They to should be proud. They taught that a young guy to do a professional job and did the first time!
Give them a phone, if you have any other issues that fall below which sort of work his company does to get a profession or boiler issues. They deserve every bit of this review because they deserve to be called upon when having a boiler issues although I do not do reviews that are long for this to often. They deserve the work and not the businesses that try to do. Do not settle for second issues. Call for that does good work, this business who I can vouche!
At approx. 1130 ish the technician was completed and he struck on the electric switch and flipped his boiler on. He professionally without rushing got my boiler back up and running again. It turns out it was the circulator pump in the rear of the boiler. Yes it was a pain in the ass for this technician to get at but that he didn't complain. He went to work arrived and did the job like a true professional.
Eventually on Sunday the proprietor of this company replied to my request once again venture to fixing my boiler issue. I had been minimal on second floor and getting no warmth on floor. The proprietor gave me a fair quote on the work. I had to trust somebody to do the ideal thing. Well now the heater technician showed up on time and of what I've been going through after a few exchanges and his collecting of my problems and worries didn't waste time and went to work!
I can not say enough about the operator and his technician he delivered to my property! Totally specialist and awesome!
A plus for A plus for this business that I hired and that technician! You do not know how much I appreciate it!
Honestly yelpers... The best company that came to my home and fixed the issue that I have been dealing with for the last five years, yes, five decades ago I've had numerous heating businesses come out to fix my boiler and in total have spent 7,800.00 bucks and nothing has ever worked. I set a search request for the boiler issue out and moved Yelp Sunday. I had been quoted from prices from 400/to 1900 bucks. I am not scared to pay money for work that is good but in the he past 5 years I have been taken to the cleaners by dishonest businesses. Lies and deception is exactly what I've been going through in addition to price estimating.
4 other so called reputable boiler firms told me I had 2000 bucks to fix what was needed to get my boiler up and running. Those quotes where all lies and manufacture. Was a 200 dollar circulator pump. I've been told by numerous different firms that that is what I wanted but once they found what a nuisance in the he ass it is to have in and replace the pump that they ran another way and left me do work I didn't require. I've 7800 bucks in receipts that I didn't require and paid. This company I hired and paid in full now is. They are up front and honest and return to a home on time and prepared to work!
I've used PHD for the following:The final of those jobs was an emergency installment. On Friday night our boiler started water and we all had to close off. I phoned PHD and received a response within one hour from Tina (at around 8:30PM). I sent images of the damage, she spoke to the men, and they came to the decision it had to be replaced. They came to the same conclusion also came on to examine dimensions and the damage up the distance. They functioned until 8PM and received a replacement and purchased, and on Tuesday they finished the job. They adhered Tuesday despite the working hours, and cut on pipe that was new to balance the boiler. The boiler is more effective, both because it is a better boiler and new, but also due to this function. We hear banging our plumbing, and we had to decrease the heat to the floor as the machine is that much more efficient.
* Dishwasher install (and elimination )
* Toilet install (and elimination )
The first three jobs were standard. PHD came in and did the job at the cost it was good work , they quoted me and I would do it the same way again.
* Estimate on fixing pipes in basement
Beware!! Stay Away!! If strategy would let, I'd give stars to this company. This firm did an excavation project to replace a sewage pipe. They ruined my property! They had inspections when work was finished, and never lied about pulling permits in my town of Andover. They didn't fill in my house properly and abandoned a sinkhole and now we've got water coming in our cellar around sewer pipe they installed, they ruined our landscaping and stone wall filling it by toxic waste and didn't fulfill state plumbing codes yet have refused to fix it. They didn't tar within the sidewalk they eliminated leaving a tripping hazard. They always have refused to correct any of these problems and we're left with over $10,000 harm after paying them over $10,000 which was exorbitant to the work they did and mess they left. Stay away from this company!!!
Plumbers comes on time. The construction have some quirk installation, take us a while to shut off master valves.
They recommend additional provider, which I agree and check all plumbing.
I want to replace valve.
They go extra mile clean out the place when they are done, and to make sure those repairs are solid.
Very responsive, polite and work. Last year I checked three or four contractors for my kitchen remodel, and PHD was moderately priced and most responsive. And they flexed their program easily when my schedule shifted. Arrived on time after to meet the town inspector. Highly suggested.
I have had experience. I have gas line expansion and ball valve replaced in my boiler. PHD cost was better than many others, occupation was done quickly and professionally, passed inspection no issue. The two Rob that an Tina are pleasure to manage. And I love that they have.
The customer support I've ever needed and from plumbers The secretary/co-owner and the plumber proved rather easy to use. 10 places were called by me, got 3 quotes from other people, and 5 phone backs. PHD pipes has prices than anyone I've called!! They post their prices online, which most people do not do. Though my plumber cut my garbage disposal lineup and caused a leaky faucet, he repaired both and felt awful about the additional time it took, finally giving me an even $200 (good price) for the two kitchen valves installation. Thank you so much phd pipes!!
Hands down, the ideal contractor I have ever managed. The simple fact that they actually post their costs on the website that will tell you something. After calls and emails with different plumbers, I luckily found within a few moments of talking with him and, Robbie had a fantastic feeling. He was so simple, so clear, knowledgeable, a real pro. Refreshing! My instinct proved right. The job turned out to be more complex than I had expected and it became essential to move my furnace and replace my A/C unit as well, although I hired PHD to replace my water heater. His workers and james did a terrific job of solving my problems at a reasonable price. I can't recommend these guys highly and consider myself blessed to have found them.
As first-time homeowners, my husband and I move into a full blown panic. This could've very easily been the situation with all our most recent break - the drain out of our tub leaked into our kitchen via one of the recessed lights. Following a consult with a different and untrustworthy plumber, Tina, who walked me called PHD and reassured me. She called me to let me know their ETA so that I was prepared for their arrival. James and CJ came exactly when expected, and over 45 minutes had the situation without having to cut into my ceiling, resolved. They were prompt, professional, respectful, thorough in reviewing all possible leak zones, and outside reasonable... the price was lower than any other quotes we obtained. I would if I could provide them six stars, but for now we will stick that PHD would be our go-to for most upcoming plumbing requirements!
Very fast to get back to us with scheduling and pricing o the job. Called 2 other plumbers to perform our garbage disposal and no one wanted to touch it bc of where our piping is. They did a fantastic job and come out. They fixed my faucet which we were experiencing problems with. Gave us!
Fantastic work! Not only were Robby and Dan stubborn in finding the reason for my water flow, they repaired it fast and at a reasonable price. All the way in Tina on the telephone (who proposed checking different sources of the leak, aside from pipes, first!) To the men an extremely professional firm! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody. . And that I can be picky! :--RRB- .... and did I mention clean? VERY clean!
I Am a fan. From clearing into installing a drain everything. Professional, likeable and explains what's up. It's a business that is family based. Contact and arrange for a quote.
