Had a garbage disposal installed they did a fantastic job plus now 9/03/2019. Called in the morning and they were at my door in an hour prepared to work. Thank you YELP!

Not recommended!!! I had been referred by people in my neighborhood. I called and asked me exactly what I needed done asked if he could call me back in five minutes. I said sure but you do not know my name or number. He said I have your number. Needless to say he pulled me off. I guess that the job wasn't big. Very poor business practice!!!

On June 29, in my house to attempt to repair my own Insinkerator garbage disposal, two gentlemen showed up at 8am. They were knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and prompt. They were in and out in under a 1/2 hour and completed the job. Tjank you men....you did an awesome job!!!

Yelp let's me go to 5 Stars, although I wish I could give these men a inspection that is greater. They were respectful, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem fast and resolved the issue in short order. Did they just take care of the problem but they did it to get a fantastic price. I can't recommend these guys enough. I will be using these guys again.

BIGGEST DISSPOINMENT - REAL REVIEW - The team was nice when they arrived to my house, chief term is CAME, then LOOKED MY PREGNANT WIFE UP AND DOWN (DISREPECTFUL) then after going through 3 holes in my home as you see in the pics, they could not work out the issue. I called them back saying it maybe the filter on a shower manage, because I had a buddy of mine who tried it, and had an idea, they DENIED it woudl be the problem at first, and it was RIGHT! I called the proprietor and he blamed me for the charges POS plumber. Anyone reading this review, send me an email and I can tel you, these people are FAKE!!!

Can not say enough about this firm! Honest, educated, superior follow-through showed up when promised, patient, thoroughly explained the issue and also the repair needed and solved the problem. Gabe, James & scott are rock stars! The icing is, this AT a reasonable PRICE! This business is professional outside words and grateful we found them!

The project was complete in no time at all before departing, and they cleaned up. Homeownership is a bitch like this, although yes, I still wish I had been in a position to invest $300 on a number of different things.
We discovered some water in our cellar one morning, all pooled in one area. We noticed water rolling from one of the pipes After we looked up. It appeared it may have come in the air duct, and since we just had fresh I wanted to believe that it was a error on behalf of the A/C company or condensation. Following the A/C company came back and checked it out, they delivered the information that it was a busted pipe.
Plumbing issues never happen at a time that is convenient, so that I feature negative reviews for Plumb-It to people that are already stressed out during the last minute bill that comes along with it along with last minute repairs. We were quite happy with Plumb-It's service and prices.
Plumb It arrived not punctually, however EARLY, This afternoon. The problem was immediately diagnosed and we had been given two choices for repair, both of which involved drilling. My husband called me on the phone (knowing I would have a cow if I came home to weird drill holes along with pipes sticking out of the wall), and Plumb It didn't seem to mind the delay. They were also upfront about the costs - one choice was less costly than another. We finally went with their favorite choice, which was the one.
It had been available, although I asked for recommendations, I got no answer and phoned a plumbing firm. While on the phone, he advised me to come out this evening would put them in emergency telephone hours - meaning big bucks we spent. While it was something that needed focus I decided to wait till the following day, and the water turned off for the night. I truly appreciated how straightforward he had been on the phone.

Root-rooter came out and lent me $3500 to assess the issue. . Plumb-it fixed the issue. Honest. Responsive. I may suggest them more and have had them out three times for problems.

Once we'd two pipes burst in the 18, scott was able to come out. We understand he had been really busy due to the polar vortex in Naperville, but he somehow match us in and the house (though bombarded ) was able to start getting repaired and reconstructed due to his fast and professional work. Servpro which is also an outstanding and very professional company highly suggested him to work with.

In trying to repair a water flow that is supposed to be underground, Steve, james and Scott were very friendly and helpful. Trying different techniques did not yield locating leak, but in the course, fixed the issue. If issue shows up again, I don't hesitate to telephone them and recommend them for plumbing issues.

