Cesar not only was the first to respond but he had been the only person that really gave me an estimate. I discovered his estimate to be fair to so the repair was scheduled by me. To my surprise he said he could get to the house in about time. I think before I knew it I had been getting a text he was finished and he really got there sooner! The tenant was very pleased with the repair and the encounter and I'm happy, whether the tenants are happy. I will definitely utilize Cesar for my pipes needs.
