Wow, I cannot talk to the company as a whole, but the Plummer we got was unprofessional. He was rude and gave us a quote that ran marginally than the competition. He just did not seem interested in doing the work and clarified what he would have to perform as he turned his back and walked off ahead of his truck... wow lol. I would recommend people to look elsewhere in the interest of time.

His 20 years since a plumber (and his dad has been one) means he has seen it all and knows how to repair all of it. We have an old home which can mean up jerry-rigged or moused things pop. Michael, if you decide to come to your senses, then I'll sing your praises for being a company that listens to client concerns and makes adjustments. Until then, I advise that you look for a customer-centric and reputable plumber.

I predicted PlumbPros yesterday because they advertised"Flat Rate Pricing." When I requested pricing on reseating a toilet, that is a job, I was told I would have to make a scheduled appointment without understanding their fee, and that they do not quote prices. I am very reluctant to make an appointment. Made me feel that my phoning her aggravated her.
