The ordeal was over at 2:00 am but just wanted to thank Enrique and the company for getting me out of a rush.
A technician named Enrique called me back.
The first 7 didn't answer the telephone, so called 24/7 emergency technicians that after phoning. This was.
If I want it, Can use this service. This showed me that this company and its own techs are great men and women.
I had a situation where I came home from work and my son had tripped over a sprinkler valve and broke off it. The water had bombarded the garden and was gushing out.
After realizing I could not manage the quote he suggested I call that the town water company and contact the emergency line they have.
I did so and after 10 mins got a call and a town worker called me and came to shut off the water (Free of cost ).

Terrible experience! I had a drain difficulty at my plant and looked on the internet for a plumber and came across Plumbwise. We phoned them up and within no time Enrique arrived to look at the issue. He gave me a quote straight away, and got to work. He worked for a couple hours before we closed and I was told by him he would have to come back the next day to complete the job. Sure enough, the next day Enrique arrived to complete the job. Once he finished he handed me a bill for about $1,000 more than I was quoted by him! I asked him why the invoice was far higher than the initial quote and he explained the extra job he did, but when I inquired why he didn't let me know that it was going to be greater, his reply was"I forgot" I was Enrique left and very upset with this. The following day Enrique showed up asking for his check. I expressed how upset I was and he told me that he felt bad and he was going to provide me a drain cleaning to compensate. Today marks a month that I have been attempting for my drains to be cleaned by Enrique and he continues to ignore me. He's showed to perform the cleaning and twice he abandoned within 10 minutes of coming. He then calls my secretary leaves, jumps into his van without even saying anything and blames it. At this point I am beyond fed up with unprofessional and unreliable Enrique has been. It is funny how if a check is concerned Enrique is at my door bright and early, but when I need the"free" drain cleaning he assured me, he goes missing. Be careful everyone.

Enrique was a few minutes early for every appointment, He very courteous, amazing understanding about my concern and associated topics, as fresh new resident to California and it's inferior quality of water from calcium chloride from filtration(vs East Coast where this is not a problem) and went of his way to get parts that he needed after the diagnosis of my issue. Hoses old faucets and valves were substituted. New faucets, hoses and valves equipped with a terrific two year guarantee. In addition they make emergency calls 24/7. This company will be called by me again

Thank you PlumbWise! I had a flow within my walls, water all over my living room and toilet. Found them on Yelp read the reviews decided to call up them. They sent Enrique out to help. He assisted me with setting up an insurance claim for water damages together with my homeowners insurance and took care of my plumbing. I'll definitely use them again.

I phoned them for a crisis. Enrique responded and showed up in time. Took him no time to replace the parts and take care of the issue. I'd recommend their services to anyone who's looking for a expert plumber.

Had an emergency on the worst potential weekend, when most of the offices are on holiday. Just my luck ! Our pipe burst in the front yard and my closed off valve does not work. Had no water for a day. Item Plumbwise is open 24/7. Called at 6:30am and got an actual person. He had been on time and managed to diagnose and fix my problem. He had been courteous and friendly. Price was reasonable. Definitelg going to my emergency contacts for plumbing issues.

Enrique does work. I'd another plumber that was here and unable to unblock my primary line. So I hopped on yelp and discovered Enrique. Let me tell you that has been a great a choice. He knew what was happening and able to start my primary line up to get everything working. Don't hesitate to do business.

Bad reply, waited for hours and never showed up. A computer malfunction justification was there. Don't trust them

They quickly fixed the upstairs bathroom sink clog that I tried to snake and came into our home but I couldn't get to the clog using a Home Depot lease. The charge was lower than the quote from pipes. Can use them again (I just hope it won't be anytime soon).

One of our plumbing outside abruptly burst 9:30 at nighttime. We needed to turn off all water. Enrique came and quickly assessed the issue, fixing it in 15-20 minutes. He was considerate and patient in describing the issue for us. We'd certainly refer PlumbWise and Enrique to any of our family or friends. The only downside was the wait period, but it was inside the timeline.

Called with a pipes Emergancy, they could come out within 2 hrs. They priced reasonable and were quite professional. . Will definitely use them again. . I strongly recommend them!

Man luck did I get that he was. After what I believed called the point at 8 am was flushed down the toilet decided to come out of the shower instead. I was called by enrique less than 10 minutes afterwards, we chatted and he answered about 20 of my questions before I consented to get him come out. Arrived in time and went to work. That didn't stop him although it was 95 + outside. A couple blades were broken by him but that didn't stop him. He got stuckbut that didn't stop him. After he cleared the line that he threw the camera down to find the root (pun intended) of the issue. I would not be afraid to call PlumbWise later on!

I have never seen such great service like they gave us. We had a EMERGENCY at 11pm and they came out! Enrique was Hero Now! He stayed until He deserves a huge raise! If anybody is searching for some pipes help Call PlumbWise! They are the very best!

Answering service leaves a lot to be desired, but Enrique does excellent job at a fair price. He is careful to secure your premises and takes his time. I would certainly use again. In reality we scheduled some more services.

I would happily recommend them to anyone and have use them a few times and am pleased with their support.

I provided all of the information called this company to request for a service and was advised the plumber would telephoned me 30 min. If there is no reply after 1.5 hour, I called again and was told the exact same thing, but I never got a call .
