Yes, the upstairs bathroom was clogged beyond my level of patience daily. Matt arrived and got the work done. He had been professional and thorough. Thank you for saving me from having to purge the bathroom to dig outside the auger! The service telephone was a little salty at $147. Allowed he arrived around 5pm on short notice on Friday. My patience and time really are worth something. And that day I would have paid twice as much not to have to mess with it. I'm an electrical and tech systems builder with no patience. Call these guys, if you're in a jam!
I arrived home strung out from the road. The kids were home and two of our three bathrooms were clogged. Darn kids!

Update (Feb 2019): We only had to replace our furnace (20 years old) and we'd PHP come outside to give a quote. Ryan (the owner) came out and spent lots of time together with me to completely know exactly what our needs were. We needed a section of the duct work to be transferred, in addition to replacing the furnace unit. He also came up with a few smart solutions for the ducting and a fantastic deal on a efficient furnace. They guys were here kept the area clean, did an excellent job and were outside in only a couple of hours. We couldn't be happier! Such fantastic people and assistance.

Had a block at the line. Someone was to come out on Saturday. No one arrived. We predicted and had been contacted back at 5 pm and advised that somebody would come. No one arrived. No one called. Unreliable in my novel.

I will give them two stars because they got our drain running for a single day. Emergency after-hours support is $109 even though the website doesn't really indicate that. We paid the $250 and only got 40 minutes of the machine support. The technician indicated everything ran fine and we ought to be great going. The next day exactly the drain has been backing up again. They want to begin around and charge an additional $250 even though we didn't get our entire hour of support yesterday... I called a rival and they're likely to come out tomorrow and do our lineup with the camera inspection for $88, I figure I should have went with that in the first place.

Started using PHP if we purchased our house just for tests and tune-ups per year and they never let me down. We had water softener and a brand new HVAC and I was impressed with their services! The setups were the icing on the cake, although I knew they were professional, punctual, and reliable! Thank you PHP! Highly recommend!

I really don't know what happened to this company. They have been used by me and they were fine. I used them about 4 weeks ago to install a new water heater and also do some alterations in the home I'd bought to my furnace air handling system and they did that just fine. So when my furnace stopped working today (about 4:15am Saturday morning, 35 degrees out ) I called them again. Their website says they have 24/7 emergency support. I was told by the answering service nobody would call until ordinary business hours. I reminded them that their website says so they said they'd make a note that this was an emergency, they provide 24/7 emergency support. So I called back 50 minutes 10, no technician called. It took the answering service nearly 7 minutes to even answer my call. Told them had called and they stated they'd update the message but nevertheless didn't say anyone would call. Waited 15 minutes. No technician called. Known as the owners cell phone number when he came out to bid the air handler modification. It's been 2.5 hours and the proprietor or some other technician has predicted. They ought to update their website, if they aren't likely to do after hours crisis support.
UPDATE the reason the repair technician didn't call was since the after hours phone answering service failed to do their job. The proprietor returned my call at 7:42 this morning to say he's personally contacting the technician who's on call. Technician said he'd be there in about 75 minutes and called me 10 minutes later. Technician came when he said he would and after a brief inspection determined what was wrong. He needed to leave and get a part in the supply house. Upon his return he installed the component which fixed the problem and my furnace is running and back up. I am thankful they could get this taken care of since I didn't want to try to find a heating and cooling company.

BUYER BEWARE!! We called this company. We felt they were fair in their pricing and had used them. This time however, they gave an estimate of costs to fix a valve that was busted. We were surprised at how high the quote was. Feeling uncomfortable about the cost, my husband did a bit of research. He discovered that the valve had a lifetime replacement guarantee. My husband purchased the part in Delta and the valve was shipped by them free of charge. It cost us a bit under $100 to fix the problem, including replacing the drywall we needed to cut out to access the pipes. Obviously, we felt they were less than fair in their quote. Once the tech was in our house, he was commenting about our requirement to update our water softener and HVAC systems for efficiency functions, which are still running and in good repair.
The tech never returned to pick up after providing the quote to us. In addition, he did not clean up the mess that he made when he made extra cuts into our drywall when"evaluating" the cause of the flow. We can't recommend this plumbing company. I would if I could give them zero stars.