Acceptable service. A plumbing problem was in my toilet which Scotts staff was very attentive to. However, while the gentlemen fixing my toilet were nice enough, they left it at quite a mess. As did the surface of the bathroom and all, the walls had dirty hand marks. I realize they are bound to get dirty when fixing the issue, however it wouldn't hurt to attempt to clean the mess up.

I known as Plumb it and had my cellar back up with sewer. I talked to Scott the proprietor, he was really compassionate about our circumstance and knew what was wrong. He had a truck at our house in about an hour and the men Jimmy and Steve were so superb. They were quick, professional, and very courtious. Great experience begin to finish, great to know there's an business right in the area, I highly recommend them!

Scott and his firm are top notch all around!! He cares and is not all about the money! He's helped us out once more and I am grateful! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this firm to anyone that requires a topnotch plumber!!

Horrible and rude customer support. "Scott" is quite unprofessional. The guy he sent out to my home was quite unprofessional. Unfortunately although the company also overcharged us didn't give us a quote prior to performing their job, so we were stuck paying them. I would not recommend this company.

Scott has saved me several times. He has fixed a pipe behind our shower and he saved my sanity. When he abandoned my bathtub decided not to turn off, my husband travels for work and naturally. I attempted to tighten the deal and that did not work. I called him about 645 and that he had been at our home over the hour. He identified the problem and fixed it right away. We are on a nicely till the next day to get it fixed since we had the whole water so we couldn't wait. However that proposal was offered by Scott so I would not get hit with all the emergency telephone fee. He was professional and explained what the problem was. If there's ever an emergency I know. They're fantastic.

I do not know about what pipes cost but I had been in a bind that is substantial when my downstairs condo neighbor told me when we used the shower, their ceiling discharged. I were very friendly and considerate, found and repaired the issue and phoned Plumb It and they were outside the next day. Very happy with my experience!

Okay.. I don't do reviews. . But when I believe I will help men and women avoid being taken advantage of. I will say something. We had fresh granite counters plus a new sink yesterday, installed in our kitchen. And I'd planned to set the faucet and garbage disposal in myself. (a job pretty much anyone can do) But things have been mad and my wife suggested having a plumber take action. So. . Apon referrals we'd seen. She predicted Plumb it. Scott (I think his name was) was fine and eager to help. . My wife explained the work we asked what his fee is and needed. . I didn't need to listen to exactly what he said. . $500!!!! $500 to slide a faucet in a pit. . Tighten the nut that holds it. Hook up two elastic water lines . . Restoring on a garbage disposal and hook up two cables. . A job ANY plumber worth his salt can perform in under a hour. . A job almost every review on amazon (for its garbage disposal) stated"was the simplest install they had done. . 20 Min. Tops!!" I don't care just how nice of a guy he is. . I don't care how good of a plumber he is. . . And let us just say he's the plumber on the planet. And it takes him the amount of time it should take. . 2 hours. . That 250 an hour labor. . Thanks but no thanks. . I'll do it myself. And If. . Like me. . You do not have money to just throw out the window. And do not enjoy being taken advantage of. . I would Look elsewhere for a plumber. .

I looked for a plumber after having a terrible experience with Walz Plumbing. I am fairly handy however, the problem pipe was at a place that a sideshow freak or a plumber could achieve. So after reading several reviews about Plumb-It I gave a call to them. James and scott the operator arrived an looked at leaking pipe and agreed that it could be repaired but would require some minor cuts from the ground or joist to repair the issue. James managed to repair the leaky pipe and returned the next day but didn't have to cut on joist or the ground. I have recommended Plumb-It to friends and coworkers. Good service and affordable prices. Step Robin and Batman a brand new duo is in the city aside.

I had been happy with plumb it. They came in a day's notice of telephone call to my house in time. That day was New Year's Eve that I actually appreciated. They installed a cut kit in my own shower that a different plumber couldn't finish. They were functioned effectively, getting the task done and knowledgable. I supplied all of the components and labor was $225. Less labor cost could have been fine, but getting the work done, and considering knowledgable individuals, that the punctuality it was worthwhile. Thanks! I would use them again.
