The plumber who came to the house was quite professional and good about explaining the issue and his alternative. I know NOTHING about pipes and having someone who wasn't useful and condescending was fantastic.

That is my first time and they arrived gave me an estimate. Had to adjust the date. No problem. Their communication was excellent. Their knowledge was superb. Price was fair. In addition to all that a shower problem that was complex was mended by them and it works great! Thank you!
My husband and I had this business come replace a copper pipe beneath our sink which had a crack in it. He was courteous, professional and while not a worker, certainly not slow.
There was, nevertheless postings on the bill. The work took longer than consented and his period on the bill was incorrect. He included time on the beginning (got here at 8:25am and composed he got here at 8:00am). The bill left my counter had no breakdown of an hourly fee nor any price breakdown for materials; it only had a cost in the bottom. I was amazed by this, believing he did not have to do some work to get to the pipe (prior moving the dishwasher that was not even connected to the counter or cabinetry save a toe kick).
The work performed was very good in our issue has been remedied and that the replacement pipe is sound.
I am not certain I would use them again because of the issues but if I do, I can update this review.
The person who owns the company, Scott Puleo was sympathetic to some concerns also and actually stopped by my house (unannounced). If I were to be honest, I really don't think he did do it, although he was happy to have to do it and I think that says a lot about what this business is. In addition to his stopping by, we agreed on a final number that was much friendlier than the first.
I called the service manager, Josh and relayed my concerns. He had been open to a dialogue.
