R Difoggio & Sam Plumbing & Sewer

They didn't mind that I wanted to watch what they do , they didn't treat me and it didn't cost anywhere near as much as my first car. I suggest.
Still another messy emergency, and also the guys from DiFoggio are there for me. This time, my tub and washing machine had been backing up into my shower (not at precisely the exact same location as the tub). Monday, I called; they were short a couple guys, Monday, so couldn't make it, would be fine? Sure; it was not the toilets backing up (thank the stars), therefore it could wait.
The nicest man took a peek at all, showed up Tuesday, also figured out that the sewer line needed rodding out. He spent a good hour (if not more) attempting to cut the clog together with what seemed to me to be the world's longest snake. He tried a couple of things , found that the clog was just too intractable, and suggested coming out the next day by what he called a hydro-jet - a gadget which would shoot 4000 psi water through the pipe; most of the time which does the job. He gave me a price quote on the spot; I was relieved, as I had visions of this costing me upward of $10K.
OK. Guys (this really is a two-man job today ) came back today and place about water-blasting the clog out of the sewer line. They wanted to actually clean out everything, and spent another hour doing that , although it was good enough after an hour.

We had the best experience with a plumbing crisis. We had water back-up into our cellar. Andrew was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, fast and very professional. To DiFoggio & Sam Plumbing we will go for our plumbing needs later on.

Washer/tub/main needed a man out here in around 15-20 minutes, gave them a phone and line up all backing. Fixed it in about an hour or so for a better price than the plumbers I called. Highly recommend and will recommend them. Thank you!

I wish to start off with stating the receptionist, Christina was super friendly and professional! Great customer support! I had Andrew out of Difoggio arrived to save the day and some bathtub drains problems! Andrew was professional, very considerate and educated. He solved the issue in 30 min and was very patient. I recommend Difoggio pipes!!

Had my sewer line cleaned had tree roots that are heavy. They added a cleanout and jetted out the roots. The men showed me exactly what they do and did a fantastic job, the pipe seemed good. They are good and reasonable folks.

Young man named Andrew simply left my property. He also installed a new kitchen faucet. This man wasn't only a plumber but needed a substantial number of good manners. He is at the top of thoughtfulness and respect. He cleaned up after himself asked if I had any help returning the things on the counter back beneath the sink when job was completed. Thank you R Difoggio & Sam you will always be my"go to" for prospective plumbing needs.

What support came when they said they would be did a repair job at a cost that is fair Dave H was the service man so terrific! Have some Reno work will be phoning them and we want done!

Had a sewer line that has been"fixed" 5 weeks ago by another plumber. Yesterday it had been blocked again (tree roots). DiFoggio arrived as promised and did a thorough job. They shifted just about one-fifth as much as another plumber and we much more personable Even gave us the old folks discount (5 percent ). Very impressed and pleased.

Dave arrives on time (I'm already getting a fantastic sense of their client support ) and inspects the matter, provides an estimate before he can start the job - he tells me he's the components to initiate the work immediately away (great! This will get done quick and I don't need to skip a day's work).

7. If you're good to individuals they say; good comes back. That today, I totally believed.
5. Once the work is complete Dave called out again so I can go over and take a peek, it was a occupation and everything worked as expected!

2. Right enough within less than 30 mins I get another call from Dave H. to let me know he'll be at my place at 10 mins.
1. The person on the telephone was extremely courteous and they told me someone would be out to see the matter in 30 mins even though I mentioned it is not disaster but a slight escape (I was surprised and pleased to find immediate service).

Fantastic job!! Used these men in two properties. Both situations were taken care of quickly and at fare price. They made it easy to cover on the phone and emailed me. Quite easy to work with, I would recommend them!

My issue was resolved by them fast and were instantaneous that's the reason why I gave 3 stars to them. They are overpriced and unreasonable with their own pricing. They ended roughly 35-40 minutes later he got to my location. He tested for about 15 minutes. Packed up and had a smoke. It had been five minutes and a hour once he charged me and was done writing my ticket. I requested him to call his boss to find out if I can be charged by him for the hour. Well I paid $90 with this men smoke break. Will definitely never use them !!

The problem was on the first floor but my device being on the floor, all 3 floors were being affected by it, since it was an outside pipe. I received a call I'd like to know that she had to call the plumber since she was using a backup in her kitchen sink. She had an appointment for 10am the next day so I took the afternoon off of work and sat with her because I didn't need for her to have cared for, when the plumber came and phoned. Justin from R. DiFoggio & Sam Plumbing and Sewer Co. arrived at 10am and looked at the drain and managed to rot the pipe quickly since the sewer was directly beyond her kitchen window and it was a brief run. Justin was completed over 45 minutes, we asked for a cost quote and he let us know that he wasn't able to provide us with a cost nor a statement but that they charge x amount per hour that since we had been under a hour we would not have to pay the whole amount. We were very happy and thought that it was amazing that he managed to fix the issue. After we received the bill from R. DiFoggio & Sam Plumbing and Sewer Co. three months later we had been charged for two hours so I called their office and was told that they would look into this and call me back. I didn't get a call back so I called again and talked with Sam who told me so we had to pay the entire amount that the plumber was there for two hours. I let Sam know that Justin was there for just 45 minutes and that I was there and asked that he call Justin to confirm this. Sam explained that hen't dealt with me and that Justin was on a job, that our condo President stated he was there for two hours. I let him know that I was there the whole time that the condo President wasn't there when Justin was, '' he said well I am dealing with the President and you are able to call her. I let her know what had happened and phoned her and she managed to call Sam back and have our bill readjusted. I would not suggest R. DiFoggio & Sam Plumbing and Sewer Co. to anybody, I feel that they took good advantage of this situation because of an older woman and Sam was caught because someone was paying attention. They won't provide you with a statement and they do not mark their start and finish times on their bills that's a practice that is bad. Should you challenge the hours which were worked along with their pricing Sam won't cope with you that is also a practice. I will not use DiFoggio Plumbing again.
