I had a great Encounter with Ray and A+ Priority Plumbing. Ray put up a consultation , and responded to my request within 10 minutes, clarified a few questions. I ended up having to reschedule, which he accommodated, although he was not planning to work the day I requested.

He showed up over the time we consented, solved and immediately found my water heater dilemma, charged a fair price, and within half an hour of him arriving we were able to take hot showers again. He let us know that if we had troubles within a week, then the cost would be applied by him to any repairs.

If I recall properly, Ray was in the business for about 25+ years (working for big and tiny businesses) and has possessed A Plus Priority Plumbing for the last 10+. It's a little outfit with currently about four on staff. They work all over metro Atlanta. Ray has a great work ethic. I read a Yelp review that said he rescued someone's Christmas and did work Christmas Day. Does he ever take time off?
My tenant reported that the water coming out of the shower head and tub faucet was too hot or not hot at all. The temperature couldn't be controlled by her anymore. This was reported by her to me Sunday morning. I immediately used Yelp's Request a Quote service and sent out a request. I highly recommend it, if you have never used Yelp's Request a Quote service. It's free, convenient, and saves a lot of time and hasslefree.
Ray helped me make my choice that was to replace all. Cartridge bits, valve, control arm, faucet, as well as all. The hardware had been over time through many tenants and has been 18 years old, therefore it was time. Ray charged me $650 for the project which included demolition (he needed to destroy nine tiles to replace all of the components ), replacement of those components, some custom fittings and pipework, and cleanup. It took him about three hours to do the entire task by himself (normallyhe has a helper, but the afternoon he did my job, he had been alone). He needed to make a trip to get some particular parts once my walls snapped and watched what he had been dealing with.
Raymond (Ray) White, owner of A Plus Priority Plumbing, reacted to me almost immediately. My tenant amazes me pictures. Ray was always fast to react to my texts and answer my phone calls, regardless of what time or day of day, which I appreciated. If it comes to communication, he's the most responsive individual I've worked with in home services.
Ray managed confirm he could get the components for my job and to consult his components supplier. He had been available to do the task Wednesday, but due to I had him come Thursday morning instead. So, total turnaround time from the time my tenant reported that the problem to the time that the problem was solved was only four days (could have been three if I could have met Ray earlier ). Pretty good! He chooses card and provides itemized receipts.
Ray does not do tile work, therefore I'm having someone else patch up the hole that he made. In my request, Ray temporarily sealed the hole shut with a plastic tape and covering. So far as I can tell, he did a fantastic job and I've heard no complaints. Ray altered my Kohler components with components that were Moen. He says Moen is easiest/simplest brand to work with. Other brands, such as Kohler and Delta, have significantly more quirks.
Ray managed to come and take a look at my problem that the following Tuesday with a period window that is 12-3pm. He gave me a 30-minute courtesy call-ahead, which I requested, and showed up on time with another individual (two trucks ). He diagnosed the issue, trying out a cartridge piece he charged me $35 for the trip and had on him. A lot of plumbers and businesses that are bigger readily charge a 50-100 excursion fee for coming out, so his diagnosis fee, particularly with two people, was reasonable. The second person's name was Dakota and that he had been considerate.
Ray is a straight-shooter and no-nonsense type of man. He's just being honest and upfront, although he may come across as brief. I advise that you watch his video. Reviews, the Yelp video, and his responsiveness are what made me decide to choose A Plus Priority Plumbing over the rest of the vendors.

He was fast, professional and efficient. Will call him time.

Ray responded to my service request. He was at my home in one hour and gave me a quote that was minimum up front.

They did a great job on short notice. Our main water line to the house broke and we had been scheduled to host a party. A Plus Priority Plumbing came outside and had the line. Good pricing and good work! They also supplied a great warranty (5 years).

Mechanical Plumbing maintained their guys and the day did a stellar job! I heard from them a shovel tractor should have never been used to dig a water line, but appropriate for a sewer line. Ridgeway awakened a small area of the sidewalk and dug beneath it in the right spot at a distance from the cables! AND they repaired the cement. So DO NOT CALL A Plus Priority for this type of water line problem they do specialize in water damage lines. If I could give them 0 stars!!
I guess it was my turn! I really don't know how A Plus Priority received high ratings! So...I discovered a leak in my cellar and called a few companies to have a look and give me a quote. It's the service line in the water meter to my house. I hired these guys to do the job and was advised (on the invoice also ) which they would replace the old, metal galvanized pipe that burst. BIG MISTAKE!!
They brought in among these spade tractors to dig the pipe. After digging pretty deep and not finding it, they tell me they had to bring in another spade to dig deeper. That's when I began to get nervous as they wanted to charge me for the occupation. I made to run some errands and returned to detect that the pipe was found by them. But get this, it wasn't buried deeper, they were digging in the wrong spot! Later in the day, man oh man am I happy I checked up on them or I'd have been in trouble! I came out just in time to see that they attempted to do a patch job on this pipe which would have burst at some stage! I would not cover a patch job and told them I wanted that old pipe replaced like they said they would do.
UPDATE: In response to the remark of Ray, I asked them to stop the job since as seen in the photograph, they attempted to add a fresh pipe on to the pipe but they were supposed to substitute it! I did not tell them I was going of which Ray hung me up after the consequent, heated conversation until with another company. AND he left a voice message using the F bomb. Now actually is that the kind of person that you wish to do your plumbing job?
I think they realized that there wasn't any way to substitute the pipe without going beneath the sidewalk and they attempted to skip that part. They kept yelling about the fiberoptic cables underground close to the water meter. "Ma'am, we do not want to accidentally cut those cords so it will be difficult to do what you're asking. If we cut those cables, it is $25K per minute out of my pocket". I am thinking to myself, surely you have done jobs like this. We had been at am impasse and they (the operator and his tech) abandoned my property. Then he calls back to tell me they did not need to leave me hanging and they'll come back out the next morning and do the job to which we consented. I advised him that I went with another company. So that it was too late to bring in another company to get the job done before that Monday This convo was Thursday evening. The owner returned to pickup what was his, left a gaping hole and mound of dirt and stuck with no water. I would rather electricity than no water so I made due. Just glad I paid nothing to him!

