Very water heater began leaking in one of my rentals. They finished installing a brand new Bradford Water Heater with steel rack by 12:00 pm and arrived at 9:00 am. Prodigy did not give the lowest estimate, but if you would like a plumber to begin in 1 hour and finish by lunch time, this really is the company to call. Both male team were knowledgeable professional and experienced. I supervised the work from begin to finish and was pleased. They had a $75 for $100 bargain
I live in a condo and our construction has been having kitchen sink plumbing issues. Prodigy has come outside to my apparatus twice to solve the issues and they seem to care more to get things fixed. I am quite appreciative of Prodigy's expertise, effortless and transparency communication! This staff would be highly recommended by me !
I began utilizing prodigy if they were a little operation, but they've grown significantly. I have used prodigy 3 times. They've done two big jobs for me.
1) replacing a bathroom
They eliminated all of the trash and cleaned up after themselves after the job was done. It is as if they were never there. They're always my first call for when I need a plumber, since I know they won't make the most of a Customer that is usually at a disadvantage when having to call any type of repair service.
Both times they have been on time, honest and friendly. They did not force me to any service and offered choices before fixing the problem.
The rates aren't bad either, very reasonable and consistent.
This was our first time hiring a plumber we had been dreading the total cost of the prospective repairs. I gave a telephone to them and found Prodigy on yelp. I got repairman and a reply was sent. He gave us a quote together with a few different options. After a few days of trying several things I ended up phoning David to let him do the job. I called on a Friday and he made time to have the work done on a the because we had a family involvement the next day. He knocked on the job out in no time!!! I had to get emergency plumbing work as my toilet was leaking to the floor beneath. I contacted Prodigy Plumbing to finish the service.
David was very courteous, prompt, and professional and was delivered. He showed me that the issue and explained what it would take to fix. He explained the charge and the price for the crisis and agreed to proceed. In the end, the job was done and David did a great job! While I am never pleased having a plumbing crisis, I am glad to have called and have David come out!

Fantastic company. Very efficient in their own scheduling of appointments. Ozzy called before he got here (instead of leaving me hanging like other plumbers), made sure to cover his shoes. When substituting my garbage disposal, then he also gave me a breakdown of motors and costs, gave me a few helpful maintenance suggestions for dishwasher and the disposal. In addition, he checked into some of my other questions. Quick, efficient, clean and kind.

The communicating of setting the appointment from time was extraordinary from an Plumbing company.
They came with the ideal equipment for the job.
"Matt Down" was one of the employees who lead the job onsite and communicated to me during the whole visit... the details in their repairs and findings since they were working.
He advocated that the best approach to take and had been honest. The next morning, came back and set up the brand new tank water heater under 3 months. Replaced some of the pipes and valves which were really old and broken. Washed my garage from a number of the debris which had splashed from the old tank.
Overall I am really impressed and happy with Prodigy Plumbing and David G. and wholeheartedly recommend them. Will call them back to my plumbing needs.
These guys went the extra mile and were amazing. Can not recommend them more. They did a repipe out of my own water meter into the house due to the existing line. They were able to adapt some changes and were fast and professional.