This group was able to assist me tonight!! Because I arrived home to a home, just mapped HVAC called so I called, and they came as a 24 hour service. Gave the receptionist who immediately sent an email to her tech whom immediately called me my advice. Came out right away and fixed my AC!! I could not have chosen a better firm!! Definitely will look forward to having them back outside to make sure everything is currently working good in my components, and maybe repair some plumbing problems also!! Thanks for the help!!

We'd Bryce come by last Sept to give an estimate to replace our electric water heater with the largest one by Navien to us. Their price was $4555.11 and then within minutes discounted it to $4099.99 (includes labor and all materials such as the water heater). This was overpriced. Job took a helper 6 hrs and 1 man. Heater is working in our home. Gave them another chance at Feb 2018 and Bryce arrived to give us another quote to install 2 kitchen faucets. The faucet kits were supplied by us from Amazon. He knew we count our pennies and ignored it out of around $500 to $416.50 in seconds. Bryce kept repeating that we are paying for the guarantee and they will ensure their job. He kept saying When it escapes they will come back and fix it. I kept telling him that I won't pay extra for this. He's a plumber. He possesses it 8, When it escapes! We went for about $130, with the other firm, also a one . A fee for estimate was not charged and they didn't do the job on either see for us.

Brandon and bryce were excellent. Professional and knowledgeable. Described what they went to perform and exactly what they did once done. Needed to replace a section of copper pipe. Work was fairly priced. Tammy was great. This is my second time with Plumbing Paramedics and I will definitely use them again.

Since that time I called PHP to check my plumbing, heatingand they recently cleaned my ducts (new service they began offering)I could not believe the amount of dust they accumulated after 6 hours of difficult work.
Here is my story: I recently bought an old home that arrived with a Home Warranty; 2 months afterwards, my AC unit ceased working in the middle of August (great timing!) . I called HWA to send a technician for a repair. It took him 10 business day to order the defective piece (this while my family is suffering from the superb warmth ); finally, the technician came and set up the defective piece simply to create the AC function and stop every 10 minutes or so. My AC was not functioning correctly, although at that stage, I was already agitated, and furious; not I needed to wait for 12 days. Finally HWA was called by me and demanded that I use my own contractor. It was on a Sunday afternoonI called PHP and a technician arrived in 30 minutes; figured out what the problem arranged the piece was and came back the following day to install it. What a support that is professional and prompt. The AC was repaired and was repaired in less than 24 hours.
I have been using PHP for several years now. They have the very best technicians professional and knowledgeable. It is absolutely worth it for the work they supply, although They're not the cheapest on the market.

These men are complete pros. All in 1 year, we had an AC, water heater, and water softener. We also had our ducts cleaned. I feel like I have met with almost all of the workers by now and everyone I have met has been great. The job is top notch- no corners with those men, and it shows. I am 100% satisfied, could not ask for anything more.

After waking up on one of the coldest times of the year to no warmth at 17, after reading the testimonials online, I called this business. Tuesday 1/16/2018 I put in an emergency call at. I was advised that the technician would call me when they were in their way to my home...I'm still waiting on that technician to call me. Unprofessional, particularly in a crisis situation. Did not and will not use their services. Needed to select a minumum of one celebrity so as to leave this remark however, I would choose zero if I could!

PHP is second time. On time, professional, hones, and higher quality.

I am so happy we called Heating Paramedics & Plumbing. The next day they came out, that our system was completed, old. Brian found the problem and the system had replaced. He mended if it stopped, our system to keep us comfortable until the system was installed, even offered to emerge. We had choices in our own system. I explained how the location of the unit disturbed our sleep and they moved for us! Our new system was installed inside a week. The installation crew was exceptional, foot protectors, and complete clean up! They gave a tutorial plus set it up to us. Excellent Job!!

Wonderful support. Brandon even fixed a problem the other pipes company didn't fix and was very professional. I would strongly recommend.
