My tenant was super minutes or so Monday of coming, he had it replaced with an excellent quality unit with earthquake straps, new gas lines, water lines that are new, and all pressure relief lines run beautifully. I can't say enough of how great the finished job looks. Job Anthony-keep up the great customer support!
Great company to work with! I emailed Anthony on a Saturday with a water heater dilemma in our condominium in Walnut Creek. He called back that day. Seriously?? Who operates except businesses that focus on clients on Saturdays.
He replaced the water heater at 8:00 morning Monday. Sunday he offered to replace it but hinted he chose to receive a better quality water heater Monday first item instead of the crappy box store brands which would be accessible to him.

We had issues with our own water heater and Anthony was quick to answer in 10mins after sending him a message on yelp. He arrived and fixed it recommended we change it shortly because of it being approximately 11years old.
About 3-4weeks after we could feel the water was not warm increasing the temp and while taking a shower. He was about changing it right so we phoned him to substitute the water heater before it blows off. He made sure in not cutting corners and he substituted also the switches, parts of the pipes, and vent. He did a great job, keep it tidy, and made sure all was good. It was reassuring to see evidence of this rust difficulty and understand I'm working with an honest, reputable business. Anthony takes pride in his job and it really shows in the installment.

I have a more energy efficient water heater, the place appears super clear and he really improved the protection of the system by attaching a copper pipe to the unit so the water flows out, rather than within the house, in case the water heater busts in the future. Outstanding service. Anthony is extremely professional, efficient and fast to reply. My water heater broke. I called Anthony and within hours he was at my house working on the issue. He gave me a few choices as to how the issue could be addressed by us, and once I gave him my choice, he got to work.
