Review a plumbing solutions of mass that is Dedham I had a comfort height toilet set up they did it and it was getting the old one out but Artie the plumber was fantastic he worked about everything installing the bathroom. He was here about three hours, it took longer than anticipated but everything is working. Artie was good and I highly recommend plumbing solutions along with the Sullivan household.

I had a great experience working with his group and Matt. They fixed our shower and 3 sinks after we moved into our new property. Prices were reasonable - than we expected, actually they creator a less costly and more straightforward means to correct the shower. With was friendly, polite, professional, and respectful. The work they did was excellent and so were great about adapting my program that is less than adaptive and scheduling.

Artie responded today for an issue I was having with my outside spigot and within shutoff valve. He was sooner than anticipated, which was a surprise. He is a guy and took the time to describe to me he was likely to do. He is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to manage. I recommend Plumbing Solutions.

I just moved to a house that needed a water line in one of the showers to a brand new faucet along with the refrigerator. They had been on the day. Kevin was great explaining what needed to be carried out. I've a couple more items that will surely use them again and need to get performed. 1 negative is that their pricing, this project was $670.00 to get 2-3 hours of work. I will be doing this myself.

I had a great experience with Tim. He called to schedule after that beforehand, and a 2 hour window to specify timing inside that range. He showed up on time, and solved our problem. He also gave advice on how we can stop the issue in the future to me. I found him to be considerate and very polite .

We had a beast of a kitchen faucet that had to be replaced. It had been installed several years ago. Artie did an amazing wonder of a job getting it out along with also the one in. Thank you!!!!!

Great firm. Sent a request via yelp for replacement of faucet and a sink, got a call scheduled the appointment. Kevin called 10 minutes before he came to inform me he's on his way. Came in gave a quote to me and he began working when I approved. He was very considerate, did a great job and left the area tidy and neat. The only reason is that their prices are not the most competitive. Nevertheless, I'd rather pay a bit extra with the confidence that the job gets done correctly the first time.

I'm really sad to mention my experience with this business was a disappointment. We started off on the right foot. Matt came from my house to check out the job, and stated he would send me a quote, which he never did. I left him messages and emails and never got a response. Because I had high hopes for those guys, it's too bad but they let me down.

Plumbing solutions came to my rescue when my sink was clogged! It was a plumbing emergency as far as I am concerned and over 30 minutes of reaching they responded, preliminary provided availability to appear and fix it and recognized the issue. On the afternoon of service they have been prompt and kind. I was a first time customer and they mended the clog, educated me (without making me feel stupid ) about how to prevent this again and then went above and beyond to show their gratitude for my own business. Long story short I highly recommend Matt and the Plumbing Solutions team.

This firm was quite unfair to deal with they charged me at a time of need, he had an eprentis perform all the work and billed me for a master plumber, then a circulator pump he installed failed 1 moth afterwards and mr tim sulivan the proprietor refused to return and repair the problem quite unprofesonal, I would never recomend this company to my worst enamy

The father, Tim, stopped by today because last week we had a leak behind the bathroom wall and the water went to the cellar. So I shut the water off to that part of the house until the plumber could come. The water turned back and when Tim came, but we did not see any water leaking! When I asked him to stay a while to make sure the leaking actually ceased, he waited, and I felt dumb for having called them and answered my questions. If he did not visit our house since I know he could have gone to another home, I really wanted to compensate him for his time, but he insisted nothing! This is the best service I have ever had with a plumber. He also gave me call before coming, also was right now. Will definitely use them later on!

I learned my lesson fast that when you go for the less expensive service, you get exactly what you pay for. Plumbing Solutions are efficient with our money and time. They generally swing by the property, stick to it, give a quote, and take a peek. They truly earn the 5 star rating.
Full disclosure: I've been friends with Matt for quite a while. Between he being used by my parents when I was younger and he being used by myself I handle my family and I have been using Tim and Matt for well over 15 decades.

Plumbing Solutions confirms when they will be on site with an estimated time of arrival. When onsite, they're extremely courteous and professional. The job was done and tidy up upon departing.
- Eliminate in the basement that was no more in use.
What made me give these men'5' stars is the fact that Matt took the time to reach out to remind me to prep the spigot for the winter since it runs through a crawl space and could freeze. That is above and beyond and also the main reason why Plumbing solutions will probably be my very first phone call for some of my plumbing needs!

Someone to repair a leaking home water. Found Plumbing Solutions in the Hometown News, called them on a weekend and never expected to reach an answering services. I discovered soon and scheduled an appointment for Monday afternoon. Matt looked in the unit came out and discovered it would need to be replaced. He was out the following day using all the unit and we were good to go with no leaking. I would definitely use them again.

Matt came three times in the past month to get function that was then more significant and minor. Previously we have used Contrary to other plumbers, they answered their phone, arrived on time, did not kill us with the bill and were awesome to use. Wonderful work - highly recommend!

Tim is professional and considerate, and performs work that is great at affordable prices. He is pleasant and punctual, and I appreciated how amazing he was he even laid a blanket down over a rug to catch any dirt which was being tracked into the house. I would definitely recommend!

Friend urged that I call Plumbing Solutions after I had exhausted all of my understanding and strength to try to remove a first (60 years) toilet fill valve. The effective answering service answered my call and took the necessary information. Matt returned the call within 5 minutes. He offered to come another afternoon but I needed to put him off a day. Kevin and matt arrived promptly at the time. They assessed the circumstance, alerting me to the fact that it was probably going to be in my best interest to replace the flow drain tube. Greater than 90 minutes later they were done, left the premises. They had given me the choice to replace the bathroom with a new more water efficient version. We both agreed that because this bathroom got use, it would not make sense to to replace the unit and that the porcelain was still good with the old version.
