Plumb Smart

Paul and the Plumb Smart team are fantastic. They did a fantastic job on my project. Most importantly, they did not try to sell me something that I did not need and are honest. I will definitely be using them.

The high cost, when we inquired, he said it was due to it being a Saturday, and the access has been difficult. The repair was not an emergency, and could have waited until the work week.
UPDATE - Apr 8, 2019: Owner Paul followed up by explaining his perspective, which helped. The work had been conducted by Nevertheless without our OK, but he did refund $100 of the cost. Greatly appreciated.
Major disappointment. My wife and I only needed Paul change out 8 feet of copper pipe, 3 elbows, and a check valve (see photograph ), and we had been charged $617.50!! Work time was just 90 minutes. On top of this, we had been told he would quote the work before starting, which he didn't do. He was already too far in and just began the work to have him quit before we understood what had occurred.

These guys are all amazing! Found a lot of testimonials called them up at the afternoon and they had somebody out here! Pete explained the drain issue, showed me how he is going to fix it and showed me that it's fixed! Additionally, I knew I needed a fresh water heater before, so I showed him and he said it leaking now so he simply fixed it! These guys are on my speed dial from now on!

We've been using Plumb Smart for the previous 8 years. Each time they come to our house they are efficient cordial and thorough with their job. I trust them completely to perform the job to find the best price that is possible and would recommend them to some one. We've experienced Peter, Paul and Silas and they have all done a great job.

Very fast service! I'd done some research on the internet about our plumbing problem so that I had a general idea of what needed to be done. Pete, the plumber delegated to our occupation, was AWESOME! On time, explained the circumstance, failed to up sell or try to talk the circumstance. Pete had our pressure relieving valve and we were back to showering like normal people!

It easy to utilize and so good to find a plumber who knows what they are doing. When it comes to all pipes pete is talented. They gave me superb pricing and a quick reply. I would recommend them highly for all plumbing needs!!!!