Provided information beforehand to guarantee all of my questions were answered. Arrived within the window and completed the replacement of our trash disposal inside an hour. Did a great job of checking to see if it might be repaired before starting the replacement part. Very clean and respectful of the space. Estimate was precisely what I was billed and they were able to come out fast. Would highly recommend and use

My water heater move out. Called up the best rated firm. They quoted me a price that made me think and came by. Granted, I had it fixed on a Sunday. I predicted Ray and APlus reacted. His cost was 400 dollars cheaper and that he gave an outstanding service. He had been at my home within an hour. The water heater was replaced by completely but he didn't have any valve, unrelated to the water heater, that had to be substituted. True to his word he got it done and came back. The top rated firm needed more money.
All in all A and priority was a value and a quality of work and service. I think I found my plumber for life. Thanks Ray!

I texted the owner to find a quote and the estimate was reasonable. I asked if he can come between 10-12 and he explained. Then he changed the appointment to 7-9am. It was too early for me and I asked if he would come 10-12 as though it was agreed to. He responded"I cannot help you and go find somebody else". I will find somebody.

This plumber was the most unprofessional person. He (Ray, the owner) was supposed to show up at 9am. He was a no show. He then agreed to be the pm. 4pm came and went without a call or something. He pulled up in his truck He then proceeded to complete smoking his cigarette in his truck (exactly the exact same one pictured in his movie ) before eventually getting out and strolling up like he was in no hurry and gave zero cares about being late. He then had the guts! He acted like he do ME a favor. To which I answered NO, GOODBYE and kicked on his butt out or my restaurant. He was THE WORST if it was an option and I'd give zero stars. Tomorrow I'll call a plumber who cares about customer service and has a feeling of professionalism. This guy was a PRICK that is rude. I would not hire him to service my enemy. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

It's true, you've never done work for me since you did show up HOURS and you were asked to leave. Your service was refused by me before letting you examine the job. Why would I let after you walked in with a chip on your shoulder, you do work for me? I stand in my review of attitude that is terrible and your customer service. You've seen worse than me. Do not try to act like it wasn't you SIR. I guess I want to have my husband place a review as well since he was there and watched the entire exchange alongside you. Do not try to act like it was another plumber. It was ABSOLUTELY YOU and validates my claim about your business practices which you would lie and try to deny it was you. THANK YOU.

Great experience with Ray and his group! Very effective and fixing a leak in one of our pipes together with hooking up a line . The thing was responsiveness. He actually picks the telephone up and he discovers someone when he is unavailable! Thanks again. . .great job!

pm. They were specialist asked questions in order to diagnose the issue. The problem was water stains on the ceiling. I was concerned about not fixing the flow and it resulting in problems. Although a small section of the ceiling was cut out, it's something that I could fix without calling somebody else over and repair it. He gave a few recommendations about the best way to prevent the issue from occurring. If we want any help with pipes, I will give a phone to him.

The fellas as well as ray did a wonderful job replacing my old water heater tank with a tankless heater that is new. It was the coldest period of the year and that I had no hot water for dishes, laundry or bathing. They got the work done following the consultation. I was really appreciative and would suggest this crew.

Took my telephone at 5:15 and was there when he said he'd be at 9 am the following day. Fixed the problem and was in and out fast. Really wonderful guy and understood his business. Highly recommend

After we moved to our home, our water heater broke down soon. Called like 15 pipes firms before they eventually said yes! The plumber has been before time. Did a identification and gave me a quotation. We opted to receive a new one set up. They were concerted and completed the job and at a lesser cost than others. Would definitely recommend them!

Ray searched for a water leak I suspected I had in my yard and came out. He turned off the water and discovered the source of the leak in my irrigation system before I could have someone repair the irrigation method.

Being a first time home owner it is safe to say that I understand very little about fixing up a home. My stress saw a spike, when I discovered the ceiling above my kitchen started to give away flow. It was impossible to even get a plumber to phone me back let alone show up to my residence. Ray with Priority Plumbing called me. He was ready and diligent to get over to my home that day. He identified the problem almost instantly and managed to fix the flow (thank god! ) ) . He was also able to point out some measures I need to take in order to avoid trouble later on.
Going from not even able to get someone to phone me back into Ray showing up that day was a life saver. I had an excellent experience with this business and hopefully I won't have to see them but I know that I'm calling when a different problem does arise.

I was having a problem with my leaking bathtub, called Ray to the Rescue, and A Plus ! I've had 4 distinct technicians seem at this matter with various explanations and sky high estimates. Ray informed me on how to repair it and came and found the matter! I thank you and not wanting to gratify me because I am a woman. I would recommend him for anybody! I will call shortly to schedule a tub replacement.FILE _ 0_EXTENSION I reckon he does although he doesn't understand it yet! Thank you for your service!

Ray came exactly the same day to fix a shower leaking into my living room. He was careful and methodical in his approach. He opened up the ceiling, found the matter and some mold. It was a bad shower pan, and we decided it needed to go into an insurance claim.
Long story short, he arrived within hours, found the problem in under one hour, and charged a fee for the visit once I decided to move to insurance. Exactly what I needed, play or no overcharging.
A plumber. He is currently I'll need going forward.
