After using them for the very first time a couple of weeks 20, can't say enough good things! Greater than 24 hours before I was scheduled to depart the country, I was informed by my tenants of an problem with the staircase. I tried several places with everyone either or booked weeks out. Thomas was reached by me here at PP and he was great! I sent within a couple photos and told him that the matter. He immediately reviewed the pictures and called me back to talk. He was able to thoroughly explain the problem and the fix. More importantly, he was able to tell me how much it'd cost to complete the repair--this was appreciated since I was leaving town and couldn't be there to the repair. Thomas had someone outside the next day to complete the repair. The communicating throughout was great. Not only did Thomas email me details, quotation, etc., but in addition, he sent me an email with photos of the finished work that was helpful since I was gone.

We were able to become urgent service on the shower enclosure after it captured and would not turn away. Although expensive, the job has been performed properly and in time.
Never reacted to a question for an estimate. The gentleman I was communicating with restated the clear and seemed slow or too laid back and never gave me clear cut info. A pet peeve of mine is to NOT follow up. That looks like a logical step if you're running a company.
I reached them out to perform some"simple" repairs around the house. They cared for all of those things (from bathroom repairs to repairing a flow ) on the checklist and also provided a copy of the receipt in the house store for components (they do not charge for parts utilized ). Callen was easy to work with, he asked detailed questions so they could guarantee each item was solved properly. I'll be reaching out to them soon to do more. Thanks guys.
Purple Plier came thru! I had a couple of ceiling fans set up, plus some help with changing light fixtures out. I received a response. They were on time and exceptionally professional. The work was a 10/10. I will certainly call them for any future demand I've.

We use Purple Plier for our income property and our house. We've been happy with their performance. Prices are reasonable, responses are instantaneous, and they're very pleasant! As a RE/MAX Realtor, I HIGHLY recommend Purple Plier Home Services! Josh did a great job installing hardware and went outside and over. Cabinet door knobs and drawer pulls were installed. Saved me a ton of time. There were not any knobs on drawers or the cabinets before so they had to do quite a bit of work in drilling the holes and making sure the installation was perfect. I'll definitely use them again to my own home service needs and I will also be discussing them to all my real estate customers. Among those Purple Plier workers had an emergency and could not make the appointment. Kaylin lined up Ryan who arrived on a Sunday, another employee. Ryan is superb! He corrected the construction of hung products alone and an IKEA tv stand. He did a gorgeous job and I would recommend Ryan to anyone!
